Just got Daisy back from SnipIts and she looks amazing! Her coat is super soft, trimmed perfectly, and she smells so good. You can tell they really take their time and care about the details. The staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and understanding—even though I showed up a bit late. They didn’t make me feel rushed or judged, just kind and professional all the way through. Thanks to the team for making Daisy look and feel her best—we’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this grooming service. Today, I was informed after the fact that my dog’s ears had been shaved due to matting discovered during the bath. While I understand that matting needs to be addressed for the dog’s comfort, I should have been contacted before such a drastic decision was made. As a pet owner, I expect to be consulted before any major changes to my dog’s appearance. This is not the first time I’ve experienced communication issues here, and it makes me question whether my preferences and input are truly valued. If customer service and transparency were prioritized, this could have been handled much better. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to be actively involved in decisions about their pet’s care. ***they texted after it had been done again no communication*** see photo Before (this pic is right after her bath) and after ***Public Response*** I am disappointed by this response, as it contains misleading and false claims. My dog has never been neglected, and I have records proving that I take proper care of her. I was not informed before a major grooming decision was made, which is why I expressed my concerns in the first place. Instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication, this business has chosen to publicly misrepresent the situation. I stand by my feedback and hope others consider this before using your services.

I have been a client of Snip Its going on four years. I have always had a positive outcome every time. They take such great care of my Yorky. Izzy, has always been the one that grooms my dog. She is so positive and upbeat every time I go in there. Whether it’s 7 AM or 11 AM she’s always smiling and ready to take her and groom her.. And I’m sure all the other groomers in there are extremely great with the other animals. I suggest you give them a try you won’t regret it.

Best Grooming service I’ve experienced out of the many I’ve taken my dogs to the past 45 years. Very thankful we found SnipIts after we moved to Franklin Township. The owner is on site, highly professional, hands on, very knowledgeable of animal care, oversees a very happy and safe environment for her employees and, of course, her "clients" (the dogs). The groomers are loving, highly skilled, and dedicated to the needs of the "clients" and their owners.

I recently took my golden retriever for a grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff did such a wonderful job with my dog, who was understandably scared of the blow dryer and the grooming table. They were incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to help him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He had some pretty bad mats but they made him look so cute and got them all out. What I appreciated most was their excellent communication. They provided updates on how he was doing, which really put my mind at ease. It's clear they genuinely care about the pets they work with. I will definitely be continuing to bring my golden here for grooming in the future. Highly recommend!

They are very experienced handling all breeds of dogs. Also the designated times during week days that you can walk in to have your dog’s toenails cut is so convenient and they are excellent with nervous and scared dogs.
