Sometimes when you walk in through the front it seems slightly uncomfortable or not inviting however it’s worth it to stay. I put in my application online and reached out to my recruiter when done. They sent me a BLANK link saying that I needed to put in my financial details. I reached out to my recruiter and they said it was a personal issue. I came to this location within their business hours at 11:48am & the doors were ALREADY locked and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office. I called 4 times. I called corporate and not even corporate could get a hold of them. Corporate said this was their lunch hour, and that’s understandable, so I decided to wait. At 12:30pm, an employee walks out the building to get something from their car & and told me that they would be back open at 2pm. What place do you work that has a 3+ hour lunch break ? Super unprofessional & seems the employees/management does what they want. I still was not able to complete my missing information & I do not trust this company to find my employment if their own employment is unorganized.

Then I come back to the company and they gave me a second chance and it is great. My recruiter is amazing guy down in Nashville he has bent over backwards to help me out. He has been so helpful very friendly. He has even helped a couple friends get jobs too. The lady that hired me from Arizona was amazing very nice super friendly. She has also helped out a lot. I loved the place at first, now it’s completely bias. The lady will look you up and judge you before deciding to place you or not. That’s not right! It’s suppose to be an Equal Opportunity Work Environment & it’s not. They have Good clients for you to work for but they choose to place you somewhere outside your work history & then put you in an unfortunate circumstance when you no longer want to work wherever you’re assigned ! They don’t always answer the phone and when they do the elderly white lady that answers can be a little rude and or straight up tell you there’s no work when it really is cause she doesnt want to deal with you. It’s hard out here and times are tough. Nobody has time to be jobless cause a staffing agent is in their feelings. She blatantly told me not to call back and find elsewhere to work. I don’t understand I’ve never had any personal issues with this woman. Spiteful woman, I pray to GOD she gets what she deserves!

ULG is a God send! They accepted me as a felon as they advertised and I was placed with a “decent” company as a team lead..I became uncomfortable with the “decent” employer and ULG was very understanding..the next day I had another employment opportunity..4 stars only because they barely answer their phone, so you have to call back to back , that’s annoying. My location had a young lady recruiter named Riley..she’s amazing and super helpful..I see the other reviews. But I don’t care about everything personally that people are saying, fresh from 7 years in prison, this company made a way for me to get on track with structure and handle my financial commitments.

I received a phone call asking me to come in for job placement but when I got there today the Spanish lady that was at the front door I guess she was overwhelming due the how many people that was in the lobby so I greeted her and proceeded to explain of why I was there ! She automatically told me to go take the line I replied to her that I’m here on appointments now she felt disrespected now she don’t wanna hear me out now her boss seen that she approached me ask talk nice after I explained she asked the lady to take me to take a forklift assessment she told her yes but turn around with me told me to go wait outside she felt so disrespectful for no reason all because she were mad already! After I left they call me but I told them the lady told me to go outside I guess the boss got mad ! Now I just a go a test sayin my background check is no good but I don’t even have a misterminor or a felony! They’re mad because I’m not Spanish and that’s so sad this is America stop being so evil

Dont waste your time!
I went through the entire job interview process after 3 interviews by phone, video call and in person with 3 different people. None of them took the initiative, and they didn’t even call me to communicate or give me feedback like other professional agencies do, theres not problem at all if you dont meet their expectations but at least they should communicate with you and in my situation having a great experience on what their were looking for needed a feed back! I think it’s disrespectful and unprofessional from all of them. Also, make sure to ask how you should dress for the in-person interview because it seems like dressing decently and professionally isn’t good. I should have worn tennis shoes, jeans, and a sports shirt, which doesn’t seem professional to me for a first impression, lol.

Even worse, they change the job requirements at the last minute without any explanation or justification. The lack of professionalism is evident at every step, with no organization or respect for applicants. I do not recommend dealing with them at all!
