Picked-up my dog with 3 over-clipped nails, causing pain and bleeding. (dog is still limping and appears to be tender in one leg.) In addition the tip of the tail appears to have been trimmed - this despite no request to do so. Service was to be only for a brush and bath. advised that If she refused her nails to not worry about them. Recommend go elsewhere."

I get my bichon frise groomed here. They have been grooming her for almost 3 years. I have been slow to make a review but this last visit made me want to. They are so patient with her. She is comfortable now and it gives me peace. She gets her feet dyed since she's white it helps her not look so dirty. The price is so reasonable and their new location is convenient. I recommend. I have not tried the new boarding option, but I trust when I do it will be a great experience.

It was a good experience I called set up an appointment. I dropped my dog off a little later got her nails clipped got her ears cleaned and got her a bath for 60 dollars. Service was good after dropping my dog off I was told to come back to pick her up a few hours later she looked well groomed was very happy I tip my hat thank you.

We had a fantastic experience at J&J Pet Grooming. We had scheduled appointments for our dogs at a large pet store, but upon arrival, they were denied service because they were on anxiety medication. We contacted J&J, and they kindly allowed us to bring our dogs in that very day for a grooming session. While our dogs aren’t usually the easiest to groom, we picked them back up looking and smelling absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be returning customers in the future.

I love J&J grooming , they do an excellent job. I have taken my pet Coco twice and I have been amazed. I recommended a friend and he was fascinated too.

My aunt passed away from cancer 6/22/25 from Cancer due to her Illness her dog was severely unkept. I Googled J&J grooming and drove to the location and spoke to a lovely lady and within 48 hours my aunts dog was giving a complete make over, he looks and smells so much better, I am truly grateful for this experience and I definitely will be bringing Leo back for further care, thanks a million J&J! ❤️

I was very nervous about taking my puppy to the groomers for the first time. Destiny did a great job with him! She was so kind and reassuring to both him and I. He looks absolutely amazing, even better than I imagined! We definitely will be coming back!
