Michelle Bliley (my doctor) is cool I like her a lot actually but the front desk chick absolutely despises work lmao. Every time I call (twice or thrice every 2/3 months) she’s rude or pissed off. She gets mad when you ask her to do her job I swear I had to call 3 times today to get my prescription refilled because she kept hanging up hahahah. get somebody that likes money because she hates it and doesn’t really want it anymore.
I wish I could give her office a zero!! She has the most unprofessional, ghetto, no empathy having staff ever!!! My mother Us sick and has been waiting for the Dr to call back all day. My mother calls the office since they will be closing soon, only to be met with a dumb azz that I described above! On top of it all, my mother still was not able to get an answer regarding her medicine! But, I guess the tail doesn’t do any better than the head! I do not recommend this office at all!!!
Best experience I've had at a doctor's office. The staff was friendly and great at answering questions. Dr. Williams was kind, reassured me, and listened to what was wrong. I didn't just feel like a symptom, but an actual person she was talking to. Very welcoming.
Have not had a great experience at all. Doesn’t listen to understand or learn , doesn’t care or take the time to find the problem and or a solution. Very passive aggressive
Honestly I have never encountered such a rude professional before in my life. Today was my first time at her office as a new patient and she was very rude, arrogant, and judgmental. I was honestly appauled because her medical staff was very kind and personable. I met with Dr. Williams for all of 5-10 minutes. She didn’t even greet me when she walked in or simply asked how I was doing. She talked down to me as if I was incompetent and she started asking me about my personal life in regards to school. Then when I told her about school she was very judgemental and disrespectful. She barely did a physical exam, and barely addressed my health issues that I was concerned about. She was very dismissive and just walked out of the door. I didn’t even realize the appointment was over. If you plan on going to her save your time and your money.
Dr. Williams is a good doctor.. Her staff is completely unprofessional. It’s very rare that you can get a phone call answered and every month I struggle getting my regular monthly prescriptions called in. I have been with Dr. Williams for 8 months now and I will not be returning. Dr. Williams needs better staff in the front office. I don’t know how anyone under this care is satisfied. Don’t waste your time!
Dr. Williams is a great doctor. For more than 15 years, she has provided excellent care for me. Friends and acquaintances to whom I have suggested Dr. Williams seem to have the same appreciation as I do for her care and excellent medica advice.
