Let me preface this with-I suffer from chronic pain and am a teeth grinder. First experience was a 15 minute chair massage at my place of employment. Within 2 minutes, Carolyn asked if I was a teeth grinder because of where I was carrying my tension. I did schedule a full hour at her office and while I understand treatment isn’t a one and done, I felt so much relief just from that hour. It was such a positive experience, very professional setting and I loved that there was an enclosed tote bin to put all your personal belongings in during the session. Regardless of whether you suffer from chronic pain or just want a massage to relax, I wholeheartedly recommend! Pricing is reasonable for the industry and so worth it!

Carolyn works wonders. She felt my tension, worked through knots and left we feeling much better and relaxed than when I walked in. It was a wonderful first time experience. A lot of the massage and stretching technique done was something I’ve never had in a massage before, it really helped relieve a lot of pain / tension right away. I highly recommend a massage with Carolyn, I know I’ll be back!

So happy I found Carolyn amd Rest Wells Relaxation. She provided one of the best massages I've ever had. I got the deep tissue massage and it had been a while since my last massage. She was very good about communicating and clarifying preference regarding the amount pressure desired... and this communication carried on, as needed, throughout the actual massage.
