Fun family place and a place that looked to hold leagues.

Lanes and layout were nice but where I was really disappointed was on Saturday afternoon, it was 50$ an hour (we had 3 players and looking to practice) and they started the timer when at the front desk, not when we started our first game.

We lost 20 minutes by the time we found our lane, got drinks, and got set up to bowl. It really soured our experience as we were from out of town and no staff told us time already started.

So be aware of that, as were league bowlers just wanting to try other alleys, and it was pricey for us to bowl just a few games.

I highly recommend this bowling alley for anyone planning an event or just going with friends. The bowling alley was clean, the pizza was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The customer service I received while planning my event is really what set them apart. We had a group event and through our many changes the team was always friendly and willing to help us make our event an success. Overall a GREAT experience.

What a fun spot for food, drinks, and endless games! We had a great time playing darts and bowling. Happy hour prices were very reasonable, and there were tons of other games and activities to enjoy! There’s certainly something for everyone in the family.

Although it wasn’t very busy when we visited, service for drinks was a bit slow unless you went to the bar. Overall, this place is fantastic, and we can’t wait to return next time we’re in town!

Was looking for something to do downtown to pass the time and saw they had some games here. We played some shuffleboard and then moved on to the arcade section. All games seemed to be $1 to play and you had to get one of the arcade cards they had to play. Well they had some variety, quality seemed partially lacking. Skeeball ended incredibly fast. One of the pinball machine needs maintenance. Etc. for the price I do believe it is a good deal, but for the “by the hour” games such as bowling and shuffleboard I do think its a little pricey. I do recommend this place if you got time to kill and are willing to drop some cash. Food smelled nice, and staff was friendly.

Punch Bowl Social is a perfect spot for delicious food, refreshing drinks, and good times! There are lots of activities to do here, whether it’s a large group or date night. The drinks were both spot on. I really enjoyed their take on a Dirty Pickletini, it was smooth and the pickle was a subtle taste – if you’re a pickle lover, try it! The wings were fresh, tender, and crispy, I absolutely loved the honey cilantro sauce! I sat at the bar and my bartender was super friendly and provided wonderful service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lively spot in downtown Indy!

Never before has service been so bad with four bartenders behind a bar that I even waved 5 $20 bills trying to get their attention. People had stepped up to empty chairs at the bar and none of the bartenders could bother to take their attention away from the service station to wait on folks around us.

It was as if the bartenders, especially a young woman, would deliberately not look at any of the patrons at the bar except for those at the service station.

Oh, and none of them could be bothered to clear dirty plates–so they just accumulated on the bar.

I recommend elsewhere on Sundays after games.

A fun place for a group night out!

Ended up going with my husband, we loved the food and the atmosphere in there!

We were a tad confused when he had ordered a common drink, a whisky sour, and the waitress questioned if it was on the menu. Maybe it’s more common in our area?

Definitely go if you’re out with friends! A ton of sharing options like a big drink for multiple people!

I enjoyed that PBLT ALOT, the glaze was sweet it was delicious!!!

Royal Pin Western was an amazing bowling experience. From the time of our arrival to our departure, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Our check-in process was expedient and smooth. The facilities were immaculate, and the bowling lanes were spacious. The kids really enjoyed themselves and did not want to leave. It’s definitely family-oriented and a fun adventure. We had lunch prior to arriving at the establishment, so I’m unsure of the prices. The menu popped up on screen, but I turned it back to the scoreboard to keep track of the kids’ scores. Would love to plan a return visit in the near future.

My granddaughter had a get-together here for her 5th birthday, and she absolutely loved it
I will say they are VERY expensive far as the food the nachos were great, but the pizza was disgusting. The pizza itself was $21.00 plus $1.89 tax
Plus $3.15 gertuity, grand total $26.04
I’ve had better pizza at Little caesars. I will say the customer service was better. Every worker that I came in contact with displayed awesome customer service that will always be a plus for me

This event was 2023 Junior Gold Tournament, many, many kids ages under 20 – under 12. This was also my first time going to Jr Gold. My grandson was bowling in U18. The business had bleachers to seat the viewers, thank goodness! Those parents were wonderful , I’m 75 and my sister is 76 they were always what for us and found us seats!
The business was clean, plenty of parking, rest rooms were clean also! Workers were respectful, kind and very friendly!
We had a great time. I would like to thank them for their hard work!

