Be Our Guest Vacations

Julie was amazing! When she heard I hadn't been to Universal since the 90's she got excited to plan our trip. She took time to talk to me when Cowfish canceled our dinner reservations (we still don't know why) but Julie asked where else we wanted to eat and got us reservations there instead. I want Julie to plan all my vacations for me!

Julie was absolutely phenomenal in helping us plan the perfect honeymoon. She was so personable and easy to work with and helped customize our magical extras as well as our experiences. With all the chaos of planning our wedding, professional promotions and some unfortunate losses in our families, she was quick to assist. She celebrated and mourned with us. We will definitely use Be Our Guest Vacations for future anniversary trips! I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experiences with Julie were, from start to finish!

Carrie is amazing! She helped plan and make our week at Disney magical. In my opinion, Disney makes everything complicated when it comes to booking and linking reservations. Carrie guided me with useful information and was always quick to respond to my numerous questions. She booked our dining and magical extras. I am very grateful for Carrie’s help! I highly recommend Carrie!

We worked with Lisa on our summer 2025 Alaska cruise on the Disney Wonder. Lisa answered all of our questions promptly, helped us out with accessibility concerns and requests, and made us feel comfortable about this adventure. We were first time cruisers on Disney Cruise Line and the experience makes me want to go back! A huge thanks to Lisa for helping with our logistics and making this bucket list trip go seamlessly. We would absolutely work with her and Be Our Guest again.

Kasey was absolutely wonderful to work with while planning our first Disney World trip! She responded quickly, answered every question I had, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Her recommendations were incredibly helpful, and everything went perfectly. We had the best time and will definitely be using her again when we plan our next trip! 😊

Catie was so awesome in making our first cruise magical. She answered every question we had and went way beyond to help us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend her to everyone and anyone who asks about Disney vacations and more. In fact she is helping us plan our Merrytime cruise for the holidays 🙂 Thank you Catie for all you do, we appreciate you.

This was the first time I have ever worked with a planner for any of my Disney trips and I had such a fantastic experience. From start to end, Lisa Koedyker took such good care of our family. Because of her, we followed her recommendation to stay at Port Orleans French Quarter for the first time and had such a wonderful stay! She has such extensive knowledge of the parks, so it was incredibly helpful to get recommendations on how to structure our days, where to go, what to eat, and what might work well or not as well for our family. I am someone who loves to do research and plan, so working with Lisa really helped to double the magic and amp up the anticipation for our trip! She sent out helpful reminders and gorgeous guides with details of all the different things for the parks. Even when we had to potential alter our trip due to the massive snowstorm, she was so responsive in helping us think through options. All in all, I would recommend working with Lisa to all my friends! She will only make your trip better!
