I had a wonderful appointment with Jaidyn today for color, and as usual it was amazing. The hair wash is my favorite part, so very relaxing. Jaidyn is a great hairdresser and just a great person in general. The staff at Tyler Mason are so nice. I always feel like I’m someone important getting special treatment, and I walk out looking fabulous!

I love Tyler Mason! It’s such a warm and friendly place and very clean! I see Emylee C. for my hair and have been seeing her for many many years. She knows my hair and cuts it perfect every time. She is a truly skilled stylist and my visits with her are always excellent. On top of the absolutely superb service I receive every time I’m there, I enjoy everyone there and getting to know them all has been a privilege. I cannot recommend Tyler Mason more to anyone needing a salon or spa service. They are top notch.

My experience with Emma at Tyler Mason Salon & Spa was fantastic. Services I received were a beard/lifting and toning facial, along with a sinus relief massage, both were incredibly relaxing and effective. The facial left my beard feeling cleansed as well as my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. Being a seasonal allergy sufferer, the sinus massage was quite effective and provided noticeable relief from my stuffiness. Throughout the service, Emma provided a thorough explanation of the products being used and the benefit of each, which was very helpful. The atmosphere upon arrival was professional, and Emma me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Emma and will definitely be returning to Tyler Mason for additional services.

First time to Salon 6. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. The crew there is great. Andrew did an amazing haircut and ooooh the head massage. I have already scheduled to see him again for color and highlights. Thanks Salon 6.

I have been going to Salon 6 a long time and have used a vareity of different hair stylist. I most recently had my haircut by Meredith. She did a great job- great head massage/shampoo, got my style perfect, and good conversation. Uh and the price was amazing. Thank you Meredith!

Finally ready to talk about my terrible haircut after a year. I figured I would give it some time..to settle. But its been a year and my hair is still choppy and ugly. I do not remember the stylists name…but im sure if she saw me she could remember cutting my hair. And thats all im hoping for. She had a redish-orange dye job and very dry ends so I should have been more cautious. I came in with waist length hair, I did want to cut shoulder length and I did get that. But I showed specific pictures for reference and my hair cut looked nothing similar. She used thinning sheers and my already thin hair. It was completely uneven. Not styled or able to be styled. I cried after this hair cut. It still looks bad. I hope I can add pictures on here. She took a before picture, and then suddenly stopped cutting and said im all done. Didn't take an after picture. Anyway I actually hope shes no longer cutting hair. I got the hair cut in September of 2024 and I still hate it over a year later.

Called to schedule a same day appointment for a quick trim. I have collar bone length hair and an undercut that I’m growing out so only half of my head needs a haircut. I showed up with it freshly washed and blow dried and politely declined a wash when I arrived. I got my hair cut dry and it looks great (thanks Paul!) However, when I got to the counter the receptionist that scheduled me earlier in the day informs me that my total for the haircut was $105. I said for a dry cut on half my head? She said yes. I paid her and said she should tell new people about the price level for the stylist they book. She said "well most people ask" which felt rude. She said "other stylists charge like 45 for a cut" I’m not discrediting the amazing stylist or saying he’s not worth the price, but I do feel like I was robbed. Please train your receptionist to ask additional questions for new clients to make sure everyone has the same expectations.

I visited Salon 6 for the first time today. Andrew was my stylist. It’s a beautiful spot. I’m really happy with my haircut. The overall experience was wonderful!! I highly recommend Salon 6, ask for Andrew!

Lovely haircut with Andrew today. He listened to my requests – I was going from mid-back to slightly past shoulder length hair with layers and face framing. The scalp massage was probably my favorite part and was very much relaxing. Andrew was calm, easygoing, attentive, and had a great book recommendation. I love my haircut! Had lots of volume, movement, and highlighted my face very well. Highly recommend Andrew!

Jess and her team have been amazing! We are on our second round of vivid colors! Jess has kept my hair healthy, this is a big deal with all the bleach we need. Kennedy did an amazing job at matching My previous color! Gave me the perfect bangs which I haven’t had in years!! And was so sweet and so easy to talk to you we had a great time! Chloe at Salon Honey is the best! She always makes my hair look amazing!! She recommends a style that fits me perfectly! Chloe is also very fun and easy to talk to. The salon is very welcoming. Very clean and organized. They also offer great coffee or latte and other drink options while you are there. This is the first salon and stylist that I have continually gone too since I moved to Indiana 15 years ago and will continue going to.

It was my first time at the salon and I got a beautiful dry curly cut and styling done by Trinity. It was one of the few times I left absolutely happy and knew I wouldn’t have to comeback for a touch up after washing it and styling it myself. I live out of state but visit often and already have my next styling appointment booked and will be coming back to make this my regular salon. I like that they have a variety of products on their shelf and the atmosphere is amazing.

