She listened to my ideas and even though I needed a touch-up for a smaller tattoo, she made sure she added the details exactly the way I wanted them. Other tattoo artists had dismissed me and told me what I wanted couldn't be done. This tattoo was very important to me and I'm so grateful that I was paired with KiRay! Highly recommend!!

I went in today to get my nose pierced, it was fast & I also appreciated him giving me the after care instructions especially since my previous piercer didn’t but anywho he did an excellent job. Took my daughter here last minute for her 16th birthday after a last minute cancellation. How the universe works! So happy we came here. He was very patient and gentle. Atmosphere was clean and welcoming. He offers 14k gold which is what we went with! 10/10! Will be back in 90 days for a piercing jewelry change.

From start to finish, everyone at Cleopatra was so friendly, professional, and I am beyond happy with the end result. I loved spending time with Kuntay and having him draw up my design. Aleyna was absolute perfection in a tattoo artist. She was calm, talkative, reassuring, and she took her time to make sure I was happy with every step of the process. I sat for nearly 10 hours and she changed a few things from the original design to ensure I was happy with the end result. Will definitely be going back for more!

Smooth process, my appt started at 10:30 but I didn’t sit down until closer to 11am. But the artist was really sweet and she actually did a really really good job. Only took her 40 minutes to do both these tattoos. Their shop minimum is 120 for transparency and they also have student discounts and the organizer even lowered the price for me since I only had a certain amount. Both of these cost me 180 total which I think is really good. Definitely recommend honestly.

They’re really quick to reply inquiries, got an appointment supposedly on Tuesday but decided to reschedule it yesterday Friday and they’re very quick to respond so i got my navel piercing done right away, they even waited for me for 10 mins. I just got finished with my sleeve at Cleopatra. This was a military retirement self gift. This is a good reputable business. They give you pricing up front. They will select an artist to match the style of art. They will cater your needs throughout the process. I had three all day sessions. Elias is very understanding to customer needs ie. pain tolerance, design tweaking, and physical comfort while in the chair. The staff accommodates very well with coming by occasionally to ask for beverage needs and checking my artist’s needs. I will return for more work and definitely stand behind all five stars.

My sister and I got two piercings and a tattoo at cleopatra Ink! The shop esthetic is dark elegant chic and edgy. The costume serves was beyond amazing! My boyfriend and I went to this shop yesterday to get tattoos. The service was nice; we were walk-ins so it took some time for us to actually get started, but the service was great! Zipper did both of our tattoos and they both look awesome! I didn't give 5 stars just because the shop wasn't the most put together it seemed. No dirt or grime, just not really tidy with just stuff lying around. Other than that it wasn't bad! Will definitely be coming back if I need another tattoo.

Aj pierced my nipples. Out of the 3 piercers I’ve had do my nipples she is the best. Hands down. She took her time made sure everything was perfect. She is very knowledgeable and cares about the health and healing of her clients piercings. Love, love, love. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Can’t wait for her to do my next piercing.

I went in to see if they could fix my tattoo . Keith said yeah took my 50.00 deposit, schedule my appointment. Then a couple days before my appointment he called and cancelled on me. When I tried to reschedule he said he no longer works there. So I said I want a refund of my deposit and he said I'm SOL because he no longer works there. So I didn't get my tattoo fixed and I got ripped off 50.00. I will never go back to this place and I will never refer anyone I know to that place.

I have gotten all my tattoos and piercings done at artistic and they make sure they provide the best quality, customer service and results! Dalancy the piercer, has always been so lovely and welcoming- she makes you feel like a friend, and is so quick! All my tattoos have came from different artists but have been 100% top notch! The owner- Hank, makes sure that the right tattooer, is performing the desired area! They are a 20/10! Highly recommended and skilled, people ! Posted one of many- tattoos! This artist really out preformed! Dude is a genius and has the eye for detail !

went 11/23 around 1pm, i called ahead and the piercer working was so kind and did my piercing when i got there. so kind, fast and painless!! (and im a total baby!) loved it here

barely had my navel piercing for a week. Within a few days, it was already clear that it was going to fail due to the placement. The piercing was done too high and too deep, required an unusually long bar. I had to take it out after not even a full week very dissapointed in my experience.

Delancy has done almost all of my piercings. Along with my middle daughter’s lobes. She is amazing. I’ve never had any problems with healing or her service. I recommend her to anyone that wants to get a piercing!

