Least favorite charger-the area is old, mixed with industrial buildings with poor restroom facilities. This is the 2nd time the Tesla routed us here. The hotel (no signage, but La Quinta according to Google) smelled so badly of old smoke and we didn’t know if it was actually open or vacated. It was open and we were able to use the restroom. We will try to go off of 65 a ways next time to find a better charger with more options. Disappointing.

Updating a year later with more pictures. It charges fine at 145kW as they’re 150kW chargers. There’s still nothing here besides a hotel, there’s a McDonalds and Steak n Shake across the street if you want to walk a bit. I’m still waiting for that 250kW charger located anywhere along the eastern half of I-465 for the Fort Wayne guys heading north/south.
It is a supercharger, but in a hotel parking lot with a busy road to cross if you want to go to the store while charging. The area also didn’t seem very inviting. We went up to the one in Fishers instead. Slower charger but much cleaner and inviting area.
The hotel folks were super friendly to my great desire to use the lobby bathroom. There are plenty of things to walk to. If you’re terribly empty- maybe even check out the store that is behind the stalls, Northern tool + equipment.
Shake shack, Taco Bell, Walmart and Starbucks also seen. Confirmed that the garbage can is still by the stalls.

Talked to some people who travel through here so keep that in mind, but when we pulled up there was no way to charge and was blocked by a driver (who drove for Ryder) who did not care that he was taking up space and not allowing access to the chargers. Went into the hotel to ask about it and the hotel clerk knew who it was and said they are taking a shower. So for me who travels long distance a bit, think that speaks volumes in itself. It’s a shame as these are the people who make it difficult for people to switch over to EV’s. (New drivers trying to travel and not understand this should not be a thing

It will not take the credit card directly. Had to set up an account and finally was able to charge although slower than the normal for a Honda prologue.

Tried two different charges. Three different plugs on the two chargers. At least a dozen times refuses to connect to vehicle. And I had to get an account for it to work last time on another electrify America location. Won’t take credit card.
Usually everything links up ok; I had difficulty with the first charger I tried today, but moved one space over and everything was fine. The area is clean , safe, well-lit at night.
Had to try a few different stations in the morning to find a working station. Used 4 and then 6. 6 worked without issue. Someone else came and used 4. Later in the day I came back and use 3 without issue. It was a 350kW station and was super fast. 30-80% charge in 18 minutes.

Just like other EA locations. When they work the charging speeds are way low. Stickers say 350KW. Car accepts 350 kw. These chargers rarely break above 50kw.
Compared to other stations this one is over charging with its price. I do not recommend this station the prices are hiked. It cost me 32 dollars to charge from 23% to 80%. I went to Meijer in my hometown in Louisville and it charged me $8. Also be prepared for your deposit to hold over 5 business days they take their sweet time returning your money.

Enter the parking garage and go to your immediate left, not up as you might believe.