Been a client of Caitlyn for over 4 years and I would not go anywhere else! Caitlyn is so knowledgeable and personable with every interaction! Usually when I go I get a cut and blow out, and it is amazing every time! We did my natural curls one time, but I cant find the picture. They turned out so amazing and she also went into detail about how i could recreate at home and keep my curls healthy! 10/10 recommend Caitlyn to anyone who is wanting an amazing haircut and experience!

I had a great experience with Megan. I was looking for grey blending as well as learning to style my waves/curls. I have always used heat or straightened my hair and have been wanting to embrace the natural wave. Megan took time to show me what products to use, how to diffuse my hair and how best to maintain it. Now to see if I have enough patience to handle the curly process :).

I went into the salon expecting a relaxing experience and left with my hair completely fried and my confidence shattered. What was supposed to be a simple treatment turned into an absolute nightmare — my hair was left brittle, dry, and breaking off in chunks due to either extreme over-processing or pure negligence. When I voiced my concern, the staff barely acknowledged the damage and tried to downplay the severity as if it was my imagination. But what really pushed me over the edge was the disgusting attitude and sheer disrespect from management — instead of taking responsibility or even offering a sincere apology, they were rude, dismissive, and acted as if I was the problem for being upset. Not only was the environment unprofessional, but their lack of accountability and customer care was appalling. I was talked down to, interrupted repeatedly, and treated like my concerns didn’t matter at all. There was zero attempt to rectify the damage or even offer a refund. I left the salon in tears, feeling completely disrespected and beyond unsatisfied. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business, and I will never return. I strongly warn anyone thinking of going there — don’t risk your hair or your dignity. The service was horrific, the management was offensive, and the results were absolutely unforgivable.

Rena is so fantastic! Felt absolutely cared for from the minute I walked in until I left. Got a new hair color, cut and blowout – so happy with it, and my hair feels so soft and healthy! And Rena had extra pre-work to do on my hair… I had a lot of box dye in my past!! But she was so reassuring that I didn't feel anxious about the process! Also got my nails done with Vi, powder dip and cateye polish, love the results! Overall I love this salon and will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to LUXORI salon since I moved to Indianapolis years ago and I needed to find myself a new salon in a new place. I found this salon and chose it because it had hours that could fit into my busy schedule at the time, and I met Raven who did my hair for my first appointment here and she did an AMAZING job. I’ve been loyal to her ever since and have kept coming back to her every time. She has never once disappointed me and exceeds every expectation and happily goes with every change I make with my hair and consults me through it. I have recommended her to many friends who have gone to her as well and who also love her work every time. I’m glad I found a salon I love and a stylist who cares about making her clients feel confident and happy. Forever recommending LUXORI and Raven for any and all hair needs!

Incredible experience! The salon is beautiful and classy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hair washing chair was super comfy and no neck strain. Raven was my stylist, she genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and happy for my outcome. I took her advice (great decision) and I love my hair! It is just the refresher I needed. I appreciate the time she took to hear my wants and explain how I could accomplish that but she was honest to and didn't try to sugar coat which I needed. She walked me through everything, I am so happy I found her and Luxori.

Literally the cutest balayage of my life, Perry did an amazing job and I was super happy with it!! The chairs at the washing station recline and I’ve never experienced something like that at a salon ever it literally changed my life. As someone who’s not from here and found Luxori on apple maps, I am so glad I decided to go here for my balayage! Got so many compliments on it at work 🙂

Jamie is AMAZING!! She’s not only super down to earth and friendly, but she’s incredibly talented as well. I’ve never had bangs, and she gave me some that give me so much confidence. Elizabeth is a wonderful stylist! She was so friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous since this was my first time getting extensions. She explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. She colored the extensions to match my hair and it couldn’t be better! My hair is amazing, so thick, and I have so many styling options now! I feel like a movie star!!!

I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Laura yesterday! Was in Indy for business and needed a professional cut badly, found this salon in heart of the city and had an amazing experience. Laura not only gave me a great cut that I’m very happy with but also was educating me throughout about my hair style (curly) and how to maintain and style it best to really let it shine day after. Can’t beat the view from the salon either. Very cool atmosphere!