Delancy did an amazing job changing my piercings on my back and my cheek. She pierced the bottom of my lip, did it quick and it didn't hurt. I've gone to this place for years for my piercings and she is my favorite one so far! I definitely recommend to go here if you want it done!!! 💕

I got my Helix (ear) pierced on New Year's Eve. Kate who did the piercing was so kind and sweet. She was very gentle and I barely felt the needle going in. She told me how to take care of it and all that and after I left she emailed me instructions on how to take care of it and when to come back in to change the jewelry just so I didn't forget. I have other piercings on my face and ears that I got from different shops. I can honestly say that she's been the best one that I've ever gone to and when I decide my next piercing I'm definitely going back ❤️

Friends and I stopped in this afternoon (4/27/25), just a last-minute thing to end a weekend of fun out of town. It was the PERFECT end to our escapades. Mande did a great job, and I do believe we entertained her as much as she entertained us. She pierced my conch (pictured). All in all, great experience and I highly recommend her and Big Time!

My fiancee and I got tattoos done from Jason Bancroft at Big time Tattoos today. We both have been supporting Jason for years and have seen his work grow and business boom as he now runs Big Time. Me and my husband and my son went here for my son's first tattoo and 18th birthday. First of all we went during Shadows toys for tats promotion and got awesome deals and got to contribute to an amazing cause! Second it was clean and even though we didn't get to get our tattoos from the GOAT himself (that's the dream) we all got really good work done by very professional, nice guys that made my son feel comfortable and didn't rush us when doing our designs or placement. I recommend this shop to anyone that is thinking about getting a tattoo and asks me where to go. Shadow is an awesome guy If you get lucky enough to get an appointment with him. He does great things for our community, is it amazing artist, and is all around just a really cool guy. If you're looking to get work or piercings done this is where you need to go.

Loved the conversation the atmosphere and the artwork BUT my father came in just for a name on his arm…the artist Sean talked for an hour and a half before we even started and proceeded to talk our ears of for another 2 1/2 hours with some tattooing in between 15-20 minute rants. Then at the end charged him 200 an hour for 2 1/2 hours of talking 30 min of prep and 1 hour of work. I expected him to adjust the price due to the Obvious abundance of his ranting and storytelling but no he was definitely firm. Great artwork but will not return unless there is an agreement. Because 800 dollars for an hour of work is outrageous especially for just a name in black on a forearm. 3 out of 10 experience moneywise.

I got 2 of my tattoos redone by Sean here a while back, and everyone in the building was amazing and really nice!! Sean was super easy to talk to during the whole tattoo process, and he was super helpful with all the aftercare questions I had. I will definitely be going back for any future tattoos that I wanna get! The picture and video are after they were done healing. (Poor lighting I know haha)

Went this week to get matching mother and daughter tattoos. We had met with Sean before because my daughter is 16. He’s super professional and you can tell he cares deeply for the art that is going to be with you forever. He explained the process to her very thoroughly, even made her laugh a few times. I was instantly comfortable. He was very clear about what will and will not happen. The day of he again went over the process and what he expects. The same care and respect he put into her tattoo he did mine as well. The shop itself is clean and feels safe. The energy is wonderful. Overall, if you’re considering getting a tattoo for your teenager or with them, InkFam is the place to go. Even an overprotective mom like me knew my daughter was in great hands and it was done with the greatest sense of professionalism. Thank you again Sean!

Got a half sleeve done by Shadow last night! Words cannot express how much a positive environment in a tattoo shop means to me. I loved EVERYTHING about it from start to finish. The atmosphere is dope. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The quality speaks for itself. He’s light handed so if you have a big piece, LOOK NO FURTHER! Top 2 and he ain’t number 2!!

Overall all great service great chill people, love the vibe there. My tat came out just exactly how i wanted. My man shadow was amazing through out the whole process very knowledgeable, very professional, very clean and cares about the costumer’s well being. If i would give him 10 stars instead of 5 without a doubt i would! Again, number 1 artist in the indy region! 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼 (Can wait for him to finish my sleeve!)

I got a tattoo from Joe Kelly. It was supposed to be a black panther with green eyes, on the back of my hand. I wasnt too unhappy initially, as the tattoo looked great when I left. The only potential red flag was that it took much longer than expected, almost 4.5 hours and Joe wasnt able to finish the full design. But he told me he would be good to schedule another session to touch it up and finish everything for just $100 more. That satisfied me and I left feeling good about my new ink that I had wanted for quite some time. With that being said, once the 2nd skin came off things went way south. All the details faded, about 75% of the color came out, and overall it looked like it was halfway done and like it just wasnt done right. There is no line work, the mouth area looked particularly bad, with the teeth just being empty splotches of untouched skin. I paid $500 and gave Joe a $100 tip for a faded gray, toothless panther that took 4.5 hours. At the end of the day, I am going to have paid around $1150 and have 7-8 hours of tattooing on the back of hand for what should have been a $500 tattoo that took 4 hours or so tops.

