Son was called STUPID(in Spanish) by a cashier!!!! I hardly ever do business in this area, let alone this location. Went in this past weekend. I sat in car, sent son in to buy 2 rolls of quarters. He was unfamiliar with store procedures. He came out to car to let me know he was spoken to rudely by one of the cashiers(older cashier wearing glasses, street clothes and long dark hair). He said she rudely asked him, «Are you here to cash a check?». He resppnded, «No, I’m here to buy quarters?» He said she responded, «Well you’re in the WRONG LINE!! You need to be over there!!!». Then the cashier stated, either «Es estupido or estupido.» When i entered store there was a young cashier(20’s??) wearing a uniform and an older (30s & up??) wearing street clothes and no visible name badge. They were both were assisting a customer and older cashier was being quite stern/weird tone with said customer, the only customer in store. I let her know her comments were rude and unnecessary. When I informed her she ISN’T the only person that can speak Spanish, her jaw dropped and she stood there stunned. Wasn’t a regular customer. PLS PERMANENTLY LOST A CUSTOMER!!

Sarah was very professional and very knowledgeable on what to do even though my situation was a little taboo. Keeping 2 lines running smoothly and quickly at that. Got my situation fixed and handled in no time with great communication! Need more customer service like this EVERYWHERE!

This is one of the Best pawn shops around! The staff is always so so friendly they remember your name and greet you with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in. They are very competitive on their prices they will work with you on stuff. What i really enjoy is if you happen to owe them money? On something and times are rough now. If something happens and your unable to pay? Don’t panic just tell them and they will find a comfortable solution for you. It’s a small place but they do use up every square inch with products, and inventory changes daily. And the manager will hold special sales on items and do special incentives on things around special holidays and events. Definitely come and see for yourself, im sure you won’t be disappointed. The only bad thing I could say is? There parking is limited and kinda tight at times, and washington st gets to be rough to get out on. But that’s well worth it! Once you’ve visited this shop and made a new friend here.

I have been coming to the store for years, and have recently noticed some pleasant changes for the better! The crew that operates the store now is really on top of every detail. The store is clean, the merchandise nicely displayed and priced, and always has a variety of power and hand tools. The store has an excellent variety of TVs, audio, housewares, jewelry, as well as rifles and pistols. I don’t look for these items, but I always seem to find some kind of tool that I’m looking for!

This store is one of the best in Indy. Great customer service. Great prices and the merchandise is quality. Ronnie and the rest of the team is an asset to your company. Ronnie is always so helpful and has a smile on her face.

Best Retro Game store in Indy. Slightly pricier than Disc Replay – but you get what you pay for. Clean, organized stores with a fantastic selection…the vinyl collection is stellar as well.

Really awesome place with old-school and new-school video games music CDs movies and if they don’t have it they have the possibility of ordering whatever you may need! Highly recommended this place also most importantly you build reward points to save money! And they have a lot of novelty items this was the lunch box that I purchased couple weeks ago

Visited here while travelling through town. Things are mostly in cases (which I do not like), but prices were inoffensive (which I do like). Staff was helpful. Worth a stop.

Limited but overall there is a good selection. Store clerks are very nice and knowledgeable.

A little smaller than the average PX but they have everything that you need for military clothing and sales. Staff are social and pleasant.

The «most relevant» review that shows first for this store is 3 years old, so I hope you see this or the other newer reviews before you visit. The class six is well stocked, clean, and organized. However, that’s all there is… they’ve blocked off major sections of the store and left them empty. There is a barbershop and a gift store, but that’s all that’s left.

Prices are a little lower than other places. Good place for the essentials.

Spent a lot of money to get my new set of ASU tailored and updated before the ball (Way in advance) and now my pants are high waters and the only alteration they did to the coat was the sleeves they didn’t even put the buttons on. Coast me almost $300 and now I got to spend more money for a suit…

It’s a class 6, pretty well stocked but standard for pretty much every class 6 I’ve been in.

They shut down this exchange a year ago. They no longer sell much needed items like uniforms, PT’s, patches, badges, and hygiene accessories. It is now only a liquor store. What a horrible decision.

So I call this guy to try to sell him a coin collection. He tells me he’s scared to buy it because it’s probably stolen. I have the conversation recorded. This guy is a con artist. Do not go to his shop. Do not deal with him. It’s funny because my dad owned the coin shop. He’s mad that he couldn’t screw me over. That’s why he said this. Everybody can see my name so we all know that the stuff’s not stolen. I wouldn’t waste my time putting a review.

I visited this place yesterday in search of coins but upon entering, there were many interesting things that caught my eye. I was kindly greeted by the man behind the counter and we had a nice conversation about precious metals and numismatics. He was very knowledgeable and was a great help with my purchase. I’ll be back most definitely.

