I had a auto accident on February. 15, 2025, it was not even 2days later and the other insurance company was calling trying to offer ne a settlement. I felt like I was being pressured by them to make a deal, I ask them if they thought that I needed a lawer,and they said no not really, it would be easier to make a quicker deal if I didn’t have a lawer, so I contacted HLG and looking back I sure am glad that I did, if it was not for the awesome team at HLG, especially for LYDIA and her team. Horrible law firm. The firm took my case 9 months ago, there was no progress in those months and then all of a sudden they aren’t going to take the case anymore. Very suspicious on their end!!!! Why take the case and go 9 months of doing nothing, only to drop the case? I guess money talks… My medical provider’s office said that they were difficult to work with and when I questioned the paralegal – she replied that she was instructed not to answer them. UNPROFESSIONAL! She would call , knowing nothing about the case, asking the same questions I had answered a million times. I provided records after she mentioned the medical provider’s insisted I wasnt a patient there. Poor communication- no progress updates, just sorry all around. Dont waste your time with this firm!!!

Garbage. They clearly wanted a bad review. Don’t call and then not answer the phone when I cal right back and leave a message. I’ve been waiting to hear from «my lawyer» and it’s been almost 2 weeks. My case was started and no one has taken any info besides who I am.. well you’re not defending me so you might need the persons info that attacked me.. Idk how you got 4+ stars. These people charge 40% and this is what you get. Frustration before the holidays. If I were being sued I definitely wouldn’t want these slow pokes doing work for me.

Makes appointments and then stands you up. Then never apologizes for doing so. Also lack of communication. Would never try them again.

Firm is extremely unprofessional and they dropped my case for no reason at all. I have a serious injury, caused by someone else and it just didn’t matter. You know I really enjoy the commercials. But I don’t enjoy the reputation. We hired this firm to handle a camp lejeune case as it turns out they’re not allowed to practice law in South Carolina they passed us off to another company not doing anything. We tried to reach them because we were never notified that another company was handling the case. After we finally got over that debacle and got everything straightened out another law firm contacted us and turns out they referred us to to all firms and both were wanting to represent us in the same case I had to go to a great deal of trouble and time to write letters to cancel one law firm out. Wish I could bill them for my time like they bill everybody else. The only person down there I’ve been able to deal with is the operations manager. I never could get an attorney from there to call me back apparently they don’t talk to clients. I was going to use them in a medical injury case which happened after the fact of the other case although I’m not sure I want them representing me. If I were you I would look around before you decide to run with this company.

I’ve been dealing with McCready since April 2024 after a fall at a Big Box store. The communication has been horrible. No return calls from lawyer. No information in over 3 months and this isn’t the first time. The doctors i was referred to were also not paying attention or of much use. I had one good representative Gina who communicated a little better than the rest. Most of the time I didn’t even know who was handling my case. I was told to leave a 5 star review some time ago and I would be put in the running for a $250 gift card. I guess that’s how they get the high ratings. Still no case settlement so I can’t really make this my FINAL review but frankly unless I get a LOT it’s not going to change. I would have done better settling out of court and moving on.

Absolutely the worst law firm ever, they don’t return calls have little to no information on your case the doctors they use are unprofessional nobody returns calls . When I asked for my case manager, supervisor no one never calll back. The doctors they use canceled appointments same day . They don’t do enough investigating of they claims they are taking.