The BCS staff are all incredibly talented, friendly, caring, and efficient. The BCS team are also always on top of the most current techniques, products, and styles. Fabulous experience! This will be my go-to hair salon going my forward. Becca did an absolutely fantastic job fixing a bad cut/color I received at a different salon. My hair has been restored fully to its normal soft and shiny condition and she toned the color to be closer to what I was originally looking for. Becca has a very calming presence and is very easy going and lovely to chat with. I was even able to bring my one-year-old baby girl and have her sit with me throughout. I live about an hour away, but this place (and Becca’s talent) makes it worth the drive. Love love love my hair now!! Thank you!

I have been getting my hair done by Frannie for a while now, and she’s THE BEST. Being a blonde, I used to get nervous about getting my highlights done due to some bad experiences in the past. However, Frannie is the absolute best colorist/stylist I have been to. After every visit with her, I get so many compliments on my hair. She also is the sweetest person I know and truly makes me feel at home. I cannot recommend Frannie enough.

Frannie squeezed me in last minute before thanksgiving and then turned me into Tate McRae. The service was so amazing and I she did so good I love my hair. I flew in from Houston just to get my hair done with Frannie cause I’ve heard amazing things and with good reason now that I feel like an entirely new girl. This was my 2nd apt with Macy and we have our next apt set up in 10weeks. I look forward to each apt because Macy listens to what your wanting, puts a plan in place and does a great job explaining everything to you. She's very talented, kind, and clearly cares about making her clients happy.

I loved that Macy really took the time to walk me through everything she was doing, and she was SO patient answering all of my questions! As someone with curly hair, haircuts can be really nerve wracking, but Macy helped me feel confident and in control the whole time, and truly listened to everything I had to say. I found myself needing a last minute hair appointment and booked with Natalie on a whim. She did a fabulous job! This was my first visit to the salon, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve gone to MJ the past couple years for eyebrow waxing and I absolutely ADORE her. She’s amazing at what she does, makes you feel comfortable even with your first visit, listens to what you want, makes sure you are happy with the final product, etc. I could go on and on! She’s absolutely amazing! The entire salon staff is incredible as well. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the facility is so clean! 10/10 recommend MJ and The Beauty Bar as a whole!

I had a pedicure and manicure today with Prescilla. Both were excellent. She asked questions so she could make sure she understood what I wanted. The pedicure especially was so good including a nice amount of massage – my favorite part.

The salon was clean and cute. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was helpful and welcoming. Elijah did a wonderful job cutting my curly hair: great layers (I don’t have Christmas tree hair) and she made sure to not cut too short. Also, super friendly!

Brandy is amazing. When I first came to her, my color was awful and now she has made it exactly what I wanted and could never get anywhere else. When cutting my hair, She truly listens and gives me exactly what I ask for. She’s priceless!

Kimber is been doing my hair since August and she is absolutely caring , sweet! She walks you through what she is doing! I love how gentle she is and how she does not rush her work. I love how we can talks about our personal lives, and she generally cares about her clients. I love how she doesn’t talk your ears off lol and how you can still enjoy the relaxation. Gabby Gabby Gabby………It’s so hard to find a great place where you feel where your hair is done exactly how you want. ( 1st visit) I have really thick hair and I needed it a full head of highlights, thinned out and cut. This is my 2nd visit with Gabby and she highlighted my roots and cut about an inch . She does such an amazing job. Love my hair!!!!

I never have a bad experience at Bellavie!! Sarah is Amazing and id say on a scale of 1-10 she gets a 20!! She always goes above and beyond and also listens to you ramble about all your problems! Evy did a scalp treatment on me that felt amazing and the results of the health and color of my hair improved drastically. I also had a cut and she styled my curly hair and taught me how to care for my curls to make them bounce. Evy is not only extremely talented but she is kind and compassionate and makes sure her clients are happy and comfortable through the entire experience.

I’ve gotten my hair done here twice by miss madelyn. She is the absolute best she has come in on her day off for me when i needed it and stayed hours into the night to finish my hair because she genuinely loves what she does and wants you happy!!! , She always gives me exactly what i ask for, if you’ve ever felt like you have left a solon not feeling like ur not blonde enough or the tone you want she will change that! I’ve never left disappointed or like it wasn’t worth the money which in general is great prices + i still have healthy hair after alll that bleach haha . The whole staff there as well is super accommodating and will help each other and you! I remember i had a couple girls blow drying my hair (i have a lot) and it was such a fun experience. The women in charge are also so cool and present at their business and answer any questions you or their staff have, It’s a beautiful studio with great women who do great hair! so yes book the appointment!!

Carly did such amazing job on my hair! I am going back for more sessions and this first session came out absolutely stunning! The north location is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect experience. Walked in and was warmly greeted then offered a delicious vanilla latte while I waited for Ashley (waited 5 minutes if anything – sat at her station at 1pm sharp).
