Our church contracted for Haitian Creole interpretation over 4 session of a parenting class. It was challenging since the interpretation was remote. LTC staff were extremely helpful and patient in identifying interpreters and making arrangements. Follow up was also excellent. These entire thing was an absolute joke. She does not know proper ASL or proper etiquette. I had to voice for my husband a few times, she kept jumping into the conversation and when she did she wouldn’t even sign for herself, then by the end of it she said out loud, no signing “oh I thought this was a CPS visit.” Like what? How do you have no context. People need to realize how much goes into interpreting for ASL prior to just taking it on.

I called the agency to complain and they just blew me off.

The website showed that the office was open, so I called ahead before visiting. I was left on hold for nearly 40 minutes with no response. I still decided to go in person, and the drive took me about 35 minutes. The office is located on the second floor, but when I arrived around 3:00 PM—nearly an hour before their posted closing time—it was already closed. This was a complete waste of time. People’s time is valuable, and everyone has responsibilities. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and respect for others’ time. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable translation service.

Although we didn’t end up using LUNA for our translations, I just wanted to take the time to praise them for their friendly and fast customer service. Noelia the project manager was super helpful and handled my request with prompt attention and care. I would definitely recommend them for your translation needs.

Isaac Jean initially seemed promising, but he quickly revealed his true colors as a greedy opportunist. After bleeding us dry, he abandoned us without a second thought. His team might be decent, but steer clear of Isaac Jean at all costs—he’s a ruthless con artist.

On July 29th, the ASL interpreter was “reading ” my medical/health records displayed on the computer behind the doctor’s back. That incident should not be allowed at all, regardless of its Code of Ethics for the interpreters. Am I correct?

Funny how my friend got her documents translated in a few hours because she needed them the next day but me i had to wait 2-3 days because its
“Policy”. And missed my appointment because of that . And yes we both paid the same money and it was the same document i needed translated. Will not recommend them.

I was looking for a place to do my taxes si I walked in and askwd to speak toa taxidermist after they looked over my W-2s I decided to get a second opinion I wasn’t too impressed what the answers I was getting from this person when I said I was going to seek another opinion they charged me $75 just for looking over my W-2s which I thought it was extremely expensive after all they didn’t do anything nonetheless they didn’t disclose that would be charging for looking over my documents had known this a front I wouldn’t let them do anything I just want everybody to be aware of this this place in my opinion they’re extremely unprofessional I don’t even think they’re certified to do taxes
