From the get-go Clay House went above and beyond to capture my wedding day as my husband and I imagined it. When we started looking at photographers, most places only listed package options way beyond what I wanted. However, with Clay House, I was very pleased to see that in additions to preset packages, they would also customize packages. Once we decided to customize a package, it was really easy to work with them to design a contract that fit our needs. Throughout the entire process, they were always quick and kind with their responses. Furthermore, after you hire Clayhouse, they ask you to fill out a few questionnaires, which were super useful! It gave them insight into what was important to us on our big day, but it also helped my husband and I think through the logistics of the wedding and what we wanted to prioritize. It also allowed us to ask our family what photos they really wanted to have and to set expectations and timelines. To choose a photographer, I had decided to look through their gallery of photos and send them a couple that I felt best reflected the style I wanted on my big day, and it turned out that he photographs were mostly those of Raegan. So, Raegan photographed my wedding day, and I could not be happier with the results! She and Ashley immediately made me feel at ease. They were both professional and kind. I really appreciated that they already had ideas but that they also checked in with me to make sure I didn’t have any additional suggestions/ideas/needs in the moment. Raegan captured every moment that I asked for in my questionnaire and was able to capture the full range of emotions and moments that happened on our wedding day. I was very happy with how quickly I got some sneak peak photos, and received the rest of my gallery a little before the quoted turnaround time, which was also great. I truly cannot give Raegan and Clay House enough praise. I am only sad that I don’t have any other big events coming up that I can hire them to photograph! I hope this review will help make choosing a photographer easier for someone, and if you are still reading this long review, what are you waiting for?! My husband and I had the pleasure of having Raegan photograph our wedding in July. Neither of us are big on getting our picture taken but she made it feel so natural and comfortable for both of us. Since that day I’ve recommended Clay House to everyone I know! We love our pictures and plan on having more done with them in the future!

Raegan is incredibly talented and has a unique gift for setting the perfect scene while making me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She worked with me every step of the way to bring my dream photo shoot to life. I wanted to do a haircut shoot in Joshua Tree for my business, and she made it happen seamlessly! Raegan is the best, and the entire Clay House team is amazing!

Clay house photo did an excellent job for our wedding! Abigail went above and beyond. We had a great engagement session with her, with photos we will always treasure and enjoyed the opportunity to get to know her before the big day. Then on our actual wedding day, Abigail did not just an excellent job of capturing our love and joy, but when we had some glitches in the day, mainly the power going out during our reception, she was so encouraging and helped keep everything on track. We absolutely loved how our photos turned out and are so thankful we went with Clayhouse 🙂

Our DJ Sean was amazing to work with for our wedding day! He was communicative and awesome when we had to make some last minute changes due to weather. When booking with Glenn, I truly felt like he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. He even texted us the day of the wedding checking and it congratulated us. I highly recommend!

Our photographer Christine and our DJ Tim were incredible.
Christine was very kind, professional, and an amazing photographer. Made the planning process easy with open communication. We have only seen a couple sneak peaks but the shots are incredible, she really made the day special for us.
Tim was an amazing DJ, easy to work with, and was able to find all the songs we were looking for day of. He was amazing finding the mood and vibe of the dance floor all night, entertaining the kids, to the older crowd.
He made the night a lot of fun and very memorable for everyone.
Overall it was an incredible experience and I if you have either of these two they will make your night incredible.

Working for this company, they are super fun and flexible! Glen is amazing and really cares about his team and it constantly shows! They are also an awesome wedding vendor in general and supply a great amount of services for the more budget friendly bride!

DJ (Lex) and videographer (William) were professional and experienced. They both helped make the day go smoother. Lex was able to work around some small delays without issue. The playlist she curated for our wedding was perfect and kept the dance floor going until the end. William was fun to work with and made the initial getting ready / family portraits / wedding party portraits portion entertaining as well as relaxed!

Complete Wedding + Events as a company was very easy to work with. We used Jacob for our wedding ceremony and reception DJ. He was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything was done exactly how we talked about, and he communicated with us through the whole event. He went above and beyond, and we had many guests telling us how great our DJ was.

This is the second year I’ve had this company out for a Casino Night at my campground, and I always get the best compliments from my guests. The dealers are fun and keep everyone playing. The office is great at communicating details and the prices are reasonable. I will keep booking these guys until my event coordinating days are over!

Great night at the Grand Design Rally! All the tables were fun. One stood out among them all. Jeff D was awesome! His interaction with the players was great. Everyone had a great time and stayed the whole evening!

Had a great time. Donna made it fun to draw a 14 five straight hands. I can’t wait to get something higher than a 19. But it’s a blast anyway.

Our company host an annual customer appreciation night, and the past three years Casino Party Experts has been the “go to” for the entertainment that we provide. They are very attentive to detail, and the dealers are extremely helpful to all, whether they are experienced casino goers or those who have never had any casino type opportunities. Our customers thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The evening was a huge success!!!

