Fresh Thyme Market

Nice store but it's larger on the outside. I was expecting more to offer. They had nice produce but I was more interested in energy drinks. This place is a lot like Sprouts: more high end organic food and drinks. They only had a few energy drinks from what I could find. They had plenty of over the counter, health and fitness aids though. That's nice since there's a gym right next door. I went in looking for one thing and walked out with something completely different. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll probably be back later.

This 5 star is only for the workers in the seafood and meat department as they go over and beyond to help and serve you the right way and are very nice! Now the ones around the registers need to learn from the meat department on how to take care of customers. They hover and watch you like you’re a criminal or something! Very weird and some are extremely rude. They need customer service training badly! 1 star for them.

Really nice higher end grocery store. Unfortunately the quality standards are not as high as Whole Foods as they stock products with ingredients that aren't the best for you. For example, why are funyuns in a store called Fresh Thyme? Good assortment nonetheless.

They were out of fresh meatloafs. I asked the man at the meat counter, he immediately made my 4 to take home. Great service.

Corporate office has been contacted. I tried this store again. I shop here during lent weekly due to having more organic Items. This location is a missed opportunity! The deli associate was coughing all over the counter where they handle meat This is very unsanitary. The 50+ age associates are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNINVITING. It's not our fault you have to earn extra income(just do your jobin a respective manner). Please be kind. Kindness is completely free. The highschool/College aged group has great awareness on serving the community. They just opened a fitness center next door and if you continue to have rude people you will not make as nearly as much as you could. We would just go to Meijer or Costco and still get greeted entering and leaving ( this is why stores like this survive). The associates are a reflection of their Leaders period. Please find a better way of really coaching your older staff up it's 2025 not 1925. The money matters. If the service is not there the money will not be there. This store would be so much more productive If you had more associates with positive intentions. Do better for everyone.

Great place to shop for fruits, vegetables, juices, and organics. One of the only places left that have bone in steaks like porterhouse, and t-bones. Opens early 7am, in order for you to get your shopping done early.
