Wow…. You will NEVER GO WRONG buying from Family Leisure. NEVER.

First of all, it was my mistake – that we made 5+ years ago… yes… 5 PLUS… we purchased an awesome Vuly springless trampoline from Family Leisure in Atlanta and decided we wanted to get bells and whistles and ordered a tent for the top. We ordered the wrong size… We asked if we could return it and they said no problem… long story short, years passed, 4 moves to 4 states later, we found it in the garage with 4 moving stickers slapped on the box. We emailed and said, “heyyyyy, remember us?”

We shipped it on our dime (I mean – it’s been years) and boom – a refund check is mailed to our new address! What an amazing example of top notch customer service. We even offered to just have credit if they wouldn’t / couldn’t refund. Their willingness to even entertain our return/ exchange is significant.

We are lifelong customers – I’m gonna check out their website to see what else we can buy (and never return)!

Happy shopping!

I am writing this review to express my satisfaction with Family Leisure from day one. We bought an above ground pool 3 years ago and I can honestly say that we have been very well taken care of. From sales to service, we have never been disappointed. Great business to work with … Thank you Family Leisure in Indianapolis!.

Let’s start at the beginning when the delivered our product and the ladder has sharp section that could puncture the lining, and they were scratched terribly all over and dirty. I was told they would replace them which didn’t happen till installation, which was a nightmare in itself. We recorded this whole process where they missed spreading the powder lime(I pretty sure that’s what it was) I was told to get to purchase to help save us from damages caused by mole, voles, and such. They also continued to ignore the calls Mark was making to them because I called him myself with concerns of how this installation was going. The top ledge was bowing and not straight either when finished. If a female can tell things are wrong and off that says something. Again we recorded the whole thing. They did not mist the sand so every foot print is felt, still after it was filled, that they made wile putting liner in. The steps arrive later and I was giving grace where I could. But I feel I got a cheep job of installation even paying more for them having to dig more than the standard. Mark was to have someone come check the pool when we opened it this summer, as I told him it’s so bumpy on the bottom. I am just not happy on all this and now I feel the poor installation made it less sturdy and stable.

We had an awesome experience with Family Leisure when purchasing our first hot tub! Mike was fantastic! He helped us from start to finish with the entire process. We had so many questions and he was available to answer them all! The hot tub came sooner than we expected and was delivered and ready to use the next day! Highly recommend Family Leisure and Mike!

we go to the pool and my kids love it. big enough to keep them entertained for a few hours but small enough for me to keep an eye on them no matter if they are in the pool or one of the slides. Staff is great, sometimes short staffed & concessions or slide may be closed because of it but they are still awesome

Love the pool / aquatic center and it’s only $4. It’s barely busy and very clean. Two of the umbrellas don’t open so the sun can be brutal if you don’t get under the one big umbrella.

The big slide is a lot of fun and gets super fast midway through.

I love to come here in the afternoons to cool off, read in the water, go down some slides, and then work under the umbrella. My new favorite “office!”

Indy Parks has failed to maintain this recreational area. The playground equipment is old and dangerous. New Mulch hasn’t been put down in years. The bathrooms are gross. Water from the water fountain is warm. The pool has been closed for almost 5 years. After a rain, many spaces along the trail and playground are unusable. Trash piled up due to lack of recepticals.

Lots of changes need to occur to make this park adequate for our community.

I don’t give out five stars easily, but I’m very impressed with this location. A week ago I joined VASA at the south side location, but I’m closer to this location. Everything was clean and neat. The dry sauna was super hot and the men’s bathroom is the cleanest men’s bathroom I’ve ever seen! I saw a lot of negative reviews for this location and so I’m glad that I went there today to see the reality for myself. It is definitely one of the best gyms you can join( at least this location)

I was expecting a dirty bathroom because it’s hard to clean up after men, but I’m really impressed with this gym. Definitely worth my $$ membership. Happy I joined!

I was in town and came to use a day pass. I arrived and spoke to a black shirt staff, told him I needed a day pass and he acted like the task was beneath him. He passed the tasked down but an issue came up so he still had to help and after some trouble shooting with the red shirt staff they figured out I had to do the tablet first.
Red shirt staff was happy to help no problem.
Other than that great gym had everything I needed.

