I love ARC! I have learned tools to help me stay clean, that I have learned no where else. The Techs are awesome especially Ronnie, Alicia, Reann and Ashley! They are all extremely respectful and helpful. I love this place if I ever need residential again. Ronnie is awesome I definitely recommend it!

This is my first time in rehab for alcohol and other substances. I was originally scared of coming here because I thought it would be ran like a facility but it’s not. It has a home setting which while detoxing is a big help. Not feeling stressed about all the thing that would stress one. I highly recommend coming to ARC if you need the help. Amazing staff and great friends who are going through the same things. The staff have also been through addiction which makes it a lot better because they understand what we are going through because they once went through it aswell.

I feel splendid. Had an amazing experience here at ARC. I’ve learned life lessons and feel good about going back out into the real world. Thanks to Ronnie, Michelle, Rachel, Ken, and the rest of the people that worked with me while I was there. Ill never forget! That’s for sure. Im thankful.

In all my years of being in recovery and seeking treatment I have never felt more comfortable, accepted and more hopeful about my treatment from any other rehab in my life. From the moment I arrived, all Staff and other participants have been welcoming and supportive of helping each other out. Groups have been great and everyone works together to create a safe environment to work on bettering ourselves. Staff have been very knowledgeable and supportive. I’d highly recommend this place!

My experience at ARC has been life-saving. I believe ARC provides the tools and resources to help people who have nowhere else to go, or just aren’t sure where to begin their recovery journey. From the chef-prepared meals, to caring and compassionate staff, ARC has safely helped me stop drinking. Medical services on-site are high quality and reliable. Seriously, just give it a thought. It is the fresh start for the rest of my life. I can see the difference, and feel like I can see myself in the mirror again.

My experience at Evolve was amazing. I would recommend the PHP program to anyone seeking recovery. The staff, facilitators and techs were all incredible and supported my recovery throughout my entire stay!

Huge stepping stone for my life. I’ve been to a lot of places in my history of addiction/recovery and this was the one place I actually felt like I was equal. The staff go above and beyond for legit anything you need or struggle with. I never once felt alone. Most places and people in recovery are there for a paycheck, this place? The absolute opposite. Dawg this was one of the scariest yet BEST decisions I made for my recovery journey as well as myself. The love and care is endless.

Went through the whole program, the picked me up from the homeless shelter, dude literally bought me a meal; great people man. Really great people. I’ll never have anything bad to say about this place. Sober off of suboxone and all other drugs because of this place.

My time at Avenues flew by, and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about recovery. I had a great time with my fellow recoverees and started learning how to socialize sober. There were groups 4 times a day, 7 days a week that helped me become knowledgeable about my disease and coping skills to counteract my stinking thinking. The kitchen food was good however they don’t allow seconds 🙁 and you are allowed many smokes breaks a day and vapes are allowed as long as they are brand new in the packaging and you only use them outside during breaks. Overall a great place to begin your recovery.

Man I loved the Indy facility so much and the group facilitators made all the difference, thanks Robert!! The staff don’t treat u like patients they make u feel like family. I was able to get out of really dark place inside my head while I was there and I found the man I was looking for. Met some really good men who I now consider brothers and still talk too since we graduated. Highly recommend to anyone serious about recovery. It works if u work it. I completed my 28 day program at Avenues and I feel like a completely different person from who I was walking in. I was nervous and they made me feel safe. The providers and bhts helped me feel more comfortable during my first week. My therapist, Valia was wonderful at listening and helping me through some issues. My case manger, Kat, helped me through some difficulties and helped me get into a program after here. I would not be sober today if not for this life-changing, life-saving experience. I owe today’s sobriety to Avenues Recovery Program. Thank you all!:)

I have had such a meaningful experience at Avenues Recovery Indianapolis. Every single member of the staff has been wonderfully caring and supportive. Avenue recovery and Indianapolis, was the best decision I’ve ever made. I don’t know if I’m allowed to mention any names but every single soul that works there held me accountable and pushed me every day to be the best that I could be. I am now an alumni. I seriously cannot think all of you enough from the BHT’s, to the therapist, to the group facilitators the directors, even the Kitchen staff I’m not saying you guys made avenues my home for 30 days because each and everyone of you, I am a healthy 30 year old man or starting life sober and happy. I love you all if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Staff is great. They’re spread a little thin at times but they are all very compassionate. Medical staff is on point. Food was good, Coffee was strong. More gym time would have been great.

