We ended up here accidentally, but we're super happy about it. We actually had a reservation somewhere else down the road that fell through, so we walked in here on a busy downtown Saturday and they got us in immediately. The place is way bigger than it looks from the outside and I'm told it's super rare that you can't get set up in there within just a few minutes. The food is nothing to die for, but considering you're bowling or playing games while they're bringing you food, it's not something I would complain about. You get to just wander around and do all sorts of games, some of which are free and others you pay for in reserved spots. We played quite a bit with a group of friends, probably spent two hours in here (maybe a little longer), and had an absolute blast. I've got co-workers that have said they also have gone here on large group outings and that they do an excellent job accommodating for that.
This was the second time we were there for an anniversary. This was our 35th. The hummus was great, so was the mozzarella sticks. But the shrimp tacos were the bomb. We enjoyed the games alot. Pool and steel ball was the best. The onlycomplaint was that the music was a bit loud. We did have a punch bowl this time. It was just too cute and sooo good!
We had a great time. We're from our of town and we're looking for something to do for a couple of hours that was in walking distance of the hotel we were staying at. The staff was polite and in good spirits. It was slow because it was Wednesday at 1pm. Management was nice as well. We took a look around and saw a variety of games and entertainment that these 40 year old men could play and enjoy 😉.
The server was nice but the interactions felt rushed. I ordered the mozzarella sticks ($10) which were good but not great, wouldn't order again, and the salmon ($24), I removed the edamame and cilantro, the portion of fish imo was a little small, it came with veggies on potato puree, the flavor of everything was great, but the potato was so salty that I couldn't eat it or the veggies on it and I like salt. I was instead offered fries, tots, or a salad. Wasn't given a discount. I also took their berry beingets to go ($14) and I loved them.
I stopped in on a slow Saturday morning recently as I was visiting from out of town. I noted the $5 mimosa special listed on one of the menus the bartender gave me and my decision was made! I thought what an awesome deal. I can get two instead of one and be on my way. When I got my bill it was obvious that price wasn’t correct. I did ask the bartenders and I was told that wasn’t the price anymore and one remarked that the bartender who served me didn’t make a mistake (I wasn’t implying it was on her at all). I get that things change and sometimes menus aren’t updated, but I do feel the price noted should’ve been honored. I did pay the full tab and made sure to tip my bartender well as that wasn’t on her. It was disappointing there was no adjustment made and that after I was told essentially I was in the wrong for asking they both turned around and got on their phones so the conversation was over. Just felt somewhat rude to me. I’m happy to pay full price if that’s what is owed. But that really wasn’t the case here.
Over all had a delightful time. Appreciated thr vegetarian options! And there are both free games and games you pay for and some really great happy hour deals. The only thing that bugged me was, the service was great. But the bartender didnt feel the need to give me all of my change. I should have received $3.78 but they gave me $3. Assuming i didnt want the change? I still left a full tip. But, wasn't cool.
I’ve only ever been here for the music bingo, but one of my friends found a 90s and 00s night so my fiancé and I decided to go. There were 11 of us to go, but we were first to arrive. Upon entering, the hostess lacked customer service. We walked in and all she said was "IDs". We handed her the IDs and told her we were here for the 90s and 2000s party we were told "it’s just a playlist… you can hear it anywhere". She advised us that we could sit at the bar or get a table. I told her we had friends coming so we’d like a table if possible. I called my friend to confirm the number and let her know it was 11. She asked if they were here and I told her they were parking. She counted out 11 menus and then just stood there. No direction, no question…just standing. She started walking towards a table when a line started to build up behind us. We sat at the table and waited for our friends. No one came to even offer water. Once our party arrived, we were still never waited on. 30 minutes total and no one came to our table. Many waiters waited on the tables around us and multiple staff even smiled our way as they walked by, but no one ever stopped. Not even to see if we had been waited on. 0/10 would not recommend. IF I ever come back, it will only be for music bingo. Paying $25 to park just to leave with not even a water is INSANE.
