I went in for a consult and I’d highly recommend! Super easy – hassle free location to get to. The staff members were incredible. Welcoming, very sweet, made it a comfortable environment for me. I was in the building for a dentist appointment and stumbled across this suite and took a tour. The staff was really friendly, and the office is clean and modern. I haven’t done a client evaluation or body scan or membership, but it’s something I’ll certainly consider after meeting the nurse practitioners on site! It’s a really cool business model and value proposition instead of paying up the wazoo elsewhere for weight loss products. My experience with Premier Weight Loss was a mixed bag. I liked the people with whom I interacted and I did lose some weight BUT I was not warned that if you have had diverticulitis that Zepbound can cause further flair ups of the condition. The doctor I worked with was aware of my history with diverticulitis. Had I been told that this is a real side effect, I would not have chosen to spend hundreds of dollars on medication that ended up sending me to the emergency room. Unfortunately, it was only after I got sick that I started researching and understanding how GLP-1 medications work. I have since learned that another GLP-1 clinic in the Indy area ask their clients specifically about diverticulitis and they do not recommend its use for those clients. My story may not be yours, but please be warned. Do your homework and don’t depend on the place selling you the medicine to tell you the down-side of product.
I was sold the up-side of the medicine and now I have $350 worth of shots I can’t use in my refrigerator and they can’t be returned.

I was really excited to come here because of the good reviews. But after coming to 3 sessions, it really feels like all they care about is the money. The appointments feel rushed, you don’t really get nutritional guidance or at least I don’t feel like I benefited from that. The last appointment, I cancelled ahead of time because of unforeseen financial struggles. No one called to reach out to me and see what was going on but they were quick to charge the $50 monthly fee and when I asked about the fee they told me there isn’t anything they could do about it and that I just had to pay it. I’m glad other people have had good experiences but I’m just sharing my experience. I never felt like they cared about anything other than the money.

One Saturday I called to cancel because I was running late and wouldn’t make it before they closed and she said no problem come on anyway. She stayed late on a Saturday so that I could use the “Jiggy” machine! And I remember the 1st time on the machine, she held me the entire time because I thought I was going to fall! I went through a pretty traumatic experience about 13 years ago and quickly put on over 100 pounds. As if the trauma wasn’t bad enough, add an extra 100+ pounds!! You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the menu and ingredients. I just got done with an medical IV treatment and the falafel salad was more than I could have asked for in a healthy meal to follow it up.
Every ingredient tasted great, perfect crunch, flavor, and texture. The woman on staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The facility is clean and well cared for. I was especially surprised by the quality of lettuce and greens along with how crisp the chickpeas are.
The peanut butter chocolate oatmeal cookie is insanely delicious.

I was recommended to Fay by a close friend, I read across different providers and landed on Kenzie’s profile. I have endometriosis and I was diagnosed with Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. I looked for a nutritionist to help me lower my elevated liver enzymes. When I first met Kenzie back in August 2024, my liver enzymes were extremely elevated. I also previously been undergoing IVF treatments. With Kenzie’s help, I was able to stay consistent by giving me tools that were geared toward simple healthy meals that I could make week to week. She taught me the basics and gave me really good recommendations that changed my mindset. I never felt like I was on a restricted dieting or starving. Her recommendations even included preparing for busy travel weeks, and still staying on track with my Macros. By December 2024, overall I lost 12lbs in an healthy way and my liver enzymes have tremendously improved. I look forward to getting care from Kenzie well into prenatal and postpartum.