Uhm absolutely wonderful?? I’ve had my naval pierced in the past, which was a much longer process and a little more painful. Heather was so kind and made this piercing quick and painless. I’m super grateful! And as an anxious girl, everyone was super kind and patient. So, thanks guys! Looking forward to seeing yall again! 🙂

Jewelry quality is excellent with a wide selection. My pieces have lasted a couple years. They keep your sizes on your profile in their system so if you want to buy a new studs, it’s easy! Overall it is very professional and clean, great environment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Staff, Disappointing Jewelry Quality I recently visited Metamorphosis for my first piercing as an adult, and overall I had a wonderful experience with the staff! The gentleman working the front desk, Joe, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patiently answered all my questions, which I truly appreciated as I was unfamiliar with the piercing process. My piercer, Kristen, was a true professional. She made me feel completely comfortable and was very patient with me. She did my piercings exactly how I asked while also providing excellent professional advice on the placement. I couldn't have asked for a better piercer! However, I am disappointed with the quality of the earrings, for which I spent around $100. The prongs are incredibly sharp and snag on everything—my shirt, towels, and pillowcases—which is quite painful on my healing ears. My advice to anyone reading this review: Ask the staff which earrings they would strongly recommend or, conversely, which ones to avoid. I've heard from coworkers that they have a good variety, so I wish I had asked more questions about the durability and design of the jewelry options.

I got my second tattoo from Paul at Metamorphosis this week and couldn’t be happier. This place is worth the hype. I’ve been here in the past for piercings and they always do such a professional job. Paul was the first tattoo artist I’ve seen here and he is awesome. His lettering is some of the best I’ve come across! I love the vibes in the studio too. Went to Metamorphosis for the first time this summer. Joe Kelly did the most amazing tattoo for me that no other place wanted to do for whatever reason. I wanted a 1967 red GTO convertible in memory of my brother, and he knocked it out of the park. I won't go to anyone else in the future. Unable to get a good picture of it due the curve of my leg, so you'll have to take my word for it…

Got a single piercing in my ear lobe here December 2022. They charged me $150 for an earring I could buy for $35 online, it took six months to heal, and it was done so crookedly that I still need help and a bright light to change my earrings in 2026.

salt n pepper has done all of 8 my piercings since moving to the area. he’s always clean, kind, and informative of how to take care of everything, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. i’ve recommended all of my friends to go here and they’ve all had the same experience! i wont go anywhere for piercings again!

I went on a Friday the 13th to get my first tattoo(60 years old when I went). And even as busy as they were on that day, everyone was really nice, helped me decide the best way to do my tattoo, and really made me feel comfortable. My tattoo came out beautiful, and has held up wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We came as a walk in to have my little girls ears pierced. We had no wait at all . From the minute we pulled in the parking lot we were greeted by an employee. When we walked in we were immediately apologized to for the remodeling they were in the middle of. Even though they are remodeling the shop was still very clean and welcoming. I believe the gentleman that helped us name was Salt and Pepper. He was very gentle and calm. He made sure that my little girl and I knew exactly everything he was doing before he did it. He even showed and explained to us how he came up with where he marked her ears for the piercings. My little girl didn't even flinch with either ear which is very impressive to me. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out of the door we had a great experience. I would highly recommend them for your piercings. They are very clean and very thorough. They explain everything in detail and make sure you fully understand and don't get upset when asking questions. If you're looking for a great place for your piercing needs I highly recommend coming here. They also have affordable pricing as well which was an extra win for me

i've gone here several times for piercings and every time they did a great job but this time I went for a tattoo. Baby D a.k.a. baby screws did such a great job. She was so friendly and so nice and everyone there is so down to earth and they do really really good work the tattoos she did on me. Came here when I was 17.. They let my boyfriend at the time sign off on it.. I’m Now going on 20 regretting it big time! This tattoo was suppose to mean a lot to me it’s my son’s footprint with his name and date. I feel as if, if he couldn’t do it or didn’t feel comfortable doing it he shouldn’t have insisted to do it. 😭👎 Reached out on instagram, came off rude as heck and kept insisting it wasn’t them who did it.
