We recently hosted a casino-themed holiday party, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment the tables opened, the atmosphere was energetic and full of excitement. Our employees had such a GREAT time and I had so much feedback from employees and guests on how it was the BEST Employee Appreciation Dinner that we have had thus far. Your team were GREAT and so professional and kept the party going all night long. I would highly recommending your company to anyone I know who is looking for something fun for their events. I would definitely rate our experience a 5 Star experience and if I could give more stars I would because the team was just that awesome. This is the second year I’ve had this company out for a Casino Night at my campground, and I always get the best compliments from my guests. The dealers are fun and keep everyone playing. The office is great at communicating details and the prices are reasonable. I will keep booking these guys until my event coordinating days are over!

We used Casino Party Experts for our holiday party for work – it was a blast! I had zero knowledge of gambling but the dealers (provided by the experts!) were super awesome in explaining the games, gave us tips on how to play and were just so fun to be around. I’m still getting compliments for the party a week later! No one has to know how to play, the dealers explain it in plain and simple terms! I’d recommend them again and again! I’d give more than 5 stars if that was a thing!

The hall was decorated beautifully, and the casino experts were very friendly and helpful as many of our coworkers did not know how to play the five different tables. I would highly recommend them for your holiday parties or events. They set up everything and were fully engaged with all participants. We all had a lot of fun. The night was a blast.

I popped in looking for a venue for a future company event, and Kile and Katie were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. They were knowledgeable about the space and all the possibilities for events. Even though they had another event, they invited me to come back later in the day. The lighting designer put on various lighting looks for me to see their capabilities, absolutely amazing. The space itself is incredible, and the tour was fantastic. This is definitely the place to host the event of the year, and I really hope I get the chance to do my company event here!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Indiana Roof Ballroom, and it was truly the most perfect day. From the start of planning, the IRB team made everything so easy for us. Katie was absolutely amazing to work with. No matter what we asked for, her answer was always, «We can do that.» She was so patient and kind, handling our countless calls and emails with questions, updates, and changes. The level of service for both us and our guests was unmatched and completely delivered on the black-tie experience we envisioned. This place is truly an Indy gem!

We recently had our wedding here, and it was truly the best night ever. Everything ran so beautifully and seamlessly from start to finish. I even received compliments on how calm I was that day, but honestly, how could I not be when every detail was in such capable hands? Our guests have not stopped talking about how stunning the venue was, how great the food was, and how smoothly everything went. No detail went unnoticed. People mentioned the synchronized curtain opening, the spotlighted first dance, the elegant signature cocktail menu, and the efficiency of the bar staff. The «Be Our Guest» entrance by the server team was a total hit and such a memorable touch. The entire evening radiated joy. We wanted our guests to leave thinking it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and thanks to the incredible team, that is exactly what happened. Huge thanks to Kile, Craig, the AV team, and everyone who helped make the night so wonderful.

I competed in a ballroom dance competition to raise money for Riley Children’s Hospital, and this was the venue. It was perfect. Beautiful ambiance, great bar, very convenient to get ready next door in the embassy suites which is directly attached. So no need to go outside. Excellent location for a wedding for the same reasons, your guests can stay and embassy suites and walk right over to the ballroom. It has a sort of Italian filled with the design around the circumference of the roughly circular ballroom.

My husband and I married at the Biltwell Event Center in August 2025 and had the most wonderful experience! We were referred to the Biltwell by friends and couldn’t be happier we chose to marry at this venue. The owner, Taki, was great to work with and so professional. He made sure we were taken care of on our big day. Our venue coordinator, Karen, was incredible and helped us every step of the way in the planning process! She was so responsive, friendly, and insightful! Corbin helped to book the venue for us and was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and was always available for questions. The Biltwell is a large and beautiful venue to marry in or host any event in. My guests all raved about the wonderful service and the delicious food! The staff is truly the best. They offer so much for couples and have spacious bridal/groom suites, free parking, is handicap accessible, and offer lovely outdoor patios. The wedding day was amazing and the Biltwell was so dedicated to bringing our vision came to life. Thank you for hosting our wedding day!

