Audio Master is the best of the best. They deliver quality work and their customer service is amazing. The owner Moe is very respectful and he treats you like family. He has the best customer service and he treats your car like it’s his own. You know you and your car are in good hands at Audio Master. The entire team is very knowledgeable and I will only come here for any of my car needs. Rob installed an Apple CarPlay screen, subwoofers, and a backup camera and he did a great job. They have the best prices around and I am confident that no matter what I will always be taken care of at Audio Master. If you are taking your car anywhere besides Audio Master you are truly missing out.

I recently had a backup camera and new radio installed in our 2012 Volkswagen EOS, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Mo was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the options, made great recommendations, and ensured everything was installed professionally and promptly. The backup camera works flawlessly and gives me peace of mind knowing our new driver has an extra layer of safety while on the road. The upgraded radio is also a great addition—Apple car play, easy to use touchscreen is a big improvement over the factory system. Mo’s attention to detail and customer service really stood out. Never go here. Very very bad business. A friend of mine made a very large down payment for a radio and car speakers to be installed. They needed to order the radio and claimed it wudd only take one week. It has now been almost a month and still no communication or a tracking number given for the ordering of the radio. After all this time he finally got into contact with us claiming he was having personal issues at home. Tbh we do not care about that because this was business. And if there was going to be any kind of hold up, then that should have been communicated. Poor business all around. Even the employees kind of look rough, unhealthy, maybe strung out ,, IDK. DO NOT GO HERE $$$

I called the Saturday before Christmas about getting a remote start installation scheduled and they told me to go ahead and bring the vehicle in! They said they would stay after hours if needed to make sure it got done. Excellent drive and work ethic. I highly recommend!

I went to Audio Master to have a sound system upgraded in my son's car as a graduation gift. It played fine when we they did the walk thru but as soon as we left the sound was going in and out. We took it back several times for adjustments only to find out the speakers were bad. They gave us refurbished speakers as if they were new!

Poor service. I purchased some music lest than 9 months ago. Every month I had to go back for them to fix something. Subs would cut on and off. They would say they will take care of it. Then the something happens. I spent 4000 for my music to sound horrible. I go back for them to fix it again then they says the amplifier blown. Horrible at putting music in your vehicle

Mo and team added some amps and speakers including a Sub Woofer to my 2022 Land Rover Defender. After the initial install, I needed some further tweaks with the system to fit my own personal likes! They got right to work and now, I have a sound that’s rich and full…so happy with this investment!! It’s a shame that Land Rover didn’t put more attention on the Defender sound system. Defender owners, if you want your stereo to match the look of your vehicle, go see Mo and Team at Audio Masters! I would send my Mom there! KT