First off, I want to say I love the Vasa brand. The layout, amount of equipment, and size offers everything someone would need. My reason for a 1 star with this particular Vasa is due to the management and lack of upkeep throughout the gym. I’ve been a member since this gym opened and it continues to decline. See included photos and following explanation. The machines are starting to fall apart, the dumbbells are missing rubber and have not been replaced and the water fountain filters are never changed and go for months without fixing. The men’s urinal is wrapped up more often then it works and that’s besides the toilets that leak on the floors, faucets that never work, and soap that is always empty in at least 2 of the 4 dispensers. The incline bench has a piece that was installed backwards so when someone adds a plate over 25lbs, it blocks the individual from being able to rack the bar. I’ve had to help multiple people who could not get the bar racked. There is a light that has been out for 2 years and now there are 4 out that have not been repaired. The walls are damaged and not repaired, painted, or maintained. Yoga mats are damaged and not not replaced and cable equipment is broken and “fixed” in ways that cause concern for injury. On top of that, the parking lot is not cleaned with unacceptable amounts of trash lying around and that’s tolerable in comparison to the amount of broken glass in the parking lot. Overall, the gym is great, however, management has a lot of work to do and standards to uphold that are far from met.

Didn’t like it. After my 1st visit, I never went back and canceled my membership. Was supposed to get a 1hr assessment. It actually took about 15 minutes after my appointment was postponed for over an hour when I was on my way there already. He still took another 15 to 20 minutes to start. I canceled my subscription and moved to a place with a pretty good gym. No waiting on people. All the equipment my doctor suggested.

Good place for young people. They clam to be for everyone but fail to say if you are old and have insurance that pays: forget it!! Also, I was told by staff steam room was temporarily closed waiting on parts. Members told me it has been closed “for months” also that the whirlpool “almost never is working”.
Silver & Fit and Silver Sneekers members don’t waist your time. They just give you a 3 day pass and never confirm your membership.

I have lived near the park for 3 years now. This year was my first attempt to take advantage of the pool. The pool was at capacity both times. It didn’t seem to be crowded al all. Then I noticed the amount of lounge chairs. There definitely is not enough seating to accommodate the public or the population that lives near . The playgrounds have been demolished for over a year, and there is no sign of being replaced. The grass is always overgrown and is never kept neatly. One of only 2 Frisbee parks that has avid visitors is not kept to its best. Falling branches are visibly noticeable. I would be great to have a nice city park available for the community to enjoy. Instead of what is available right now

This gym has truly been an amazing place for me. I’ve been working out here for the past 3.5 years, ever since I was 13, and now at 16, I still enjoy coming in five times a week. Even though I come from a different background and wear modest clothing, but I’ve always felt welcomed and comfortable. One of the things I really appreciate is how respectful and kind everyone is people focus on their own workouts, and there’s a great sense of personal space.
The front desk staff especially stand out to me. They always greet me with a warm smile, and it honestly makes my day every time. What I love most is that this gym isn’t just about lifting weights or using machines. It offers a supportive and positive environment for everyone whether you’re a child, an adult, or even someone working on the go like me.
As a young entrepreneur with a busy and often stressful schedule, this gym has also become a place for me to relax, recover, and even get some work or meetings done. It’s more than just a fitness space it’s a place that helps me mentally, physically, and professionally.

Great facility and friendly staff. We had a small issue trying to play Pickleball on Friday at noon. The YMCA website says that the gym at the Jordan Y is open for pickleball from 11:00 to 1:00. But when we entered the gym and asked where to put our paddles to line up, we were questioned about “how good we were”. We were shown a sign on the door that says Friday is for”Advanced” pickleball.
We acknowledged that this was the first time we’d played the game with others, and we’re not advanced. Fortunately, a few of the guys said they’d be happy to let us rotate in for a game. They all ended up being very friendly and helpful to teach us, but we almost didn’t stay after the initial response.
I have no problem with there being a designated time for certain skill levels, but that needs to be on the website. While most of those players are retirees, I took time off from work in the middle of the day to come play. I wish I had known not to come on Friday.

The gym is decent and a good variety of equipment but the atmosphere is horrible. It’s a bunch of elderly people that are quite rude and don’t know how gyms work. If you’ve been on a machine for a minute they think you’re obligated to let them on to use it. The concept of sets eludes them. Working in is totally fine and acceptable but I’ve found it difficult to explain that so I just gave up. If you’re just using the gym like I was it’s certainly not worth it. Hard pass.

