I went in not having a clue what I needed in regards to space, and let’s be honest, was very up in arms about leaving my belongings somewhere. It wasn’t even 2 minutes after walking in the door and I was at ease. Katie is such a delight, so friendly, knowledgeable about her units and funny too. She helped me with my endless list of questions and concerns and really put my mind to rest. We may be best friends now! LoL! I highly recommend!!!

Thank you to SecurCare Self Storage and Katie the Property Manager for providing a unit where I could keep my inventory safe and out of the way. It really helps that your facility is ground level, which makes it really easy to unload and reload when needed. Katie is very kind and informative about the property. You rock, Katie!

Well, I haven't rented a storage, but, was looking for information. Let me say that the young lady in the office that day was so helpful and informative, that I wanted to stop and get my stuff and move immediately, . She was happy and fun and made my day the best I'd had in a while, I think her name was Katie. So thank you and bless you !!!☺️

Property Manager is great to work with but seems to be hampered by out of touch corporate policies and decision makers. There really needs to be better lighting in the RV storage area, or at least reflectors, on the sides of the garage door openings and the support poles. At the very least I should be allowed to put in my own lighting that uses the existing electrical outlets. Making do with battery powered solutions will be a constant headache for someone who has vehicles that are used daily. Deprioritizing fixing an electrical outlet inside a storage unit that fried one of my appliances, is not good customer service.

I found this facility to be exactly what I was looking for. The facilities are well maintained The location is very convenient and easy to get to. Also, "Katie" was very approachable and friendly. She seems to really enjoy working there. I highly recommend this for your storage needs.

Love this facility always clean and never, had problems with people bothering any of my stuff. I feel it’s a very secure storage place. Love the young lady Ms Katie she is a real sweetheart. I would definitely give her a 10/10.