Not my first time at ICFR, but my first experience with the Indy campus. I love the small close-knit community. The staff is caring and helpful. The counselors are fantastic. The facility is clean and supports group dynamics. I would definitely refer anyone I care about who needs help to this company.

The Indy facility is the best rehab ever gone to outta more than I can count on my fingers. The staff there are super caring and will do everything they’re allowed to help u get thru the process. The director there is one of the most understanding people I’ve ever met in all the rehab community. I would recommend going there. Most rehab I wouldn’t send people I don’t like to them but not here.

An amazing small ICFR location. Not as much amenities but the staff is very helpful and with it being a small location every knows everybody and it’s not «cliques.» So many of the staff are in recovery too which is a great bonus!

I had a great experience at ICFR, this experience definitely gave me the foundation to turn my life around. Although several of the staff members were outstanding, Collin and Shawn had to be my favorite due to there down to earth approach with a mix of the friend you need, not the person who always agrees with you. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of help.

Spark is a great place for people who want to get their lives together. They have taken me in as soon as I called. The clinical director was also one of the GREATEST people that has made me feel trusted and safe. She made me feel at home and she listens to me no matter what she has going on. I love my therapist also. He helped me get down to the bottom of my problems and he helps me find solutions without having to explode. They are very on demand and serious about everyone’s recovery. They help provide transportation to meetings that they feel will help us progress in recovery and they help in other aspects described as church , food pantries, grocery shopping and other things. I I don’t know where I would have been if it wasn’t for Spark. They help you stay on top of your medicine intake and providing you a clean and safe place to sleep and cook. I really love the environment and center. They helped me get back on track and stay focused. I’ve came so far just in the short amount of time I’ve been here. Thank you so much to all the staff here. I love all of you guys.

Spark Recovery has been a different experience than what I’m used to but, overall, has been an absolute blessing. I am extremely grateful and always will be. The staff has been polite and helpful. Spark is a good Recovery center that helps people recover and really care about their clients. The environment is clean, peaceful, & uplifting… the kind of place where healing actually feels possible!! Everyone, from admissions… to cafeteria workers, janitorial staff, nurses, therapists, & RSS staff, goes above & beyond to meet your needs, answer your questions, and/or make sure you never feel alone in your journey. I was very nervous going into rehab at RCA but I was desperate to stop drinking. I knew I couldn’t do it on my own and they were recommended by someone I trusted, and I wasn’t in any shape to do my own research. The whole experience was well worth the effort and expense. Once I made the decision that I HAD to make a change, RCA stepped in to help me start down the path to sobriety. From helping me medically detox the first few days to giving me tools to maintain my sobriety once I left, they were the perfect place for me to seek help. The staff really seemed to care about me personally and I’m grateful for the effort they made to help me get better. The facility itself is fairly nice but that was just a bonus. Lastly, they have a great alumni program and it’s great to see people I was in the program with and continue to remind myself why sobriety is so important to maintain through the AA meetings they host. . I’m 1,328 days sober and I give a lot of credit to RCA for helping me achieve this.

This place is not what was explained when called nor anything it all what was expected, we were told upon admission that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours from a Dr or Therapist for my husband. After checking himself in for sobriety (AA) and mental health. He was there for 6 days and I still had not been contacted, I advised him to sign ama and we would pick him up as he was not receiving the care he needed. They were without hot water for days, within the 6 days he was there the fire alarm was set off 3 times. The place is very short staffed. You cannot get ahold of ANYONE no live agent, person dr. I had left multiple voice mails with no response, per my husband there were 3 Great individuals there Clarence, Rebecca and Precious. When my daughter and myself showed up to pick my husband up we were told he could not have any of his personal belongings such as his wallet & phone. They did allow him to take his clothes but would not even give him the bookbag he used to bring his belongings. Told us we would have to come back in 24 hours for that stuff. I did refuse to leave until we had his ID as it is the law for him to carry it. We left there and went to another facility as he was serious about getting help, to bad RCOA was not serious about providing that help. If I was you I would find another center/hospital for help especially if they need dual care.