Front desk staff is very nice and the gym is pretty comprehensive but the entire place has stick up it’s ass energy. Lots of rules and the trainers are rude; they will police you in the weight room rather than watch the form of their elderly clients. You probably cannot deadlift here. You can sense the vibe of a gym and this one is uptight. Pass.

Very disappointed. My three sons were at the summer camp last week and I will just jump in with the headline. My youngest requires an EpiPen. At the end of a disappointing week, I went inside to retrieve the EpiPen and none of the three counselors i spoke with knew where it was. I spoke to youth and family director Kevin Gibson and he seemed to care less. He wasnt concerned with getting it back to me. Didnt care when it was lost. I still havent herd from him three days later. No mention of coaching opportunity or getting it right next time.
As for the camp itself. The children called it a ant farm. They were penned up outside in a field that had an ant infestation and they were severely dehydrated at the end of each day due to the only water source being surrounded by a mud pit. One day my 9 yr old drank 80% of a liter of water upon entering the car claiming he wanted to preserve his shoes from the mud.
This is a poor reflection of the camp and leadership. Not the building itself.

It is sad to say my time at this Y has came to an end. Both of my children have attended here since 2022 and absolutely adored it. But since I cant afford and keep up with the cost after losing my father and going through a horrible divorce my son is now being unenrolled for the next school year. I had to make the choice of feeding my kids or paying the school. It breaks my heart that this is happening to him as he was approving so well. My son is autistic and its so hard to find others that he feels comfortable with. He finally was starting to grow. He was talking more. He was learning so well. Now he has to start over in a new school with new people. This is going to be such a heartbreaking challenge for him. After all the challenges and issues I had with this program I’m surprised I kept my kids here. But the teachers and assistant teachers made it worth it. My son was so attached to Barbara now he will never see her again. Thanks for kicking a single mom down when she is already going through so much. Really showed me what kind of family place this YMCA is running.

The Y facility is nice but I primarily come for the pool. This location is really only ideal if you have children. There are zero places in this pool for adults to relax without getting splashed or getting caught in the middle of a game of marco polo. Most other locations have deeper sections that are for adults only or if you pass a swim test. Those pools also allow rafts where this one does not.

My family loves coming to the YMCA. The facility has been working on updates over the years, and I appreciate the new machines in the gym. The indoor pool is nice and the water is a comfortable temperature. I also appreciate the new partnership with the JCC to accommodate those who would like to work out on specific holidays when the YMCA is closed. I would love to see some more upgrades in the future, though. Perhaps updated locker rooms, a hot tub, and a sauna. It would be nice if they had a machine to dry off excess water and towels in the locker room again. If they were to expand on the outdoor pool eventually, a lazy river and concession stand would be really cool.

Do NOT sign your kid up for swim lessons here. It is a complete waste of time and run by instructors that clearly do not care about teaching kids anything. The rest of the facilities are probably fine but I do not recommend taking classes here. Leadership clearly does not care about the quality of their programs.

The pool hours are ridiculous and when it is open the life guards do nothing to keep the kids from running, flipping, throwing each other into the pool. I watched a boy “washing machine” his cousin, after doing 2 dozens front and back flips into the pool. The moms next to me were gasping in unison every time we saw skulls centimeters from the edge when these kids were flipping. Do better.

Friendly staff; clean locker rooms; lots of different programs to try; large exercise area with plenty of free weights and machines to train every muscle group. I always enjoy my visits there.

My first time to visit for the 2024 Swim Masters National competitions. Excellent viewing from the stands. The meets were timed at roughly 2 min intervals in two separate pools. Very nice facilities for spectators and competitors. It was very loud inside but really nicely laid out. There was a large hallway suitable for vendors without overcrowding, and the concession stand moved quickly. Staff were very courteous. I recommend it highly.

