So happened to google a healthy spot to eat and they came up. I dropped by and ordered the mint chocolate chip smoothie . The taste was great and I enjoyed it. I will be sharing the word on this nice place. The place is clean and the workers are nice and helpful. Check them out Indy!

Love the atmosphere. Very minimalistic clean and the owner is very friendly. This is my first time but I am def coming back again. Love how you can eat something so delicious yet healthy. Love this place, def coming back again. There aren’t any tables- so it’s more to go orders. But you can sit by the shake bar! I ordered the crepes and dulce leches smoothie!

I see Baylee ( love her she listens and makes sure you understand everything ) Veronica ( she does my shots and any blood work I need, she’s so sweet, walks me through everything before she does it ) and then Cam ( my health coach, cam is great, he explains everything, looks into things for you, helps you understand and is honestly a great supporter, there are times I thought I wasn’t doing well and he made sure to let me know I was doing great ) Even the people I don’t see are super friendly and sweet! Make sure your insurance covers it or you are stuck paying the out of pocket costs. The person never fully verifies insurance so you may find out later you are stuck paying cash if you continue. And insurance coverage shouldn't be an estimate. It's either covered by insurance or it's an out of pocket cost. Period !! and this should be found out from the get go. Not two months later! .

I've had 3 appointments with Hannah so far and the difference she's made is huge! Hannah has been amazing, she listens and truly cares. We talked about goals and of course weight loss is a big deal but ultimately I want to be healthier. I have severe pcos and took a pause on fertility treatment to work on my weight while healing. I can grow a beard fuller and faster than my husband, and less than 3 weeks my facial hair growth has diminished significantly. My shirts aren't as tight, my pants were falling down over the weekend. Hannah also wanted to know what helps me more, so we decided I won't calorie count because I get number obsessive. When talking about certain foods she shows photos, shows and explains nutrition and why she chooses that food or brand so you know exactly what you're looking for and why. I enjoy recipes being made and trying and retrying new food. She helps me with decisions when I go out to eat with friends and family. I'm excited and hopeful to have Hannah on my health team and plan to have her long term in my journey.

I began working with Hannah to use nutrition as a way to ease anxiety symptoms and improve my health through weight loss. During our first session, I expressed low confidence in being able to maintain a proper diet due to my tendencies to overeat and make poor nutritional choices in times of stress, which come fairly often for me. Hannah has made it a priority to assist me in building a library of easy, nutritious meal options that have become "default" choices for me, meaning that even in high-stress periods, I can easily choose foods that nourish me and help me stay on track with my goals. We also work together each session to plan for any upcoming obstacles, such as my family camp trip coming up. With Hannah’s guidance, I have lost 17 pounds in the last 2 months. Hannah is knowledgable, encouraging, and warm. I am eager to see where our continued work will take me!

Clean environment, great atmosphere, kind service, and delicious food. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the menu and ingredients. I just got done with an medical IV treatment and the falafel salad was more than I could have asked for in a healthy meal to follow it up. Every ingredient tasted great, perfect crunch, flavor, and texture. The woman on staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The facility is clean and well cared for. I was especially surprised by the quality of lettuce and greens along with how crisp the chickpeas are. The peanut butter chocolate oatmeal cookie is insanely delicious. I would absolutely go here regularly if there was one in Bloomington. I'm a bit jealous I don't live closer! Lovely work to all who made this possible. Thank you for giving me a food boost ❤️

Really helpful website, I actually first came across them from their Youtube channel. Been reading it a lot the last couple of weeks while looking for some high protein foods to incorporate into my diet, and decided to grab one of the protein powders they recommended.