Went to celebrate a birthday after paying for 2 hours for my group of 6 we played for over an hour and a half only 15 minutes left of our game and Nora came up to our two tables extremely rude letting us know we could only use 1 table that has only 4 seats. After I stated another family was also sitting on the other half our table she unprofessionally told me to tell the family to move after telling her that it is her job she is able to tell us to move she can also tell them to move she told them to move My family all moved to one table after very rude and unprofessional she than allowed two another families to sit at the wrong table as we left. After almost 2 hours of bowling this should have been stated we need to use one table in the first 15 minutes of play time

this is a neat bowling center. there are two sides both have 40 lanes. there is a hallway connect the two with a laser tag area and snack bar. in the hall is a window where you can watch the machines work. Has a nice game room small but every space is used up with a machine for the kids.

Scheduled my daughter’s 6th birthday party here, and NONE of our quest came. Our party host Braxton was so nice he made sure my little girl still had a GREAT birthday. The staff even played laser tag with us and Braxton signed her pen. He was so nice and kind! We ended up having a great time and it really was all because of the amazing staff here! My daughter said it was the best party she ever had!! Thank you guys so much!!

Will never be coming back to this overpriced and run down place. The people here are super rude and not helpful. Spent $250 for a birthday party and my special needs daughter wanted a specific stuffed animal from the arcade prizes. It was a little chase stuffed animal they wanted 1200 points for but earning points took forever. We offered to pay cash for the stuffy because the kid was really upset, it was her birthday, and it was the only thing she was really showing interest in and wanted. The old lady working there was extremely rude and wouldn’t entertain it for a second saying she would be fired for theft. Multiple people pleaded with her to call someone or make some kind of exception but she was really rude and wouldn’t try to do anything to help. Will never be going back and don’t recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. The people are absolutely rude. We had people decide they were taking our seats and sitting at our table who weren’t with us. The bar tender over poured drinks and didn’t know how to make them. The kiosk didn’t want to work. It was absolutely a terrible night. I wouldn’t recommend coming and we’ll never be back.

This is great place to host a large group of friends, family, and colleagues. It was my third time in Indy and first time visiting Pins Mechanical. This place in downtown Indy is my absolute favorite! It instantly transports me back to my childhood. There are so many games to choose from, making it perfect for large groups or a fun date night. The drink options are extensive and reasonably priced. Just be prepared to wait around 30-40 minutes on a Friday or Saturday night, but trust me, it’s worth it. Our favorite activities are bowling and Jenga.

So fun! Pin ball selection is HUGE, pins was fun and awesome way to show off the history. Reccomend going with more then 2 people for pins, as you would get your money worth the time playing.

The staff was so attentive it was super nice. Already on the fact we needed a drink before we had time to spot them!

Absolutely awesome place. Was in town for a convention and was so excited to see a large pinball community existed here. Most machines were in “like new” condition and everything was a $1 to play. If that’s not enough to convince you to come here, maybe the bowling, ping pong, foosball, giant jenga, or giant connect 4 is. Hungry? Thirsty? Perfect! Their is plenty of beer, soda, and other treats waiting for you at the bar. Only thing I have to complain about is they were low on merch! Much love from Stanislaus pinball league in Modesto, CA. Hope to come back some day!

Company sponsored event. Duck pins bowling was very different from regular bowling. You get balls to try to knock all of the pins down. Sometimes the sensors would trip even though the pins moved but did not actually fall. Most of our scores were very close together. Pins were attached by strings and had an interesting algorithm unclump the pins and strings. Only two kinds of non-alcoholic beverages, really liked the 2 mules, it was mostly soda. The berry smash tasted bitter and I did not like it. There were also three full rows of pinball machines. There was a large Jenga tower. There was a football cage, was kinda interesting. There were also cornhole and big trash cans to throw balls into. Overall seemed like a cool place to hangout. Some really good specials.

We had never done Duckpin bowling before, but we are so glad we did! The balls are smaller (no holes for your fingers), and the pins are shorter. You keep track of your own score. They kept the floor true to the theme of as if it were mid 1900’s. They do serve pizza and sandwiches. And also coke products and some alcohol. This was truly a great experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Normally, there are two Duckpin bowling alleys, one of them was closed when we attended.

Run down bowling alley with some fresh paint. Lanes are super old and balls constantly get stuck trying to return. The staff are rude and the prices are silly expensive.