Nice facility for swim and dive.
They have a concession stand that sells hot dogs as well as various chips and candy.
PA system leaves something to be desired, hard to understand, lots of natural light and a very high ceiling.
Some chair back seating

Beautiful facility! One of the fastest pools in the world, and is where the USA Swimming Olympic Trials used to be held until 2008. I had the amazing opportunity to swim here back in April 2024 for the TYR CCS National Championship meet! The facility features an 8 lane 50 meter pool that can be divided up into 2 8 lane 25 yard/meter pools via bulkheads, a 7 lane 25 yard diving well with 1 and 3 meter spring boards and 1, 3, 5, 7.5, and 10 meter diving platforms, and a 50 meter training pool that can also be divided into 2 25 meter pools. Definitely the best pool I’ve swam in so far!

Had a great Masters Swimming Spring Nationals Championship! Great facility with ample pool space for 2,500 participants. The competition pool is a salt and chlorine mixture, never seen that before! The facility is well maintained and world class.

This is one of the best places to Get a swim workout in Indianapolis. However, they have a reservation system that is unnecessary. One is expected to go online and reserve a lane in half hour increments. In my opinion, This is unnecessary since About half of the people don’t actually show up. There were many days when I have trouble finding an available lane, But upon showing up@@, there’s plenty of room. Obviously many of the people who made reservations didn’t show up. This has happened to me many times. The facility is awesome and the lifeguards are very disciplined and professional but I would suggest getting rid of the reservation system.

⭐ 1 Star – Only because zero isn’t an option

We were thrilled to check out Sahm Golf Course… until our 5-year-old prodigy was turned away like he’d asked to drive the cart solo. This isn’t your average toddler with plastic clubs — this kid has played The Fort, Indiana University’s Pfau Course, and Purgatory, and guess what? Those top-tier courses welcomed him with open arms and free rounds, practically begging him to return.

He’s not just swinging wildly at dandelions — he takes lessons with Brad Feller at Elevation Golf in Carmel. He has a better backswing than half the men on the tee sheet. The only hazard he poses is to egos.

Yet somehow, Sahm decided he wasn’t “old enough” to play. Not skilled enough? Please. The divots he fixes are deeper than their policy.

To the powers at Sahm: you just benched a future Masters champ. Hope that felt good. Meanwhile, we’ll be teeing off at places that recognize talent when they see it. ️‍♂️⛳

Pool was great and very fun. The slides were fun and there were some nice water spouts. This would definitely be five stars if it weren’t for the women’s bathroom. I didn’t want to even touch the floors near the toilets when changing because there was toilet paper and water(Which is expected at a pool, but it made the toilet paper on the floor all soggy and mushy) all over the floor. It was disgusting.

Lots of pool space, the water was cool, clear, and refreshing, the two slides were fun. I’ve gone here since I was young, so it’s nice knowing it’s still as fun, safe, and clean as it was then. Also, a very affordable summer spot for parents of younger (or older) children!

Great place to take kids to swim! Pool and seating areas were clean and spacious. Even when a summer camp arrived we still didn’t feel overly crowded. My 8 year old loved the water slides. The bathrooms were dirty and one had a massive whole through the wall which was odd. Smaller kids water slide was closed when we visited but 2 larger slides were open! We will visit again!

For the most part we enjoyed the aquatic center. However much more attention needs to be given to pool area trash bins, and the restrooms. Even after letting a staff member know it was dirty, overflowing sanitary bins, diapers laying around in the stalls, went back 30ish minutes later to even more mess.
Also parents need to pay better attention to their children, not lounge with your back to the water area, with your head covered.

This is a 66 acre park, filled with many attractions. Soccer fields. Basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. A disc golf course. Lots of trees and paths. Without over-hyping it as spectacular, the playground area is probably the nicest I’ve seen in the Indy area.

If it wasn’t closed, the water park might be nearly as impressive as those in major amusement parks. But this “Sahm Family Aquatic Center” *is* closed (in December 2022); and it seems to have been closed for quite some time (at least as far back as into the Summer of 2022; and if I understand correctly, even much longer than that.)

I had an overall outstanding experience with Kayak Pools. I ran into some problems with my HOA and the team at Kayak went over and above to help me get through the process with supporting me with information as needed and calling the HOA directly. They were always available to answer questions when ever I called. I’m a contractor and to do project this size without any glitches is impossible. It was a very pleasant experience even with a couple small bumps bin the road. I’m looking forward to to using the pool a lot this summer .

