Indyland II Laundromat

I’ve always came to this laundromat for as long as I can remember. I never had an issue with their customer service until just recently. I had to wash my white stuff, and so I went to try to purchase some bleach. They had varieties of different kind of bleaches. I chose the lavender bleach. And the old man kept trying to give me the regular beach. I kept trying to communicate with him. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but decided to raise his voice and say “I get what he gives me, cause if he gets me the bleach that I want he’s going to have to take it all out and that’s too much to do.” I was highly upset and irritated. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

I like going there to wash my clothes. Best part about the visit is I get to drink two cups of their delicious coffee, that's free!

Long time customer never have I ever been told by employees that I had to wait so they could give washer I've been waiting for to someone else this didn't just happen to me it happen to another person. Not only that I dislike when one teaches another hatred (racist)

Good, clean place. Plenty of washing machines and driers. Change machines worked. They even sell drinks and snacks. I'd definitely go here again.

Looks are deceiving! First time coming here & washing machines are horrible didn’t wash my clothes, Had to re wash a load! Most machines are filled with water still & what the last person left behind. Tried to ask for assistance with the one I was at because it didn’t start right away, mentioned to the attendant that the washer had water in it so maybe that’s the reason & the attendant did not give af! & he switched my load from hot to warm even though I paid extra, saying it’s what I needed to do for it to work. Washing machines leaking as two of them over flowed while I was here. Decided to give this place another try because maybe it was me. Loaded one load turned the corner to load another came back & my initial load was GONE I ask the attendant he DID NOT CARE!! Said it was on me as I let someone take my clothes. & again he tried to step in & run my load, he even pushed my hand back to keep it on warm even though I paid extra for the hot water. Sadly, to add to it, both attendants kept following me. To those looking for a laundry mat, STAY AWAY from this one!! Horrible customer service, bad attitude, place & business all together! There’s a laundry mat 20 mins out & right next to my job. I will be going there instead even though this one is right by my house!!