RCA was a really helpful Experience it helps people who are really struggling with there addiction to know that they are safe. It’s a place we’re people are guided to find there true identity the staff are great respectful and always willing to help you go forward with how you truly feel and the woman are very beautiful too and patient as well

My experience at RCA Indianapolis changed my life. I came out feeling stronger and more confident that I could stay on the right path. The classes were beneficial; and most if not all the instructors taught from their own past experiences, which made the classes more effective and meaningful. I was so angry when my husband made me go, but ended up so thankful that he did.

Recovery Centers of America was a last minute/sudden decision for me to make on my path to recovery. I am 18mths sober as of today. And I owe it all to RCA staff and alumni. I love ITC I believe it saved my life, without ITC I believe I would be a hot mess or probably dead!!! The things they do for complete strangers is So Amazing!!!! I really like the counselor I have right now but the counselor I had before Mrs krystan was cheressela Harris is So Awesome, Ik when I come in & my counselor is busy she will go out of her way to help me, She helped get me out of a really bad situation, She would talk to me & She always had a way to get me out of my funk & still does if we had more counselors like I believe there would be Alot less people using. So Thanks Alot Cheressela for being so kind & not judging me instead you helped me!!!! Bottom line I LOVE ITC. MY NAME IS THERESA MYNATT!!

My girl (of 10yrs) has been a patient at ICTC since 2018. I can definitely say that ICTC has helped save our lives, helping to bring back the much needed stability. Anyone ready to make the change, and get help… this is an easy place to feel accepted and do so. Much thanks to Dellonda for her help and compassion, and always being there for her when she needs her to be. She has been through several counselors at ICTC and most of them treated her as if she was a person in trouble, instead of a person in need of help and support.

Deedee is absolutely amazing. She listens without judgment, genuinely cares, and always knows how to guide you in the right direction. Every session with her made me feel supported, understood, and stronger than before. I’m truly grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone needing real care and compassion.

As a widowed mother of two grown sons, I have been through my share of hard times in life. Coming to this clinic was not an easy step for me, but I am so happy I did. From the very beginning, I have been treated with kindness, patience, and respect. I especially want to thank my counselor, Dellonda. She is consistently pleasant and encouraging. Every time I meet with her, I feel heard and supported, never judged. Which at my age means the world, when it can be easy to feel overlooked. ITC saved my life bottom line, before I came to treatment I was an addict, a thief, and an overall stain on society. When I began following the program, adding tools to my wellbeing toolbox that helped me deal with triggers, my life started to become manageable. I owe a lot to the counselor Delonda, she holds me accountable, always lets me know she is there for me and she genuinely cares. If your seeking help this IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Ictc really is a blessing for those who couldn’t do it any other way. Alot of people see MAT as a crutch or replacement swapping one substance for another but for some people this really is the only way to get clean. It took a while for me to do the program right but once I was paired with my great counselor Dellonda Richardson everything clicked and I’ve been straight sober and working on getting my life back in order ever since. It may not be for everyone but anyone who wants to finally quit the bs and get right I highly recommend checking yourself into ICTC

Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center is filled with arguably the most caring and compassionate staff members of any medical facility I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment you reach out, you’re met with a level of care that makes you feel comfortable and genuinely human—which, if we’re being honest, is something many of us haven’t felt in a long, long time. I moved here from the Northeast and had some apprehensions. I didn’t know what to expect and assumed I’d be treated with basic respect, but what came next was a pleasant surprise, to say the least. My first point of contact was a man named Antonio. His demeanor made me assume he was a substance abuse counselor who just happened to answer the phone—maybe filling in for someone who had called out. The clinic I came from in New England had similar situations, and my counselor there (a great guy named John) would occasionally step into that role. But no—Antonio wasn’t a counselor. He simply possessed that same level of empathy and compassion. From the moment we spoke, he made me feel completely at ease. If I’m remembering correctly, I found out he wasn’t a counselor because I actually asked if I could request him as my counselor 🙂. Antonio, along with another staff member, reached out to me multiple times before my intake even took place to make sure I was taken care of. Here I was—moving from the Northeast, my nervous system on high alert—and because of the compassion I was shown, those fears practically left my body. I can’t stress enough how important that was for my mental health. I’ve lived in the same city and state my entire life, and moving was incredibly difficult. Now, as I finish my first two weeks at ICTC, I’m doing quite well. I can’t think of anything I need at the moment, but just in case I did, a Clinical Supervisor named Denise Sloan reached out to me less than an hour ago. I mean—seriously? They care enough to personally check in on my well-being? Anyone who struggles with addiction can relate to that feeling of low self-worth—the voice telling you that you’re not important enough to be «checked on» or «taken care of.» Having someone from the clinic reach out makes you feel like more than just a client. Feeling cared about is more important than, well… anything. I’m not sure if I’m being overly dramatic, but the entire experience has been a huge stress reliever. I’m not speaking poorly of the place I came from—I won’t do that—but ignoring the contrast would feel dishonest. The staff here genuinely care, and they deserve recognition for that. This isn’t an easy job, especially dealing with people like me. We can be big babies 🙂.