Our experience with Kayak Pools Midwest was good from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout the process and any questions we had were promptly answered. The installer was local to us and showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day. Three guys started at 7:30 am and finished at 9 PM. They all knew what they were doing and was busy working the entire day. We are now enjoying the pool with family. Kayak Midwest even did multiple follow-up calls and emails following the install to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall a good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pool from Kayak Pools, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The product itself is amazing, offering a perfect blend of durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service provided by Michelle, the salesperson who guided me through the entire process.
From the moment I expressed interest in Kayak Pools, Michelle was there to assist me at every step. Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I was well-informed about the various options available. Michelle’s dedication to her customers is truly commendable- she was available at all hours, always ready to provide support or clarify any concerns I had.
Michelle made the entire buying process incredibly smooth. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of my purchase was handled efficiently. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and preferences, making me feel valued as a customer.
Choosing a pool is a significant investment, and I am thrilled with my choice of Kayak Pools. The quality of the pool is outstanding, and I am confident it will provide years of enjoyment for my family. The installation process was straightforward, and the finished product has exceeded my expectations.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Kayak Pools for anyone considering adding a pool to their home. With exceptional products and remarkable customer service, particularly from professionals like Michelle, you can’t go wrong. Thank you, Michelle, for making this experience so positive and memorable!

Contract drafting and review for pool projects

When pools are installed, clear contract drafting and review helps align expectations between builders, property owners, and municipalities. A civil attorney can draft terms covering scope of work, timelines, warranties, change orders, risk allocation, payment schedules, and termination rights. They can review estimates for accuracy, ensure compliance with local building codes, and identify potential pitfalls that could lead to disputes or delays. They can also help interpret insurance provisions, licensing requirements, performance bonds, and warranty obligations that affect project risk. Additionally, they can assist with contract negotiation to balance interests and reduce ambiguities that cause later conflicts.

Dispute resolution and mediation for pool projects and real estate matters

Dispute resolution and mediation services provide alternatives to litigation. In Indianapolis, a civil attorney can facilitate negotiations between contractors, property owners, homeowners associations, and neighbors on issues such as encroachment, easements, drainage, or HOA rules affecting pool installations. Mediation can preserve relationships while achieving a fair resolution. The attorney can prepare mediation briefs, gather and organize evidence, draft settlement terms, and ensure that any agreement is enforceable. They can advise on costs, timelines, and whether arbitration is a better path for certain disputes.

Property disputes and real estate transactions related to pools

Real estate matters may involve title reviews, boundary disputes, zoning variances, drainage concerns, and access rights associated with pool installations. An attorney can assist with lease agreements, development approvals, and land-use applications. They can coordinate with surveyors and city planning departments to navigate complex processes, respond to notices, and protect property rights. They may also help with easement interpretations, subdivision questions, and impact assessments that affect pool-related properties.

Premises liability and personal injury claims in pool facilities

Pool areas can pose premises liability concerns. Civil attorneys can evaluate negligence claims arising from slips, trips, drownings, or water-related accidents, and advise on applicable statutes of limitations, comparative negligence, and insurance coverage. They can gather incident reports, conduct site inspections, interview witnesses and lifeguards, work with safety and engineering experts, and determine fault and potential compensation in settlements or lawsuits. They also help negotiate with insurers to optimize coverage and pursue appropriate remedies for injured parties.

Regulatory compliance and licensing for pool operators

Pool operators must comply with health and safety regulations, licensing, environmental rules, and accessibility standards. A civil attorney can help ensure regulatory compliance across local and state frameworks, prepare licensing applications, respond to regulatory inquiries, and coordinate with inspectors. They can represent clients in administrative hearings related to permits, inspections, violations, or enforcement actions, and provide ongoing counsel on updating practices to meet evolving requirements.

Employment law for pool service teams

Businesses in the pool industry rely on qualified staff. Civil attorneys can advise on workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, misclassification issues, and safety standards. They also handle disputes over termination, disciplinary actions, or discrimination claims, aiming to resolve matters efficiently and lawfully. They can review employee agreements, assist with hiring practices, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws relevant to maintenance crews, lifeguards, and administrative staff.

