LoadUp Junk Removal

I used load up to empty a U-Haul truck. The whole process was very easy and stress free. My loaders were wonderful and very respectful. .Everything went smooth. Can’t be happier !

Excellent company for picking up all of your unwanted stuff! It was super easy to get an estimate and a scheduled pick up in just a couple of days for some furniture. Very efficient and friendly call center. Pickup staff was awesome as well! Would definitely use again.

LoadUp was fast and easy online scheduling, and comparable pricing for the area. They sent the right number of loaders to remove the furniture from house, some of which was heavy. The loaders were nice, experienced, professional and quick. They were careful not to scratch my hardwood floors.

This service was a great help to me! The guys showed up right on time, they were extremely professional and courteous, and took care of my problematic furniture etc. within a few minutes. Well worth it…highly recommend!

The service was great and they came to remove my sleeper sofa the very next day after I scheduled online. The crew was friendly, and moved the furniture from the second floor of our home and had to maneuver a narrow hallway, but did so while ensuring no damage to our walls/home. The ONLY thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the website implies that you will receive a text/call in the morning of your service with a time frame, which I never received. I was hoping to be given a shorter window for when to expect them to arrive but was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival, which meant I had to stay home/available for the entire 12 hour window. The company was very responsive via text, however, and once I was notified they were en route, they did arrive within the hour. This may have been because I scheduled last minute. All in all, a great service, but just be willing to be flexible and plan to be homebound for a day. 🙂
