ProTECHt is an outstanding company to deal with. I called several companies before switching from my old company and ProTecht made it easy to switch at a fantastic price to update and fix my system. Theo was of great help in instructing me on system use and working the apps. I highly recommend there company.

My home alarm system (not ProTech) was beeping, and I couldn't get it to stop. Single mom here. Called ProTech and talked to Tristan. I assumed I needed a service call. Instead, Tristan walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem over the phone. Wow! ProTech could have easily charged me for a service call for a simple fix but no. That high level of customer service is missing these days. ProTech, way to go! You have a gem in Tristan and a new committed customer!! Thank you!

Theo did a great job installing my Home Security system. Without asking, he gave good insight to the product, and knowledge of Brinks in a whole. His personality along with professionalism is top notch.
