Ms.Toya is very friendly and warm. She gave me the cutest face-framing trim while keeping my length in-tact, which made me happy. Its clear she loves her profession and to help teach everyone about healthy hair systems. Free snacks and refreshments like wine were included with my service. Thank you for my great experience!

From the moment l walked in Hollywood Beauty Palace l felt welcomed and comfortable. Ms. Toya the shop owner and stylist greeted me and took the time to listen to exactly what l wanted and offered her expert recommendations that showed incredible attention to detail. Not only is she talented, but her professional and friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and relaxing. With gray hair transitioning from perm to natural hair, my goal is to get my hair healthy and to get this yellow bronze hair tone color out of my gray hair. I believe if l stick with Ms. Toya my goal will be accomplished. I also have to say her shop including the bathroom is immaculate and beautiful. My teenage daughter has naturally thick, coarse, curly hair, so we came to Toya for a virgin hair relaxer treatment and a cut. Not only were we blown away from the final results, we are now convinced that Toya is a magician! She exceeded our expectations & my daughter left so happy and feeling beautiful! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless and cozy! We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks and made to feel right at home. Toya has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable. She also offered us so many tips and so much advice on taking care of my daughter’s hair. I could not recommend her more!!!!

Today was my first appt with Ms Toya and it was a great experience. She's very knowledgeable and explained every part of the service. The best part was she was ready for me as soon as I walked through the door and it was so refreshing to be the ONLY client she worked on during my appointed time.
