160 Driving Academy of Ivy Tech

160 Academy is a great program all around in my opinion. The instructors on the yard are very helpful. They really want you to pass the final exam. They explain everything you need to know and don’t skip any steps. Any bad reviews, ignore. It’s all up to you and how bad you want it. Trust me 160 is worth it. And it’s also worth the wait if you’re not on the yard in time.

Great school and wonderful instructors, it's worth it all the more if you get your cdl for manual transmission. You get more time behind the wheel and more time doing test drives. As someone who never drove manual before its hard at first but with dedication and a calm mind, anything is possible

I had an excellent experience with 160 Driving Academy. The instructors prepare you and you will pass as long as you put in the effort required.

Awesome in 1 word. The instructors at the Truck training Yard were spot on in training me in creating space, watching for points in maneuvering. controlling your trailer, and the seriousness of safety on the road. Great group of individuals, each instructor has a different way of teaching, pay attention, know what you come for, and lastly, you just have to listen.

Great program! A few to get my CDL Class A is not bad at all. They even prepare me for the permit prior to the yard!