Abysmal experience with this company. Incorrect shelving shipped to our warehouse and it took four days for any sort of address or response to the issue. When we finally did get a response it was like pulling teeth to get them to admit their mistake and correct it. They refused to accept our measurements were accurate and that the shelves would not fit, and made us feel stupid asking to double and triple check our work (it’s a tape measure, not rocket science.) Their error resulted in well over a week and a half’s worth of work on our end because of the delay. Hundreds of dollars lost on moving costs, cancelled flights due to us not knowing if they’d ever respond, and no apologies at all once they finally acknowledged they sent the wrong product. Poor customer service, awful communication, no concern for customer care whatsoever. Other companies in the area provide the same service and I’d suggest going an alternate route if you are looking into using MHE.

They are really fast with loading I never have to say a thing they always put everything on my truck properly where I can strap it down safely. They are always been very quick and easy, get in and get out! Katie (the logistics manager) makes sure of it! The employees are very cool and very fast getting the racking material on the trailer. Always willing to organize the load as the driver sees fit. Also, Jesus and Marvin (warehouse workers) are legit!

Upon referral from someone in our industry, we reached out to MHE for pallet racking. From the very start, things couldn’t have gone better. They designed and quoted the racking layout based on our blueprints, we placed an order, and the day of install they showed up and did a perfect job. Their pricing was unbeatable too. Give them 10 stars!

We just made our first purchase with MHE and we are so happy with the entire process! We worked with Aaron R. who responded promptly to all our questions, provided us with excellent pricing and shipped the racking quickly. We had a damaged beam arrive with the first shipment, and Aaron had a replacement sent out ASAP. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend both Aaron R. and MHE to any one looking for racking!

It’s constantly dirty, most of their machines are out of order, and while there today (because there’s not a clean laundromat in the area) the dryer, which says it gives you 7 minutes per quarter only gave me 3-5 minutes and would not return my quarters. It took $2.25 to get 30 MINUTES. When I went to the staff they said that I messed the machine up and that they won’t make it right. If this wasn’t the only option for me I would never ever come back! Just because it’s a poorer area does not give them the excuse to run their business this way and to treat patrons like this. It deserves ZERO STARS!

Always dirty washers and dryers are outdated and lady that works there very rude she tried grabbing my arm and said I couldn’t get quarters for air pump

Have been going here for years. Staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Features a laundromat and carwash which also seems to be kept up with. Wide variety of items ranging from things you’d normally find at a gas station to body jewelry, hats and shirts.

Has a laundry matt attached to it guys that run it are nice but they are sometimes distracted because the whole family is there and they talk on the phone while ring you up a lot. Washers and dryers are broken a lot too.

I went in for gas, and iced tea. I got to my destination five minutes later and took off the lid of my cup to drink. It was teaming with gnats. I poured out the tea and found gnats all the way at the bottom. Disgusting. I will never return.

Place is dirty it’s always a fight to wash and dry your stuff here. I only gave this place 1 star only because I couldn’t give it a half star and a half star is being nice

My laundromat came with 2 older standard change machines, never had any problems with them. During remodeling before I even bought anything Rob the owner answered all my questions on facebook and was very helpful. Ended up buying a new machine and there was a minor problem with one of the hoppers getting jammed up maybe once a month. Told Rob about it and he had a new hopper overnighted to me free of charge. No problems since. Moral of the story, it’s impossible to make a perfect product, but Standard Change stands behind what they sell. The owner isn’t some guy who sits back on a beach collecting money while other people do the work. He’s out there every day building the reputation of his company and taking care of his customers. When you buy from Standard you can be confident that they have your back.

I have owned 4 MC 100s for 18 years. When I revamped my laundromat, I went with all American equipment. I recently needed a hopper due to vandalism. Ordered on a Tuesday morning, received it Thursday evening. Indiana to Virginia in 2 days, knowledgeable and friendly employees …that’s why I will stay brand loyal!

It is interesting how comments and reviews are locked down. It almost feels like the company is falling apart and they do not want bad reviews for the company that might last for 3 months longer. A strong confident company would not be so scared to be in the open.

I’ve been in the business most my life and we used to run American change machines that lasted for 20 years. I’ve got two standard change machines that are four years old and they are trash. I will never buy anything from them again.

This the worst banking experience I’ve ever had and was an absolutely terrible decision to deposit my money inside of this place. Let me deposit my money then the next day said I need to verify my identity. Brought in the proof of my address from a government facility but sense it don’t match my ID I have to go get a Lease. It took them 2min to take my money now I have to wait 30 days to get it back. I’m scared of this bank good think I didn’t put my direct deposit inside because my hard earned cash is currently still inside the bank that I can’t receive have 28 days left to receive my money but I’m not sure if it will be another roadblock with getting it

They have a good size parking lot too just in case your towing a trailer or something like I do most days!

This branch manager has HORRIBLE customer service. I’m a BMO Harris member have been for years. My family also owns a business and banks through BMO. My visit to this location has me wanting to change banks.
