I’ve been taking a taxi to work for the past 2 weeks because of personal car issues. Up until yesterday I’ve had a pleasant experience with this company. As a matter of fact, I’m giving this company 2 stars because of previous decent customer service. Yesterday my driver asked me for the payment for the ride as SOON as I entered the car because she told me that she got stiffed on the ride before me & she didn’t want to chance it again. Prior to this I always paid when I got to my destination. I thought this was odd… I then asked if she could stop & pick up my order along the way from a restaurant & she told me that every minute she waits is $1. Then this morning I called for a ride to work, nothing different than previous mornings & I was told that someone would be there shortly. No biggie, I’m always told this by the dispatcher. However as the time passes, no taxi. I called for an update & the dispatcher told me that it’s only one driver & there were people before me who were getting picked up & my wait time was an ADDITIONAL 20-30 minutes!!! Why not tell me that originally BEFORE I waited for a ride?!!! I cancelled the ride. Dealing with these people I was over an hour late for work because I had to call MULTIPLE people at 5 in the morning for a way to work!!! This afternoon: I call & request yet another ride. This time home. The dispatcher tells me “we’ll have someone there in about 20 minutes.” After 26 minutes no ride. I call to inquire an ETA; the dispatcher tells me “about 5 minutes.” I tell her to cancel because I’ve been waiting over the ETA & she then lies & says that she told me “20-25 minutes & because I’m canceling the next ride I get will have a $15 fee on TOP of the regular fee. I tell her that I will never pay that fee because you guys just lost me as a customer. Times are hard for a lot of people right now & we are doing the best we can to make ends meet. I gave these people my business for 2 weeks just to be talked to in a demeaning manner & to basically be called a liar. It’s unfortunate because prior to yesterday I had a pleasant experience with this company but that quickly I received Horrible customer service. They need to monitor & screen the calls they receive because everyone is NOT lying & everyone is NOT playing either.

Jojo, the dispatcher, was very helpful. The driver, Dee, was very wonderful. He showed up on time, I was able to drop my kid off at the babysitter & was early for work. Thankyou for you service & stay safe/ blessed!
