We had to come down here because our storage is automated. We were told that we needed to talk to someone face to face to change some things on our account. Rachelle was so wonderful and friendly. She helped us quickly and efficiently. We left the office and realized our car wouldn't start. We tried to jump it with our little portable jumper, and it didn't work. She came out and hooked us up to her own car. We sat out there talking and waiting. It still didn't work, so we all started problem solving. Rachelle definitely went above and beyond for strangers. We finally, mostly with her help, got our car started. I can not recommend her enough. She really was wonderful. Thank you, Rachelle!

Long time renter of a climate controlled unit here but recently moved items to a local competitor; a 10×15 climate controlled unit for 1/4th the price. Condition of the facilities well below industry standards and local competition. Dirty facility with poorly functioning elevators and small number of carts. Attitude of the staff is unprofessional and at times angry/combative. And the 16% to 20% rental increases imposed on loyal long time customers is a terrible business decision, especially given they are basically giving units away online to new customers.

Rochelle at public storage is so awesome. Customer since last year. Awesome place, always professional and Ms. Rochelle is always very helpful and has a upbeat attitude. Ty guys for a great experience.

I’m a new client. I’ve been at this unit for about three months. And on the fourth month, they wrongfully overcharged me. I spoke with the manager on Tuesday. It’s been three days and nothing has been changed. No one is never in the office. The manager is in the office for like an hour and then she’s gone for the rest of the day. No one answers the phone. The service sucks and as quick as fast and I need to be monitor and watch because no one is doing their job. They’re literally stealing company money. I’m going back up there today to hopefully solve this issue after it’s been four days of me Not getting an update on my payment now frustrated and I hope that this situation doesn’t stress me Out. Long story short, but this story you need to be downtown it is trash ghetto no professional service at all. I hate it here.

I don’t know why or how, I called the location before picking up a storage unit I won at an auction I even told her I was on my way she wasn’t there so I called and left a voice mail never heard from the manager , resulting in a suspension ….makes no sense she sounded annoyed I even offered to come back other day at her earlier convenience….weird but noted I won’t do business here . Never had an issue I worked with so many public storage locations and they were all been super amazing and I pay , clean them and be on my way….this one tho….mmm

Just had a great experience speaking with the property manager Rachelle. I’m an existing customer at a different facility in a neighboring town that she oversees as well. I had multiple questions about rates and terms, a possible unit transfer, etc. The call was lengthy and involved, and Rachelle was patient, professional, and overall just very helpful. Great customer service and a positive interaction, thank you!
