Prepaid $4500 and in 6 months they never returned a call. Just had an email from Brenda , saying that the no contact was at my request because I did not want updates emailed . Yes . True. But I did expect that she’d call and tell me when to stop by. She never did. I got a defensive client blaming email from her stating’we conducted a Tcsm whatever that is and have all my phone records. Welp, she wasn’t hired for that. She did NOTHING to even minimallly satisfy her contract with me. I’ve asked for a full refund $4,500 I expect a response here from’ol girl maligning my character and my ability to reason. Should’ be good for a giggle. Seemingly she has but one gear‘blame another but never herself.’ Shane on you, Brenda

I paid a $4500 retainee 6 months ago and have never been able to reach Brenda, the principal. Disappointed . If that changes I'll anend my report

We use All In Investigations for our business. They do our background checks for high risk flight operations and group housing arrangements. They’re ultra professional, fast, consistent, and communicate with us clearly and immediately. We started using them after a past company failed us in thoroughness and timely investigations, and once we started working with All In Investigations we learned what this service should actually be like. They also sometimes communicate directly with our customers and contract partners and I always trust/know they will do so professionally and quickly, and they have.

I feel obligated To leave this review. For the record, I do not leave negative reviews often. However, I was directed by my attorney to use these guys to sweep my house for bugs and cameras. It took Dan and his partner two days to perform this task, one of them fell through my ceiling while in my attic and never offered to pay or repair the damage. Also, I never received my report stating my house was clear for almost a year after I paid $9000. Once I finally received the report, I couldn’t even understand any of it. I asked several times if someone could explain this to me crickets! Several other issues with these guys if you’re looking for an honest company within integrity, I would look elsewhere!

I took my phone here 4 months ago and I still do not have my phone back. It was necessary that the data was extracted immediately but it wasn't until weeks later. I received an email with the data but it shows absolutely nothing, how convenient. If leaving my phone with this business for 4 months and not picking it up doesn't tell them that THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM with why I hired them then I don't know what does! My phone was shut off and not by me which was why it was very important I get the data immediately! I have contacted the BBB and Attorney Generals office about this business. I would NOT recommend them!!!

Do not go here!!! I was told no one does polygraph anymore by this man. Of course after I Paid $500 an ordered a polygraph for a martial issue. This man took my money. Gave my wife a vocal stress test knowing full well she would fail the polygraph. The showed me the result of a stress test and told me she passed. I ordered polygraph specifically for the pulse check. Made me sign a form saying he gave me results. Could have saved me and my children 2 years of grief and embarrassment. Crooked is sugar coating this man!

This is DEFINITELY the company that you want to use if you need to locate someone. They are professional, courteous, thorough, fast and affordable. When I needed to locate someone that I hadn't been in contact with for over 30 years, All In Investigations found the individual and put me in direct contact with them within hours of me calling them to inquire about their service. I was simply amazed with how fast and thorough they were. Their personal attentions to my needs were top notch. Having owned and directly operated my own Security and Alarm Company for over 25 years, I know what it means to get excellent personal service and they delivered it beyond my expectations. I am a very satisfied legitimate customer who has used their services and I highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future if I need any of the services that they offer.
