Lift Therapeutic Massage

I used to love this spa—it was my go-to for massages, and they really do an amazing job when it comes to the actual service. However, the communication and booking process has become really frustrating. I recently reached out to one of the owners to ask about availability for a spa day and never received a response. There’s no easy way to book online, no clear system for availability, and even purchasing gift cards feels unnecessarily complicated. It's disappointing because the quality of the massages is genuinely great, but the lack of customer service and booking convenience makes it really hard to continue supporting the business. I hope they improve this soon—it has so much potential.

My prenatal massage with Leah was amazing! She is great! She listened to my concern areas and I feel so great now! The location was easy to get to and it has it owns parking lot. The lobby was clean and bright. The room for the massage was quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back! I recommend them for your massage needs!

Lift is absolutely the best! I’ve had massages elsewhere, but none have compared to Lift. My massages with Tasha are the best I have ever experienced, period. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone there is so kind & easy to be around. An all around great vibe. I always feel so much better physically & mentally when I leave. I highly recommend Lift. Everyone there is great!

Absolute best massage in the city. The space is lovely, the owners are wonderful and they've been taking great care of me for years! Through two pregnancies and all of life's aches and stresses. Love this place.

My massage with Sara was quite possibly the most relaxing experience I've ever had. They took amazing care of my problem areas and made sure to check in throughout the massage. In already looking forward to booking another session with them.

I cannot give enough stars to Lift. I had the BEST experience with them. I woke up in a lot of pain from chronic issues and they fit me right in for an SOS appointment. I'm not generally a massage person - I usually have a hard time relaxing and am uncomfortable being touched by strangers (especially by men). They were so amazing working me in so quickly that when I saw I had a male therapist, I decided to give it a try. I have to say I was really amazed and SO highly impressed with my massage therapist Chris. I explained the pain and my health issues to him and the entire massage, Chris' touch was strong, but very gentle. He had a very calming voice and always touched the table when moving so I could feel where he was. He even controlled his breathing in a way that nearly removed my awareness of him so I could actually relax, let my nervous barriers down, and allow him help to me. Within about 5 mins of Chris working on my head and shoulders I was crying like a little girl. I guess you carry stress there...I had no idea it was pent up in me like that. Chris was incredibly sweet and didn't make me feel awkward about it. I'm more impressed than I have the proper words for. I'm so glad I went to Lift, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I've gone a few different places for a massage in Indy and I have to say Lift is the best!! I've gone to Mary and Chris for deep muscle massages and they were both so welcoming and effective! The therapists are so well trained. They are able to reach problem areas no one else has been able to reach. I leave feeling relaxed for days. I would recommend them any day!