Owner responses and says the place is completely remodeled…WHOOF if they think so. I assume denial feels better than admitting the truth. Said pinsetters were replaced…if so, then ya’ll got ripped off cuz our ball got stuck 5 times in one game. They said they have a brand new kitchen…congrats I guess, but this is a BOWLING alley sir…not sure I care about how pretty the kitchen looks. They said their prices are among the lowest in the city but I’m not sure why such “low” prices if the whole place has been remodeled and is so great…odd.
I guess my point is proven with the rude attitudes here…instead of apologizing and asking what went wrong the owner immediately gets on and makes excuses. Two stars down to one. Strongly advise you go elsewhere as a customer.

I was in there yesterday and had family coming in to bowl the young lady with the color hair Valerie or Victoria tried to tell me I have to pay for everybody who was coming to bowl which was not the case I tried to explain to her that I was only paying for my two kids and
everyone would pay for theirs when they got here and she kept arguing with me telling me that’s not how things are supposed to be done. She continued to argue with me there were quite a few of us there and I spent over $100, if it wasn’t for some of the other people there I would have left she is very disrespectful and need to find another job. Even as I walked away she was still talking and the man had to tell her to go in the back because she was continuing to argue with me and other customers

They don’t sell food but you can bring in or have delivered. Fowling is fun and there are plenty of lanes. The staff is friendly and fantastic. We had a blast and I would say my only complaint is that I never knocked them all down with one throw. Good beer, good people and good fun.

My job hosted our team outing here (2023).

Great idea for a group event. Fowling is just as silly and corny as you might think. But it also loads of fun, intense, and competitive (with the right people). The atmosphere runs cold (so plan to wear a jacket) you may get warm as you start to play.

Before the game, you’re given instructions by the staff and the rules are made clear. However, it up to the teams to keep score and manage the game.

They have a great bar with plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Plenty of dining space. Bathrooms are clean. And there’s other arcade games and a large television screen for those that are not interested in fowling or want to take a break.

Their in-house catering is provided by a local vendor. Can’t say that it tasted great. Looks good, but I lacks taste and seasoning (imo).

Aside from that I would recommend you schedule your next group outing here!

Politely told me they don’t serve food, but they do have an interesting assortment of snacks. Stacy was at the bar that day and she was excellent. The beer selection has a little something for everyone and dang. Ice cold. The activity itself is very fun. It’s beer pong with football and bowling pins. Great idea for coming to with all your friends or in my case, a great date.

Bought laser tag for 4 on Groupon. Pretty good price on Groupon. seen other reviews and it said to call and put reservations. All that was fine. Got there, and the young boy working the desk wasn’t very friendly. I also asked him how much it was to bowl since it’s in the same facility and he said and I quote “I don’t know” (rolling his eyes) “I guess you will have to ask up there!” I said up where? “He said their desk, not mine.” Wow! Also after our first round the rude boy working the desk had another co-worker teenager come in & they basically goofed around the entire time. Paying zero attention to their customers. Very unprofessional establishment. We did our two games of laser tag and our guns didn’t work half the time. After the first game we switched them for the second game and half of them still didn’t work. We did end up going on the other side and bowling, but the people at that desk was just as rude as the laser tag area. This could actually be an awesome place, but they need to learn customer service etiquette. And if you hire all these teenagers to run the entire building, then you need to teach them how to be respectful and helpful. Not rude and snotty. And hold them accountable for their actions!!

Decent sized place, plenty of laser storm vests/guns. Not terribly priced $8 for one game or $13 for two games. Me and the kids had a good time

We had a blast!!! Both my sons and i were able to play every man for himself and we were the only people for the game. I was also informed of the bday parties at Lazer Storm too.

Very fun arena. A bit small for a large group, but a perfect size for groups of 4-6 adults and maybe a larger group for kids. There was a lot of fun power-ups and the arena is well set up for a good game once you know what you’re doing.

Recommend that you plan on at least two games and expect some soreness if you don’t crouch a lot, but it’s definitely worth it.

Really fun!! I would HIGHLY recommend for children or a group of adults. We were the only ones there on a Friday night- had the place to ourselves. It’s relatively cheap entertainment, and 15 minutes is a surprisingly long time! The only negative is not every gun is equal- some shoot more accurate than others.
