Beautiful building! The efforts to restore the historical value are amazing. I love how the different art pieces are rotated. Can't wait till the 21st! It looked empty but don't miss a treat, go on in!

I'm and artist and an art lover. I also love a deal, so when I was able to get my kids in for $1 each and me in for $2, I was happy enough. The lady at the front told us about each exhibit and mentioned a children's area downstairs. She also mentioned they are changing exhibits. The entire museum was basically changing and was sitting in boxes. Everywhere. Downstairs was changing as well, I guess. There were a few climbing toys, but my kids are 10 and 11 so not a lot interesting to them. There was a bookshelf behind a lot of boxes that looked as though it had books for $0.50 and $1.00. There were boxes of supplies sitting on a table with signs about making crafts, but I felt like I had walked into someone's basement and didn't think I should unpack it all. The building is amazing. Some really cool architecture. It could be amazing. Everything felt so modern, aside from the basement which felt outdated (hence the update, I guess?). I hate to rate this so low, but I just wouldn't recommend it.
