They got my license reinstated to drive a commercial vehicle and also helped me get my situation dismissed and pretty much made it go away. Richard and Andrew r great attorneys that worked with me through the entire process.. Stephanie, Eva, Diane and Michelle. I even like that I can still chat to them through the customer portal when I need something.

Haven’t been completely satisfied with the way this firm is handling my bankruptcy. This is a delicate and stressful process and I’m starting to feel like I made a mistake in choosing this firm. I dont feel that they have been as helpful as a firm could be with this situation, after all these services aren’t free. I was given conflicting information in the beginning perhaps that should have been my red flag warning to keep searching. disappointed so far..if things change or when an outcome is reached. I will change this review if need be.

Edit : The head lawyer gave me a call and helped get all of the below resolved very quickly. Apart from the communication errors they have been excellent. My first call here was with a lawyer who seemed great. I had thought they had a Bloomington location – which is still listed on their website and google maps as being open. When I arrived there one day, I was told by the adjacent law firm that they only rent a desk here and are seldom here. Well, I wanted someone local, but that’s fine. The consultation call went well enough I was willing to drive to Indy for paperwork and do the rest over the phone instead. The lawyer has been great since, but paralegal less-so. It took months to get filed – first from a delay on my end, then after a couple emails didn’t get replies I called to check the status. Turns out my paralegal left weeks ago without me being notified. Being a bit more proactive on my end definitely would’ve helped to be fair. No worries. Resubmitted and we were on our way. The visit with the lawyer on my case went great. But I still had issues contacting my paralegal, as calls to their phone went to voicemail and I didn’t get email responses, so a different paralegal had to set up my address change a few months ago Now, post-discharge, I have been trying to find out multiple questions, and am moving out tomorrow and haven’t been able to update my address again. I have no idea if the paralegals here are overloaded with work, high turnover, or what.

Very nice people and would call back when needed. Long trip from where I live but well worth it. Saved money compared to my local Bankruptcy lawyers.

After years of trying to get out of debt in other ways (multiple jobs at once, loans, refinancing, etc), I made the tough decision to file. Eric was wonderful to work with. I was able to keep and refinance my car at a lower monthly payment because of a company Eric recommended, and his fee was quite reasonable. Eric spoke with me on the phone for almost half an hour and then met with me in his office today for almost an hour. He was a good listener and evaluated some paperwork I brought for him.
