We did a newborn photo session at the studio. Shaindel, the photographer was great with our baby! The whole thing went smoothly with just a short time of breastfeeding break. I went to Shaindel for my sons newborn photography shoot. Being a first time mom I was a little nervous about just handing my baby over, but Shaindel totally put me at ease. I recently had excellent customer service experience at a Master Portrait Photo Lab. The owner and his team were incredibly friendly and kind and treat customers with the utmost respect. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our entire session. This Guy took stunning pictures of my family. The edits were done beautifully, and I loved the background in the studio. The owner even provides a variety of outfits for different occasions, including maternity wear, completely free of charge. The clothing options were gorgeous and would have been too expensive to purchase elsewhere. The professionalism of the owner and his team stood out. Everyone was so pleasant, patient, and understanding, especially when it came to working with our little kids (who can be a challenge during photoshoots!). To top it off, the owner gave us extra photos that we didn’t initially choose, just so we could have them digitally. He sent them to my email free of charge, which is rare and really appreciated. It shows how much he values his customers’ experience and is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to capture beautiful family moments.
