I'm in the waiting room, waiting for my instructor, when I hear moaning coming from the bathroom down the hall. The instructor is taking the biggest dump of his life, and he's so loud I can hear him all the way from the waiting room.
He walks out of the bathroom grunting and breathing heavily with every step. He also smells bad too.
"Sorry about that delay."
"Where's my key?" (I don't know why he would ask me that).
"Don't know where my key is."
I found the key for him. The last driver left it in the car, and the car was still running.
I'm waiting for him to get to the car, I wait for at least 15 minutes.
It's not over though! I was on my phone waiting for him to get in the car, because what else am I supposed to do? He tries to get in the car, but the door is locked. I unlock the door, and he yells:
"Get off your phone! Couldn't you see I was trying to get in the car?"
It's not my fault the last driver locked all the doors, and why is he yelling just because the door was locked? It doesn't stop there; he kept yelling at me in the car. I tried slowing for a very narrow turn, and he yelled:
"No, drive faster!"
He was yelling at me to avoid potholes that were unavoidable (I would've had to swerve into oncoming traffic). He was just in a bad mood; he has a bad temper too. What a terrible experience. Instead of being an instructor who is supposed to teach you, he just yells at you. And he had the nerve to ask me, "Why do you never talk to me on our drives?"
This happened two years ago, and I still think about it sometimes. The lady instructor was way nicer than that 300-pound old man-child.

We had a great experience with Dennis. He was supportive and patient with my boys during drives in the car, and Amy was super responsive on scheduling requests. I would highly recommend this driving school.

My girlfriend is taking driving lessons here and after each drive she calls me, hysterical and in tears. It’s about her instructor, Dennis Loveless - “loveless” indeed! He is a very, very mean man. He yells at her for even the smallest mistakes. One time she missed a turn, very minor mistake, and let me tell you, Dennis absolutely lost his mind. Yelled and screamed about how stupid she was and her lack of intelligence - and let me tell you, she has no problem with intelligence, believe me. Do not waste your time or money here folks. Very very big problems. Sad!

Mr. Lovelace did a great job as an instructor! Our family has had a few students here.
However, customer service is key for a business to remain in business (thank God for online reviews these days). Horrible communication. Takes WEEKS to get a response...including to sign up for the classes! And good luck getting questions answered once you finally do sign up. If school stays too busy to return calls that should also mean it's profitable. Plenty of folks looking for minimum wage jobs...I'd recommend hiring one as an office assistant. Even if part time. Just seems like common sense.

I will start off by saying I am 30yrs old and I have been terrified of driving my entire life. I took driver's education when I was 16 and had a horrible experience and I never drove again. Well this year I decided to go to a different drivers ed and try it again. Let me start from the beginning. The owner Amy was so kind and I asked her at least one million questions by email. She answered every single question right away and was so sweet. Next I drove with Mr. Dennis L. my very first time and he was so kind. He took his time with me and he told me a story that related to my situation that made me gain confidence. He was so uplifting and one of the most kind people I ever met. The moral of this story is I passed my test and I'm eligible for my license in the 1st. Thank you guys so much for everything. You don't understand how much you've changed my life!!!!