Our family experience felt like we had just had an extension to our Family. Everyone was very friendly facility was very clean. Just an awesome experience for us and our family member Beautiful job with the Home Care for her truly friendly. We just love coming visiting in everyone’s so friendly to our family. Thanks everyone.

My mother was a resident of this facility for almost 4 years. They did the bare minimum and the last few months of her life, I was fighting hard to get adequate medical care for her. She died May 26th due to their negligence. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT send your loved ones here. Update: If anyone wanted to speak to me they would contact me directly. They have my contact information. No one has contacted me since I came the day my mother died and cleared out her room.

It was a beautiful church service at the center. I really enjoyed TBC coming together to bring encouraging words to the residents. I had an amazing time. The residents enjoyed our being there. Everything was so beautifully decorated. I’m looking forward to another visit.

The staff here is great! I was there for an Estate Planning appointment with a client and I saw everyone being so loving and caring to the residents!

Every person who I encountered was pleasant and friendly. Everyone had a smile on their faces. The facility is nice, clean, and without odor. The residents appeared to be well cared for. The ambiance is great! This speaks volumes!

I initially had a slight problem getting my Dad into Westside Village. They went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue immediately. The Director even called me, twice, on a Saturday, to speak to me personally. The facility is the prettiest and cleanest I’ve ever seen and the staff is very friendly and professional. My father is in good hands!!!

This place is a joke my client is their on respite due to his daughter being on vacation the level of care isn’t even a ONE .I watched her a nurse give insulin to him while he was eating never used the glucose meter to check his sugar level same socks no bath in 3 days not feeding him correctly definitely state reportable and I’m MANDATED to do just that treat these elderly ppl as if it were your family already called the Ombudsman placing powder on my client that belongs to someone else I see the owner gave a response no sir or ma’am I will not contact the facility nor any additional administrative staff the point my client was neglected due to him being non verbal I went through the proper chain of commands with the permission of his daughter I’ve contacted the state and will do the news as well maybe this will prompt others to come forth your staff needs evaluation my client is now in the hospital someone has to give answer’s and some need the license taken ELDERLY PEOPLE MATTER

Creekside Health and Rehab is a wonderful facility to bring your love ones for wonderful care. We have an excellent therapy department, caring staff and an awesome activity department as well as good food. Clean environment with no smell. Please come in and meet our Admission Team and enjoy a tour of our facility.

Physical therapists and occupational therapist were amazing everything else was terrible- food, cleanliness, getting medication, communication, discharge planning, and professionalism were all lacking. We went here since they work with amputees but wish we had gone elsewhere.

My sister Jeanne stayed at Creekside for several weeks. Everyone was great there. It seemed everyone was in a good mood, even the residents were saying hi to me as I passed by. I couldn’t have been more pleased knowing that she was well cared for.

Beautiful building and the rooms are really nice. The staff and the help are extremely helpful. The rehabilitation center is great they work with the patients. Very impressive to watch them work with my love one. The dining room is really nice and a great atmosphere. The tables are dressed up and the food is prepared and the food looks great. The staff is amazing when your love one needs something for pain they just push the button and the nurses or CNA or someone comes to the room. Awesome they treat you like family.

