St. Joseph Brewery

We stopped at this brewery on our way from Oklahoma to Michigan and it did not disappoint! We arrived at 2pm on a Tuesday and it was mostly empty. We were greeted immediately and seated by a manager or brewer. There was one server and one bartender working. Both were great! The bartender was able to make me a cocktail off menu and my husband was happy with his IPA. The server did a great job of checking on us and even refilling sodas for the kids without being asked. The food arrived quickly and it was all beautiful and fresh! We had no problem finding parking on the street and no trouble with traffic. Overall a great experience! My only notes: The chicken on the sw BBQ salad was pretossed in the BBQ sauce so overall pretty sweet. I also found there to be a lot of pico (which is a me problem- I expected it to be a topping that I could avoid but it was incorporated in the salad).

Excellent vibe, delicious fresh beer at one of my favorite breweries in downtown Indy. I love St Joseph's vibe and setting. Good outdoor seating options when the weather is nice, cool indoor seating in the church when the weather is less than ideal. Nice staff and great beer and food options. Highly recommend the beef poutine for a starter and lamb burgers if you love flavor. Will return!!

St. Joseph’s Brewery is a unique and memorable spot. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—housed in a beautifully restored old church, it has a warm, inviting charm you won’t find anywhere else. The high ceilings, stained glass, and historic details make it a perfect backdrop for enjoying a great selection of craft beers. I had the Brian Burger with German potato salad, both delicious, and the menu offers plenty of other tempting choices. A must-visit for anyone who loves good beer, good food, and unique settings.

Sirloin steak was fantastic! All beers on my flight were wonderful! The music was an incredible mix of 30+ years of hip-hop and r&b! Highly recommend

Great place. Beer selection was great. Had the chicken sandwich with pimento cheese added. German potato salad was my side Wouldn't get the potato salad again. The stone ground mustard is too much. It over powers everything else in it.

Knowledgeable and kind service! Wonderful people who actually deeply care about growing their communities love for craft beer. Highly recommend the Blonde with the Sesame chicken. Bold food choices, excellent beer, cool history, Wonderful scene. Cannot recommend enough.

St. Joseph Brewery is an old church which is now a restaurant and brewery. Menu is diverse, including burgers, pizzas, entrees, appetizers, etc. Food is all decent, beers are decent but not the best in town. Service was good. Brussels sprouts appetizer is delicious! The lamb burger had great flavor, unfortunately was cooked close to well done despite being ordered at medium rare. The meatloaf is a nice comfort dish. There are TVs at the bar and around the main seating areas to watch sports.
