Children's Therapy Connection

10/10 recommend. I went through them and first steps got my child’s speech therapy. We were in it for about 10-11 months and the results were amazing. Our speech therapist, Miss Katie ( as my son calls her) was so amazing to work with. She was cheerful, very informative and resourceful when I had questions on how to help my child on the days she wasn’t there. My son was labeled a mute when he started speech and he he is now a chatterbox! Thank you ♥️

I’m so disappointed in this place, I took my kid here for two years, and when my insurance and a hiccup and we had a lapse (as did many parents with Medicaid) and when my insurance said it was under review, the staff was immediately unwelcoming, rude, and treated me different. Then I kept telling them to run the insurance after I got the insurance back, they didn’t and then send the bill to debt collectors instead of using my insurance. I will not use their service again.

My son has been receiving therapy from CTC since he was 2 years old and in first step. He has seen a total of 6 therapists for different services he’s needed and every single one has been amazing. In the 4 years we’ve been going here we truly feel like family. Everyone is so kind and the environment is so positive. The therapists and staff are always providing thoughtful insights and creative solutions for whatever goal we are trying to reach. They are always asking questions about my son to really get to know him and incorporate his special interests into his therapy. My son is 6 years old, autistic and absolutely thriving and I know it is, in large part, because of the CTC family! We can’t recommend them enough!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist. We were referred by my son’s occupational therapist who is also with Children’s Therapy Connection. (Jessica). First off, Jessica has been a light to my son and has been tremendously helpful and impactful with son’s everyday needs (eating, drinking from a cup etc.) she truly cares about our boy. She has always been hands on and keeps me updated every week when she visits his school. She has been a blessing. We came in today for our speech therapy evaluation with Kelly. It’s such a clean, peaceful and ACCEPTING environment for little ones and the parents. The staff there seems to love and WANT to be there! Easy check-in system. We only had to wait because we arrived 30 minutes prior to fill out paperwork which actually was not needed since you do it prior to coming in. Everything was on time. Our appointment was at 11:00 we got called back at 11:00 and left right at 12:00. Kelly was amazing as well, she was able to gain so much insight about our son and asked us all the right questions and allowed us to have questions as well. She was so hands on with our son. She truly cares as well, we’re so excited to be starting speech therapy with Kelly!

Such kind people with your child's best interest at heart. My son was comfortable right away and the ladies in the office take the guessing out of your coverage and charges!

We needed speech therapy for my son. We were connected with Children's Therapy Connection through First Steps. Our therapist was EXCELLENT! We were a little skeptical at first since a lot of the meetings were over zoom but she kept our soon engaged and really worked with him. Within a months he was signing and starting to talk (initially he did not talk at all) and then a few more months he was up to at least 3 word phrases. We would recommend Children's Therapy Connection to anyone with a child that either has not started talking or needs a little help.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. When we first started my daughter was non verbal. Ate maybe four foods. Was drastically under weight and had no self control sensory wise. Lindsay her SLP and Angie her OT put SO much effort into her. We were with them for two years before moving out of state and I still miss being able to take her there. My daughter now can not stop talking 😂 Most people can not even tell that she has a language disorder unless I tell them. And she is constantly telling me that she wants to try new foods! Every single person in the office is amazing and they truly care about your child. And will go above and beyond to help their quality of life. 100000% recommend. If you are looking for a private therapy center for your child, there’s no place better.
