Indiana Alarm

Don’t have anything positive to say about this business. Was unimpressed with my door lock installation, but the cancellation process was worst part. First you have to give 30 days notice using a form that at the time only worked on certain browsers and took me multiple phone calls to complete. Then even after the service was cancelled they continued to bill me When they failed to get back to me after calling a couple times I was forced to contact the bank and have any further payments blocked. And I am still getting emails and texts from them.. On top of that they wouldn’t provide the code to access my .panel without having a tech come out (I refused) which led to a bunch of delays and additional expense getting my new system up and running. Turns out there a bunch of other companies out there that do exactly the same thing for a much lower monthly fee and even provide assistance with self installation.

My Ring doorbell died, so I asked Josh & his team for a price to replace it and add a second exterior camera. Had the price a day later, and everything was installed that same week! The service technician was great too, friendly & fast. Also, the video quality is much better than what the Ring doorbell provided.

Our service technician, Ron, came to update our system. He did an outstanding job…was super helpful, polite, and took care of our issues effectively. He answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand, which is much appreciated.

We needed a completed overhaul camera system. Dustin was quick and professional. Very helpful and patient with all of my questions.

Indiana Alarm came to upgrade our old cameras and system. Dustin was very professional, very helpful, and spent time answering all our questions and showing us how to use the new equipment. I would highly recommend Indiana alarm!

Nick did such an awesome/efficient job installing our system today. He answered all of my questions and showed me exactly how everything works. He was able to work around us and our scholars which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Indiana Alarm for your alarm system needs!

I was able to help her out with unlocking doors and also seeing how the equipment works. Very good wonderful to talk with and I learned a few things to keep an eye out. Also next time we need to have someone come out please send her again.