Commercial litigation and business disputes for pool-related enterprises

Companies operating pools, resorts, or maintenance services may face breach of contract, partnership disputes, or business torts. A civil attorney can manage discovery, motions, and trial preparation, and can pursue remedies such as damages, injunctions, or specific performance. They work to protect business interests, minimize disruption to operations, and assist with reorganizations or strategic pivots. They can also address disputes with suppliers, service providers, and franchise or brand partnerships.

Intellectual property and branding for pool-related products and services

Innovations in pool technology, equipment designs, and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. Attorneys can assist with trademark searches and registrations, patent filings, copyright protections, and licensing agreements. They can handle disputes over unauthorized use, counterfeit products, or domain name issues, and ensure brand consistency across markets. They can also help protect trade secrets and confidential maintenance formulas used in products and services related to pool management.

Frequently asked questions about swimming pools in Indianapolis

What types of pools are common in Indianapolis?

In-ground concrete (often called gunite or shotcrete) and fiberglass pools are popular for longevity and customization, while vinyl liner pools offer a lower upfront cost and a shorter installation time. Above-ground pools provide a temporary, affordable option and can be a good fit for smaller yards. When choosing, consider climate resilience, soil conditions, maintenance needs, and your long‑term plans for the outdoor space.

What permits and approvals are required to install a pool in Indianapolis?

Most permanent pools require a building permit from the city or county, and a review may be needed by your homeowner’s association. Electrical work must be performed by licensed professionals to meet code requirements. You may also need a site plan and confirmation of drainage and setback locations. Checking with the local building department early helps prevent delays.

What is the typical cost range for installing a pool in Indianapolis?

Above-ground pools typically range from a few thousand dollars for basic kits to around $10,000 for larger, more complete setups. In-ground pools usually start around $35,000 and can exceed $100,000 with extensive decking, lighting, and features. Ongoing maintenance and operating costs should also be planned for, including chemicals, electricity, and water. Local site conditions and chosen materials have a major impact on the final price.

When is the pool season in Indianapolis, and can pools be heated?

Pool season typically runs from late spring through early fall, with opening often in May and closing by October in many years. Heating is available via electric heat pumps, gas heaters, or solar options, which can extend the season but add to upfront and ongoing costs. Proper winterization is recommended to protect equipment during cold months.

How should I manage water quality and chemical levels?

Regular testing is essential. Keep pH around 7.4–7.6, free chlorine at about 1–3 ppm, and maintain appropriate alkalinity (roughly 80–120 ppm). Monitor calcium hardness and, for outdoor pools, stabilizer/cyanuric acid levels to protect chlorine from sunlight. Perform shocking when needed and follow manufacturer guidelines for chemical products. Consider a saltwater generator if you prefer a different sanitization approach.

What safety features are recommended or required for residential pools?

Safety features commonly recommended or required include a fence at least a certain height with a self-closing and self-latching gate, alarms on doors leading to the pool, and a durable pool cover when the pool is not in use. CPR knowledge, keeping a rescue equipment kit nearby, and ensuring drain covers meet safety standards are all prudent steps to reduce risk.

What maintenance steps are essential to keep a pool in good condition?

Basic maintenance involves skimming debris, brushing walls and tiles, and vacuuming the pool floor. Regularly run and clean the filter and keep the pump operating according to the manufacturer’s schedule. Schedule seasonal tasks like winterization and opening to protect equipment and maintain water quality. Having a routine helps extend equipment life and keep water comfortable.

Are there local regulations about fencing, gates, and barriers?

Many Indianapolis municipalities require a fence around residential pools with a minimum height and a self-closing, self-latching gate. Some HOAs have additional rules regarding fence type, gate hardware, and yard access. It’s important to verify specific local ordinances and HOA guidelines before planning installation.

How do I choose a pool contractor or service in Indianapolis?

Look for licensed and insured contractors with experience in your pool type. Check references, review past projects, and confirm they handle required permits and warranties. Obtain multiple quotes, request detailed contracts, and ask about equipment brands and ongoing maintenance services. A reputable contractor will provide clear timelines and post-installation support.

What should homeowners know about insurance and liability for pool ownership?

Pool ownership can raise liability risk, so review your homeowners insurance to ensure adequate coverage for pool-related incidents. Many policies require a specific endorsement or higher premium for pools, and some insurers offer umbrella policies for additional protection. Maintaining compliant safety features and proper fencing can also influence premiums and claims in the event of an incident.
