Completely wasted my time. Told me they could assist with my taxes by the deadline and then changed their minds. Customer service is not very good at all. Michael, I hadn’t yet become a client. I was working with Mr. Franz and had uploaded documents. I’m no longer interested in your services so I won’t be calling. You didn’t even spell my name right. That lack of attention to detail shows me I made the right choice.
