European Wax Center

I went to European Wax Center today & was serviced by Zoe. This is my second wax with her as I just moved from Cali to Indy. Zoe is very thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable on the products. Not only does she understand skin & hair, but she was able to explain what products I should buy and why. Zoe has excellent customer service and always makes my experience worth while. I come to this location because of her attentiveness & stellar service. The front staff is always very friendly. They always go over all promotions and things the company may be featuring during my visits. This location is a Gem! 💎

Baylee is amazing! I was honestly really nervous coming in because I hadn’t been waxed in a while, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was professional, gentle, and talked me through everything which really helped calm my nerves. The whole experience ended up being so much better than I expected. She’s truly great at what she does and I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

made an appointment as a returning guest but had a waxing specialist for the first time. Bayli was truly amazing. Super kind, thorough, and just a sweet girl! The attention to detail was great and she made it quick and painless. Thanks so much bayli! I will definitely be back to see her.

I’ve been to this place many times before, and they always leave me with great service from beginning to end. All the girls are so sweet. Nonjudgmental space for sure! I had such a wonderful experience! She took her time, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My skin looks and feels incredible. You can tell she truly cares about her clients! My esthetician’s name is Bayli if she is not available I reschedule! She’s just THAT good! Always on time I am never fully seated before being called back for my appointment. DEFINITELY BOOK WITH BAYLI!!!!!!!

Bayli is the best esthetician at this facility! She has the hands of an angel and is very attentive and cares about her clients. Her dedication, work ethic, talent, and charm make the waxing experience very easy. I will not use anyone else but Bayli for wax services. It’s employees and staff like her that add value to European Wax Center as a business and enhance client experience. 5/5 stars, I would put more if I could.