I had a fantastic time with my dealer. Donna was professional and knowledgeable. She made the evening so fun! I am not a gambler, but I really enjoyed the evening.

The Hip Hop Orchestra was a 10/10! It was so beautiful with the candlelight and very well organized. I love that they have 2 shows. I just hate that the hour had to end. They sound fantastic! I will definitely go again this summer to see the Adele or Beyoncé show.

This venue is an absolute dream. It was everything I envisioned my wedding to be. On top of it being beautiful, Jasmine, Summer and Cyrus were great to work with and very understanding of what I wanted and the budget I had. On the day of my wedding, jasmine was there to orchestrate everything and ensure all went as planned which made everything a breeze as I didn’t have a wedding planner or day of coordinator.
As a full time employee, this venue was very accommodating of my time to see the venue- on numerous occasions, I saw the venue after 4pm.
Cyrus also makes some of the most amazing props for your wedding day. Below you’ll see my sweetheart table that Cyrus handmade along with a favors stand and cake table that Cyrus also handmade.

This venue is a dream to look at and even better to work with! Couldn’t recommend more.

This is probably the best purpose for a church that I can imagine. We came and listened to a string quartet here play Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons and it was a great experience.

The venue is small and cozy, and you can clearly hear the performance with amplification anywhere in the room.

Parking is limited, but the small capacity makes it so that parking and entry is not chaos and queueing.

My husband and I had an amazing evening listening to the stringed quartet at Cyrus Place playing my favorite Abba songs. The candlelit setting was superb and the musicians extremely gifted!

The Candlelight concerts never fail to bring incredible experiences. The venue is very comfortable and well staffed with friendly and helpful people. Would definitely recommend Cyrus Place.

I visited for the Candlelight Orchestra. It was beautiful. The building is stunning. However, it was incredibly hot. I considered leaving several times due to this. I will keep in mind to bring a hand fan next time or to only visit during fall and winter.

We booked with Tache for our recent Mother’s Day session. She was so professional and friendly. We had to add more to the shoot and she was accommodating. I loved the fact that she didn’t get frustrated with our kids running around and was patient the entire time. Just got our proofs back and they look great can’t wait to see the final prints. Tache was very very professional. She responded to any email or text message I had in a very fast time frame. In a world like today’s where lots of businesses and self employed individuals lack professionalism, she exceeded all of my expectations. It was my first time taking professional pictures and i thought I would be nervous but she made us very comfortable and I was surprisingly not nervous at all. It makes me sad that I won’t be able to book newborn pics with her lol, as I didn’t thoroughly looked through her website and seeing that she offered them before paying someone else. 10/10 photographer though, if in the future me and my family need her we’re going to her!

I rented a kids’ double land bounce for my daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was an absolute hit! The kids had an amazing time — nonstop fun and laughter all day. The setup and pickup team were professional, punctual, and very friendly. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this for anyone planning a fun and memorable party for their little ones!

They made everything so easy! I got held up and was not home at drop off. They found the hose, called and asked where we wanted it, set everything up and we’re in and out in no time at all. The slide was PERFECT and everyone had an absolute blast. Pick up I asked if they needed anything from us and they said no all covered. We would 100% recommend not only for the product but also the service.

Rented a waterslide for our neighborhood block party. Service was great. The slide was delivered long before our window so the kids got to enjoy extra slide time. The staff was very communicative. 10/10 would rent with them again.

It was easy to communicate with them and easy to navigate thier website. I especially liked that they provide the pricing including the mileage. I had an event where it rained out and we had to switch to indoors, I called them and they came back to move all my games indoor. Great customer service!

Jack’s Donuts ain’t got nothing on Long’s! I grew up dedicated and always believed Jack’s was the best.. NO WAY! Long’s Bakery has THE BEST hot and fresh yeast! I’m so glad we finally stopped and visited! Will be my go to from now on! You have such down to earth and helpful staff ❤️

I love everything about Longs! I love the freshness of these donuts. I live over 2 hours away and I crave them and have to make random trips to settle the craving because nothing else will do! Longs has very convenient hours, open much longer then other donut shops. They are cash only! Once you have been here you will see why it’s a staple in Indy and why it has such a great story to tell!

I’m very happy this donut shop is not closer to me because I would go everyday. This is honestly the way donuts should be made no bougie volant or voodoo donuts- just classic/ great donuts. Although I should mention they also make cakes, cookies, and an assortment of desserts. Parking is insane and it’s cash only. We got a variety box and EVERY donut was amazing. Expect a wait but the line moves quickly.

Most affordable and the best place in Indy to get donuts. I loved the peanut butter and jelly donut, glazed donut. These are must try. Apple fry is good too if you are willing to try. Don’t forget to carry cash if you are going. They don’t accept cards or any type of transactions other than cash.

Well, you know the donuts are good when there’s a line of 15 people on a Friday at 3 PM. This was my first time visiting, and it was worth the wait! Definitely get the baby caramel gator. It was pretty amazing! The prices were really good too!

