Arbor Homes Indianapolis

My experience with Arbor Homes was fantastic from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect on the first try, they took care of any small issues that came up along the way. Jeff went above and beyond to address anything I needed—even fixing something I accidentally messed up! I would highly recommend building with Arbor Homes; it was an experience I’ll cherish with my family forever.

We had a fantastic experience with Arbor Homes. The sales team was incredibly helpful and guided us through all the options for our new home. They helped us select a floor plan that perfectly fits our family's needs. Throughout the entire process, they've been supportive, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. We're so excited to move into our new home and truly appreciate the excellent service we've received. Highly recommend!

Every part of the process was great for us and it had to do with our amazing construction team and supervisor Brian!! He was always very informative and responsive in a quick manner too!! He would send us weekly updates, which we loved!! We definitely would recommend Arbor homes to or friends and family!!

Just closed on my home this month and the entire process was not as stressful as it could have been. Vivianne in sales (at the time) helped me select the perfect home for my needs. She was very friendly, courteous, respectful and full of positive energy. Once the building started, Anthony kept me informed of the progress with weekly text messages and answered all questions. I visited the site weekly taking a video tour of each stage and any issues I saw I sent to Anthony and they were addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Stacy at the design center was awesome! She made the selection process very easy and even showed me new products that I'm very satisfied with for my home. I can't forget Isabelle who took over mid way in the process since Vivianne was promoted to another division (Congrats again ). She stepped in and gave the same positive energy and would send me pics of my home once the siding portion started. Overall I'm satisfied with my decision to build with Arbor Homes. I was reluctant at first due to the negative feedback from homeowners back in the early 2000's. The floor plans and design center options have improved since the 2000's giving future homeowners plenty of options to fit any budget, in my opinion. Vivianne, Isabelle, Anthony and your team thank you again for a great experience!

Isabelle has always kept in touch with me to see how I was doing. Answered questions that I had in the beginning. Brant has walked me through each step of my house process. Answered my many questions and kept me informed. Arbor have two awesome people working for them. Both were helpful and kind. Even when I went to pick out my colors and style, the girl was so helpful and sweet. I have mentioned to many people how Arbor Homes were great at what they do.
