Thank you to Derek Kitchen for helping us to order, install and after for our Royal Spa. He told me to text him at any time. We are at two years and still loving it! Thanks to his expertise and customer service. He’s always been there. The office staff is wonderful too. When I call in they are always helpful. Highly recommend!

We went to Royal Spa June 2024 to look at purchasing a hot tub. We encountered Todd, the salesman. Todd was great in showing us different spas on the showroom floor. He was very informative. We told him we were going to look at another store "down the street" to see what they had. Todd said "I understand but you will be back!" Within 30 minutes we were back. When walking into the "other" store, the staff just pointed in the direction of the hot tubs. No customer service at all. Since that return visit to Royal Spa and subsequent purchase of a hot tub, Todd has been there every step of the way. His communication is top notch. He has been instrumental in hot tub chemistry education for me. I highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a tub/spa, go to Royal Spa on Pendleton Pike and speak to Todd. You will be treated with respect.

Everyone that we have talked with at Royal Spa has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Jay and Alex were awesome! We purchased a Royal Spa hot tub as part of a backyard oasis/pool project. It was the easiest and smoothest part of our project by a long shot!

Got my hot tub a week ago, still unable to use it. First, sales rep never returned my calls or emails as promised to discuss chemicals. Had to Google everything on my own. Then my filter stopped working. Tried calling service for the last 3 days but can't get anyone to pick up.

Huge thanks to Todd Johnson at the Pendleton Pike store. We recently purchased a new Royalty II (after owning our previous Royalty II for 22 years). We were having some chemical balance issues with the new one where the water was turning cloudy. Todd was able to shoot me in the right direction with some corrective methods that have now cleared the water to it's majestical beauty. Thank You, Todd.

I am not in the habit of writing on-line reviews for service calls to my home, regardless of whether or not the service was: Great Service, Poor Service, or anything in-between. In fact, I cannot remember the last time I had left an on-line review. With the recent service call I received from Kevin P. @ Royal Spa on October 30, 2024, I decided to make an exception to my ‘rule.’ Kevin arrived at my home to address an issue re: hot tub. He promptly introduced himself, explained why he was there, and what it was he was hoping to accomplish to get my hot tub functional again. Kevin was extremely polite, friendly, respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I immediately knew Kevin is a worker who ‘loves what he does!’ This was apparent in his enthusiastic and positive attitude! At every step of the way, Kevin kept me informed of what the problem was, along with other potential issues he noted in the control panel of the hot tub. As I have some difficulty in hearing, Kevin was patient & understanding to make sure I heard & understood what he was doing during this repair. Additionally, Kevin also showed me some things that were never told to me by the set-up personnel from Royal Spa (4 years ago), nor any service specialist prior to Kevin!!! Upon Kevin’s departure, I thanked him for his kindness, respectfulness & knowledge. I also stated to Kevin that I would be asking specifically or him for any future service calls (if/when necessary) from Royal Spa! In my opinion, workers like Kevin are few & far between. Kevin defines what Customer Service is & can teach courses on the subject. Royal Spa has a "keeper" employee!!

Our hot tub is AMAZING! And Derek did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and allowing customization and the delivery team was great too! Thank you! We have used it every day!
