Gary Farsom was great with helping me with my wi-fi connection. He did a bunch of research on it since this wasn't my first time with this issue. He spend time trying to figure out the problem. He made sure to document everything that was giving my computer problems. Gary is very personable and answered all my questions I had about what was going on & how to fix it. 07-31-25 Mason is wonderful. He was able to figure out why my internet wasn't working on the computer. He takes his time to explain what is going on and what he is trying to do to fix the problem. I'm not IT person by any means but I do appreciate knowing the basics what is going on. Thank you again Mason, you are awesome!
