H&R Block

Pedro Munoz is simply brilliant. This is our second year with him. He is understanding, patient, kind and an absolute professional. As someone who is on a visa, and still new to the US, I can’t recommend Pedro highly enough.

Zero stars. A mistake was made on my return but master tax advisor wouldn't admit it. Said it was a "technological error". H&R Block advertises that they "sign and stand behind every return we prepare." "100% satisfaction. 100% accuracy."

Clara was great! I had a new filing status this year, plus I had to file for my deceased father. My experience with Clara was perfect all around and I'm confident the taxes were filed with no issues, so no audit in site! *Must update.. turns out, my taxes were NOT filed correctly and i owe money. Can't reach anyone for refund or other adjustments. Do not recommend this place. Turbo tax would have been better and waaaay less expensive

This has been the absolute worst customer service experience in my entire life. I got taxes done over a month ago . They are still not done correctly. Now I can not get anyone to fix the mess they created. I will never come back and will continue to tell everyone what a horrible experience this has been.

Clara Fowler was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our time. We will continue to work with her as long as we can. We also appreciate the follow up calls from your staff.

The H&R BLOCK agent, Mrs. Donna Mann, was very informative and descriptive while filing my taxes. She answered questions that I did not understand and explained the products and services the company provides in a easy to understand way. I really appreciate her patience and accuracy. Thank you Donna.

Same person who I have been meeting with. Great person too work with. Miss Carroll Jones is always concerned about my situation. I am always treated with respect and great customer service!
