Tammy was amazing . John Hurst the first attorney was great also.. the last attorney ah.. he was okay. But if I ever had to go threw this again long as I had Tammy I would be happy. Always made me feel like she cared. No matter the question that I had, even if she had to find the answer, she was quick to always get back with me.

I contacted Isaacs & Isaacs to inquire about a case I possibly had with a motor vehicle accident I was recently involved in and the receptionist Tiffany was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me with any questions I had and she was very thorough with taking all my information down and telling me my next steps. She was very nice, patient and professional. Just based off her interaction alone, I knew this was a great firm. Thank you for all of your help!

You know I really enjoy the commercials. But I don't enjoy the reputation. We hired this firm to handle a camp lejeune case as it turns out they're not allowed to practice law in South Carolina they passed us off to another company not doing anything. We tried to reach them because we were never notified that another company was handling the case. After we finally got over that debacle and got everything straightened out another law firm contacted us and turns out they referred us to to all firms and both were wanting to represent us in the same case I had to go to a great deal of trouble and time to write letters to cancel one law firm out. Wish I could bill them for my time like they bill everybody else. The only person down there I've been able to deal with is the operations manager. I never could get an attorney from there to call me back apparently they don't talk to clients. I was going to use them in a medical injury case which happened after the fact of the other case although I'm not sure I want them representing me. If I were you I would look around before you decide to run with this company.

I had to at least give 1 star for a review. I briefly worked with Chris & Anna and that’s after it took forever for them to "assign my case." I was hit by an 18 wheel semi due to a mechanical failure. 100% his fault. Due to me surviving and not having any major complications, my ticket to settlement wasn’t worth it. They decided to sit on my case for another 30-45 days to rack up the bill to see if I need additional follow up like PT, OT. AKA bigger payout. This is after speaking with Anna, her never returning any messages to realize she went on vacation. I survived without any current complications, but sorry for that not being a huge payout for your office. I talked about emotional damage but the attorney was quoting CT scans. I’m sorry you can’t bill a 6 figure settlement on emotional damage but I’m sure you all are eager about accidents causing deaths. It’s a simple equation: the more severe injuries = bigger payout. I just didn’t fit that equation. I simply get to live and retell it. However, I was still hit head on by an 18 wheeler semi on 4/16/25 and survived. What’s the settlement figure on that? Is it 6 figures? Am I worth your time?

Annette was very friendly and professional. She was honest and told me she could not help me with what I am needing but referred me to someone that could and she made the connection for me!