Taki, Karen, Corbin, and the entire Biltwell crew could not have made our wedding day more perfect. From day one they welcomed us in like family, and made every step of the planning process so easy. Any time we had ideas or questions, they were quick to jump in and happy to help. On the day of our wedding, we did not have to worry about a thing! Everything was taken care of by the Biltwell staff and allowed us + our families to truly be present and enjoy the day. Additionally, our guests still cannot stop raving about the food! Karen was incredibly helpful with suggestions to accommodate various dietary needs, and the whole crew made sure we were well-fed and taken care of all day.

Our original venue for our wedding, unfortunately, burned down on Christmas Eve, 2024, so we turned to the Biltwell and had an amazing time.Taki and his staff were excellent. As a DJ who has played at the Biltwell many times I knew exactly how the place was going to go. I was not surprised by anything because it was just a wonderful experience, Taki and his staff took care of us.They took care of us for our wedding, and every time I’ve DJ’ed there, which I just did this past weekend, they are always very accommodating. You couldn’t ask for a better venue than the Biltwell. I highly recommend them.

This venue shines for any type of event. We hosted our 2026 CAI Annual Educational Conference and Expo here last week. This was a new, unique venue for our event. The staff stepped up and helped throughout the day. They were accommodating from start to finish. I would recommend this spot for anyone wanting a great central Indiana location.

Fantastic facility, generous parking, customisable interior. Good table arrangement and viewing angles. Really good and hygienic restrooms. Never felt crowded for 170 people. From glamorous to traditional events more than fit for purpose. Video projection systems and audio are excellent with no echos or reverberation- A class.

This venue is an absolute dream. It was everything I envisioned my wedding to be. On top of it being beautiful, Jasmine, Summer and Cyrus were great to work with and very understanding of what I wanted and the budget I had. On the day of my wedding, jasmine was there to orchestrate everything and ensure all went as planned which made everything a breeze as I didn’t have a wedding planner or day of coordinator. As a full time employee, this venue was very accommodating of my time to see the venue- on numerous occasions, I saw the venue after 4pm. Cyrus also makes some of the most amazing props for your wedding day. Below you’ll see my sweetheart table that Cyrus handmade along with a favors stand and cake table that Cyrus also handmade. This venue is a dream to look at and even better to work with! Couldn’t recommend more.

This is probably the best purpose for a church that I can imagine. We came and listened to a string quartet here play Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and it was a great experience. The venue is small and cozy, and you can clearly hear the performance with amplification anywhere in the room. Parking is limited, but the small capacity makes it so that parking and entry is not chaos and queueing.

The Hip Hop Orchestra was a 10/10! It was so beautiful with the candlelight and very well organized. I love that they have 2 shows. I just hate that the hour had to end. They sound fantastic! I will definitely go again this summer to see the Adele or Beyoncé show.

Had such an amazing time for the NYE event a few weeks ago. Great vibes all around! Plenty of space inside. Bartenders were awesome, and security was top notch! Parking is available in a paid side lot, in the alley behind the venue with meters, or in the paid parking garage.

Unrivaled put on a show that made me feel like I was home!!! Shannon, Claire, Travis, Nathan and all of the crew def put in the work & it was a success!!! My only suggestion is to maybe hand out free small waters (State Farm) to the fans waiting in the heat 🙂 It was all worth the wait!!! We got to surprise some people bc they thought we couldn’t make it but we extended our trip just to be at 1st Day of pop up!!! Added bonus: taking a pic with my favvvve Lexxxxxie Hull! Hull Yeah Soooooo glad we did!!!! We love all things Unrivaled and in literally carrying a tote now lol We promoted all the way home from Indy to Florida!!!

We absolutely loved Tinker House and their staff for our event. Emma was such a joy to work with and was always responsive! Communication was clear and streamlined and they were able to help us cultivate an amazing atmosphere for our event. The bartenders on site for our event were so friendly to both guests and our staff. When things got a bit hairy Emma and her team stepped in with making phone calls and assisting catering and our team in making sure the event was ready. After our event Emma offered us time to debrief and share about our experience as well as offer the space to voice our concerns with the catering company. Though we do NOT hold Tinker House responsible for their behavior we have been so grateful for their willingness to hear our perspective and make us truly feel heard. I highly recommend Tinker House Events & Emma for any upcoming events you have!

WOW! What an amazing place to say I do! We loved every moment of our time leading up to our nuptials. Emma made us feel super comfortable and explained everything to us do we always knew what was going on and when. They also worked within our budget to create our perfect vision. The space is so beautiful, it really speaks for itself and we didn’t feel the need to add a ton of decor or make changes. This was literally the perfect backdrop for our love story. So many guests complimented the natural light and said the venue just felt very «us». You won’t regret choosing Tinker House for your special occasion. It’s timeless.

