Woodhouse Spa - Bottleworks

Was treated to Woodhouse for a birthday surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful relaxing time. They even brought me a birthday treat! I also needed to pump while I was there, and they told me to do it in the salt room so I could enjoy another treatment free of charge. Being postpartum, this was the perfect relaxation. My massage therapist was fantastic and all of the staff made me feel special. Thank you!

Amazing experience! I treated myself to the Head-to-Toe Relaxation Package, which includes a massage, facial, and pedicure, for my birthday. This was my first time visiting Woodhouse Spa plus my first time getting a facial and a pedicure. The atmosphere is perfect for calm and relaxation; each treatment felt incredible; the staff were so kind - they even surprised me with a little birthday treat in between sessions! I would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a way to recharge and relax. It's well worth the price (which, honestly, it very reasonable for the expertise and treatment you receive).

Woodhouse Spa in Bottleworks is amazing. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful. They create a calm and peaceful atmosphere and it’s very welcoming. Jessica gave me a great pedicure. I selected the seasonal option and was very pleased. Jessica is lovely. I felt comfortable chatting with her as well as relaxing in silence, perfect balance. I came in for my birthday and the spa made me feel extra special. This is my favorite spa, I’ve had AMAZING massages and look forward to experiencing all the services they offer.

Parker did a great job with my massage, it was very relaxing. He was also able to give me helpful tips regarding where most of my tension was. Moriah was extremely helpful in teaching me how to care for my dry skin. Her facial had my face looking hydrated and dewy. It’s been almost a week taking her advice and my skin looks amazing! I will be back to see both of them.

This was my first visit to Woodhouse Spa and I plan to return. Beautiful, clean areas. Felt private. The staff did not oversell me. I was initially scheduled for a more advanced facial, but after consulting with me, the specialist recommended a less intensive, purifying facial and I feel fantastic. Was able to leave and run errands immediately afterward. Thank you all for personalizing the experience and tailoring to my needs.

Wow wow WOW! This spa experience was wonderful. The place was beautiful, smelled nice, and the staff were friendly. ✨Highlight #1: The new manager Sade (yes like the artist) is a GEM! I needed help because it was Labor Day weekend and she went above and beyond. She was personable, professional, and made my experience amazing! ✨Highlight #2: My massage therapist C is woooooow. I sometimes get tight in my shoulders and back and he worked real magic. He was so attentive, could adjust the pressure, and fun to talk to the whole time. I can’t wait to schedule him again. Anytime I’m in Indianapolis, I’ll be coming here. I can’t recommend this place enough.

As a loyal guest for over 10 years, I can confidently say this location has maintained the high standards I've come to expect over my 2+ years visiting here. Today's facial with Kelci was absolutely wonderful - she was knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin's needs. My skin feels refreshed and glowing! The entire staff went above and beyond, especially when helping me select the right aftercare products to maintain my results at home. Highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a relaxing, professional spa experience.