I was at Community North Rehab 5 years ago after a stroke and I just finished another 10 days last Sunday. My neurological disorder caused a loss of balance. The care I received was the best I could of ever thought of getting. The Drs. asked questions and listened to me. The nurses and techs were always checking on me, caring for me and did so with smiles and kindness as did the food service staff. The PT & OT therapist were professional yet personal and caring. I’ve never left a hospital feeling sad about missing new friends and feelings like some may miss me. Thank you

I am a recent right above knee amputee and and was recommended to do rehab here. I am very pleased with the care and rehab given. The staff is absolutely amazing. The center has great resources for you to take advantage of. aTherapist address everything that you need. My left knee needs a replacement and found out i.could not straight en out and it hurts. Within a day I was measured for a knee brace and given in 2 days. I highly recommend this program as well as the location. I am back as I had a complete change in my socket for my prostatic. The therapy program for me has given me such insight as to how much it actually takes to simply walk. The therapists are very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate all they have and continue to teach me. Brelyn Heffelbower has been with me since the very beginning and goes above and beyond to make sure I am learning how to use my prosthetic. She is the physical therapist here and Katie, my OT, is as wonderful. Both are very sweet and patient with me. I cannot recommend this program enough. If you have the ability to get in take the opportunity, I promise you will not be disappointed.

My husband was there for 10 days due to knee injuries. He was impressed with the level of care he received and the caring attitude displayed by the staff. The doctor s there are very easy to talk to and they listen.

I was admitted to Community North Acute Rehab following a traumatic fall, injuring both knees & rendering it impossible to stand. The entire staff (doctors, nurses and PT personnel) in just two short weeks helped me in so many ways – they were professional and focused on my care & overall improvement. I would highly recommend them; in fact, I will be undergoing the replacement of both the injured knees, and it would be my desire to return there for inpatient rehab therapy.

This facility and staff are excellent. I was a patient from mid June until the end of the month, but I don’t remember the exact dates. I was originally sent to community west rehab hospital by St Vincent’s, but was redirected to community north 2 days later, with the help of Dr Harrison and Windy (case manager). Dr Harrison made an extra effort by working with management to accommodate my request. Dr Harrison also provided professional and comprehensive patient care. I would also like to recognize the following staff for providing professional compassionate and pleasant patient care. Miran (nurse), Danna (nurse), Amanda (nurse), Jennifer (nurse), Breanna (tech) Tori (tech), and Kiesha (tech). This individuals demonstrated excellent patient care skills and had a very pleasant bedside manner. If you need to go to a rehab hospital the quality of the staff can make all the difference.

Overall just a wonderful experience. The cafeteria food is good. Wonderful staff and excellent therapy.Everyone is very attentive, fun and kind. Therapist were excellent as the therapy can be intense. They understood and were sensitive to personal needs as far as rest/ slowing down. They DO push you , but to the good points. The focus of all employees is safety and I felt very safe being here. Very impressed with the efficiency of reporting and communication among the departments to keep everyone in my care team updated. I think it would be nice to let patients know what items they have available for personal care. Personal comfort items are allowed like pillows, blankets etc.I. did find out that most personal care items should be brought from home. The dining area is a great setting to chit chat with each other and their situations and even offer a little encouragement to each other in their journey. When I first got here I found myself without proper clothing and I had to wait until the next day for family to bring them in, and staff were quick to provide emergency clothing for me until I could get my own from home. I think this would be a good fundraising/ donation idea.

I have been a patient here for a week now and expect to be discharged in four days. I can not believe how the staff here consistently has me feeling like I’m their only patient. I was transferred here from a traditional hospital at which I received a preemptive visit from a liaison of Community Rehabilitation Hospital North. By that I was impressed and from there they have continued to deliver exceptional care to me in the unfortunate condition in which I find myself. A weekday here consists of a total of three hours of a combination of physical and occupational therapies, three meals, a visit by the hospital physiatrist and careful administration of medications he prescribes along with those I was prescribed prior to coming here. My nurse and tech are only a button push away and address any concerns completely. Should they not have the ability to render certain decisions they don’t hesitate to escalate the matter to the next in charge. Whoever is next in charge has, in my experience, always been reachable and has determined what course of action needs to be taken. I have also had daily check-ins by a physician from Community North Hospital and my case manager who is well-versed in all aspects of my condition, my treatment and the situation into which I will be discharged. My questions and concerns are addressed until I feel comfortable with the outcome I face as I move forward. This is true of the occupational and physical therapists as well. I have learned both mechanisms to allow me to maneuver physically going forward and the practical skills which require adjustments due to my newfound physical limitations. I truly believe that I am in a superior place for my physical and emotional wellbeing. The staff and facility, along with their supporting resources could not be any better. They work as a cohesive team, consistently on top of what’s going on with me at any given moment. And, best of all, my dog is allowed to visit. I highly recommend choosing Community Rehabilitation Hospital North if you find yourself in need of such services.