Choosing Tinker House Events as our wedding venue was by far one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning. As anyone planning a wedding knows, the process can be so overwhelming, but Tinker House Events and Emma (our day of coordinator) made the process fun and as easy as possible. From their preferred vendors list to 3D renderings mocking up what the space will look like with our choices to monthly open houses, it’s clear Tinker House has taken every step to support their couples. We opted for the day of coordinator package, and used the 2nd floor for our ceremony and reception with cocktail hour downstairs at Provider. Everything was perfect and seamless. Our guests raved the whole evening. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, or just an event venue, you cannot do better than Tinker House and their team.

My husband and I cannot say enough about our experience at Tinker House Events. Our wedding was truly the day of our dreams. Emma, our contact point and coordinator ensured all of our visions came to life. She was helpful, responsive and truly a delight to work with. The day of coordination package was worth every single penny, between the meetings leading up to our day, and the set up/tear down services, we couldn’t have done it without them. We had several guests report that the bar was simply the best wedding bar- fun and friendly bartenders and outstanding cocktails, you can’t go wrong. We opted for City BBQ which was an affordable and tasty preferred caterer through Tinker House Events. The space that the wedding was hosted in is beautiful- we had about 175 guests, which is close to the venues capacity, but did not feel overly crowded in the space. We had room to dance and mingle, but also felt intimate. We truly cannot recommend Tinker House Events more.

My now husband (thanks to same day) works a very busy schedule and we knew within the time of getting our license and wanting to be married would have to be speedy. I’m so glad we chose same day, its very cost efficient and the ceremony is quiet and intimate. We also appreciate that Rich went out of his way to do the ceremony in Spanish for my husband. The experience that I have with u guys was okey, but It’s cruel to charge us 80 dollars for photos. We receive those photos after 7 weeks. Me and my hubby gets 115 photos we can’t even see who is in them they are so blurry. I regret the 80 dollars I could have done something else with that 80$ . have to wait 7 weeks for those trash seriously 😡shuiips

The open concept of the space made for a beautiful ceremony and reception, and the ability to bring in our own vendors allowed us to be creative and have some fun with our wedding day itinerary. Alisa, our planner through INDUSTRY, supported us every step of the way and truly helped our vision come to life! I cannot think of enough positive adjectives to use for this review. Our son and daughter-in-law recently held their wedding ceremony and reception at Industry. It was simply beautiful! The venue is spacious, plenty of room for guests to spread out and mingle with one another. Oddly enough there are cozy areas as well for guests to play a few hands of Uno or have a quieter conversation! The location provided unique urban photo opportunities without being overwhelmed by traffic and noise. Guests were able to walk to the venue from nearby hotels. The venue is clean. The staff is efficient, helpful and kind. Alisa Apple, their wedding coordinator, was just outstanding! Her attention to detail throughout the planning process was incredible BUT her attention to the couple on their wedding day was something beyond! She made sure they had their dream wedding, while also helping other family members navigate the day. Her consideration of me, mother of the groom (possibly the least important female in the wedding party) was heartfelt and alleviated any anxiety I had. She and her staff even helped us load the last few items into our car at the end of the night. I highly recommend Industry for your event in downtown Indy!!

We absolutely loved having our ceremony and reception at Industry! Two of our high priorities when searching for a venue was outside catering availability and guest size. They were able to work with my husband’s family providing food for the event and allow a guest size up to 300 people! I also absolutely loved the aesthetic of the place! Such great natural lighting, decor, and beautiful brick backdrops. I hired month of coordination and Alisa was wonderful! She was the point person for the day of the wedding and took care of every small detail. Our day ran so smoothly and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day! Most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. I think I now have scoliosis. My employer held a meeting for management here, so I cannot speak on the cost or value, but it was more than adequate room for the 140 plus who attended. I feel like we could have had double the attendance and still been comfortable. Plenty of large screen TV’s for the presentations. The bathroom was very clean and smelled good. Inside and out, the venue was well maintained. Staff was professional, friendly and very courteous. The all original exposed brick was cool and overall I thought the place had a nice vibe to it. I’d personally consider this event center for a wedding or party and will suggest it to others….but I would definitely bring in my own seating!!!
