I love the positive changes on my son's life week by week. The care, the love and support from each therapist and his BCBA, the constant communication and understanding is priceless to our family. We really appreciate Hopebridge Care and attention to our little special one and always recommended to anyone with likely needs. Kudos to the West side Location at Eagle Creek!!

I was told after my son left he could visit his therapist who he was really attached to. After he no longer attended they refuse to let him see her. Knowing he has autism and has been crying for her. I guess when the money stopped the caring did as well.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but.. I sent my daughter to this Parkdale location for therapy. She hadn’t been there a full month I will say about 2.5 weeks. Don’t get me wrong I loved the fact that she loved going socializing a little bit more with other children with similar situations as my daughter. I trusted that my child would be safe in the hands of the Hopebridge staff members , I’m not saying by any means that all locations & staff are no good. But I had a not so good experience, at this particular location & whomever was supposed to be doing their job making sure my child was safe in their care. To the staff that actually have a heart and truly cared for my child and did what they knew in their heart was right I appreciate you. What I didn’t like was my child coming home with a bruise scratches, & a knot on her forehead. After I noticed the bruise under her eye I asked what happened & requested that staff send updates and let me know if she has any injuries no matter how minor or major. I didn’t send my child with scratches, a bruise or a knot on any occasions. So of course as a truly loving and caring mother, I wanted to know what was going on. I asked about the bruise under her eye, the knot on her forehead and the scratches on her bottom. But apparently every time I’d ask no one knew anything & no incident reports were made. I spoke with a staff member and they mentioned that she may have done these things on her own, if that were the case why was she unattended? Also why wouldn’t the AM or PM staff report the incident to me and make an incident report? I knew that was false , for starters my daughter doesn’t self harm secondly the therapist that was taking care of my daughter that day had about medium length stiletto shaped nails on. So I know exactly where the scratches came from that day. I have nothing against nails, shapes or lengths but please don’t lie to my face and tell me that she’d done that by herself also my baby is 2. And stiletto nail shape for a job working with children, I think is inappropriate. I’m not posting the scratches where the sun doesn’t shine btw. But I am posting the knot and bruise.