Longs has the BEST doughnuts in Indianapolis, without questions. You will more than likely have to stand in line for a minute, but that speaks to the fact that they are WORTH standing in line for!! The brownies are excellent too and have a thick layer of fudge icing on top that is mouthwatering.

We did a newborn photo session at the studio. Shaindel, the photographer was great with our baby! The whole thing went smoothly with just a short time of breastfeeding break. My 4 y/o also enjoyed his experience having a photo shoot with his baby sister. I’d recommend this place for others if you’re looking for a newborn photo session!

Absolutely LOVE Raw Sugar! We have used Shaindel for our son’s first year of life pictures. Each session turned out PERFECT! We absolutely love each and every photo!!!! My family and I have worked with Shaindel for the past couple of years for our maternity, newborn, baby milestone and family photos and she nails it every time. I went to Shaindel for my sons newborn photography shoot. Being a first time mom I was a little nervous about just handing my baby over, but Shaindel totally put me at ease. We used Raw Sugar Photography for our first child’s newborn photos. Shaindel was extremely professional and absolutely amazing with our newborn. Shaindel gave us photos that will last a lifetime! Absolutely beautiful photography of our newborn at the hospital and a week later. Heidelberg Haus is a slice of German Bliss in Indy

Every visit to Heidelberg Haus has been a delicious detour into joy. Whether we’re sitting down for a cozy bite or picking up one of their decadent cakes for a special occasion, this gem never disappoints.

The food and desserts are consistently delicious. My wife always raves about the Black Forest cake—rich, chocolatey, and perfectly layered. My personal favorite is the Yellow Cake with Rum Fudge and Caramel Butter Cream icing. It’s got the kind of flavor that makes you close your eyes and do the happy fork dance. Yes, that’s a thing now.

Beyond the baked brilliance, the shop itself is a treasure trove of unique gifts and German groceries. From quirky trinkets to authentic imports, every shelf feels curated with care and charm.

What seals the deal? The outstanding service. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And the pricing? Surprisingly reasonable, especially for the high quality. You leave full—in both stomach and spirit—but your wallet doesn’t feel ambushed.

Angie was on duty and came over to take my cookie order. I get Almond Tartlet, Black Forest and Red velvet. I get three doughboys for myself, but hide them from my wife since I’m diabetic. Angie put them in a baggie for me. I’m glad Angie was on duty. She kept the same friendly attitude with the next customer.

Izzy was working when I came in to get my wife her order of cookies. Izzy was helping a few customers at the register, but she made sure to acknowledge me and made me feel welcomed. It didn’t take her long before she came over and helped me.

This my wife’s favorite place to eat and get cookies when we’re in Indy. I’m here for work so I’ve been coming here once a week for cookies. They have a large selection to choose from.
Each time I’ve gone in there’s someone available to help. They have a friendly staff. It doesn’t matter what time or day you go in you feel welcomed walking in. The cookies are sold by the pound. I usually spend about $20.
Today Lilly was on duty and she was more than helpful as she answered my questions and waited patiently while I was texting my wife to get her order.

OMG, I felt like I had just gone back in time and landed in Germany. The food brought tears to my eyes, it was exactly like Mom made. The atmosphere was charged to say the least. My only regret is that I live so far away from them. Everytime I find myself in Indy, I’m going back! I absolutely loved my experience at Heidelberg Haus. I got to meet the owner and his accent reminded of Mom’s accent. Thanks for transporting back to my childhood.

Best lunch ever. It was a delightful combination of flavors that danced on my palate, leaving me completely satisfied. The fresh ingredients burst with color and taste, making each bite a joy. The atmosphere was perfect, with soft music playing in the background and the warm sunlight streaming through the window. I savored every moment, knowing that this experience would linger in my memory long after the meal was over. As I finished my last bite, I couldn’t help but smile, feeling grateful for such a wonderful dining experience.

Happened upon this while visiting from out of town, I didn’t eat at the restaurant but we did get several things to do. The pastries the had were delicious, particularly the custard filled honey drizzled one.

But the star, beyond the fun outfits the staff wore and the general atmosphere was the pretzels. All I can say is it’s a good thing I don’t live closer, or I’d be eating pretzels until I pop.

I’ve been coming here for years. The decor is totally over the top which is quite entertaining. They offer a fantastic selection of all sorts of cakes and pastries, including things you will not find anywhere else in Indy.

Service here is excellent. It’s a great place for a hot meal that is authentically European, but my favorite thing to order is the iced coffee / coffee milkshake. It’s served in a frosted mug or tall fountain glass topped with whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon. Refreshing and delicious!

Lovely. It’s such a unique place. From the moment we parked, we knew we were in for an experience. The outside of the building has a beautiful mural. Inside, the maximalist decor and various goods for sale hide hidden treasures. Tables tucked around every corner provide a unique dining environment for each party.

The menu is simple, reasonably priced, and delicious. The baked goods are fantastic. The atmosphere is priceless.
