From the moment you walk in, you feel the positive energy—bright, open spaces filled with natural light, and a vibe that motivates you to get things done. The internet is fast and reliable (a must!), the coffee is always fresh, and the meeting rooms are easy to book when you need a more private space. What really makes it special, though, is the community. Friendly, supportive—it’s the kind of environment where you can focus on your own work but also make great connections. The manager, Kennedy, is great, professional and kind. We are very thankful 🙂
The location and room were just what we needed for our meeting. Kennedy was amazing seeing to the team's needs and ensuring everything went great.
We're on a road trip from Toronto, Ontario, to Kansas City, Missouri, and we had a client meeting scheduled on one of the days of travel. CoWork 1010 (Kennedy) was very accommodating, and they had a special deal on day passes for both of us! Kennedy was very friendly, and we appreciated the tour of the facilities this space offers. It's also located in a very funky pyramid! Thanks very much!
I have been working from Cowork 1010 for almost two years now, and I can't think of a better place to be! The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the office spaces make the decision to join an easy one! I would recommend anyone looking for a great space to work to seriously consider joining here.
Fantastic office space. The space is a nice place to be, very clean, modern, and spacious with plenty of amenities included for everything I need. The regular networking events are also a great way to meet and mingle with other people in the office!
Really great setup for working remotely, having dual monitors is THE best selling point! The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can't go wrong with free coffee and beer on tap. Really nice to have a space that allows me to work outside of the house, and the view from the 11th floor sweetens the deal.
Every time I've visited this office it's been a great experience from the events to daily work. It's spacious, secure, and a comfortable space to work. All of the people I've encountered are kind, and the amenities make it even better. Anyone in search of a co-working space should check it out.
