For the past four years, I’ve been struggling with tax issues with the IRS. I received multiple audits and notices, many of which seemed unwarranted. With no background in finance, I felt completely lost in dealing with them. The situation kept getting more stressful.

Filing a bankruptcy is scary especially if you are someone like me who likes to pay bills on time, etc, but having Attorney Smith work in my case was the best decision I made. Jerry is very difficult to get ahold of. When I was able to get ahold of him he would say he was waiting for a return call and he’d call me as soon as he heard back. Then he’d never call me. His lack of response suggested to me he had never called our creditor in the first place. He regularly tried to talk me into filing bankruptcy instead of helping facility conversation with our creditor. I am sorry I contacted Jerry. I wish I would have talked to a different attorney.
