Greenway Dumpsters

Great service! Dropped the dumpster off exactly as requested. I was concerned it would scratch up my driveway but they placed it on boards which was great! I called and them to let them know it was full and they were able to pick it up same day! Pricing was a lot better than other company’s I looked at. I will use Greenway again for any other projects.

We had a lot of household junk to get rid of during a move and chose Greenway because the rates were excellent and they were available when we needed them. Everyone we worked with--Gail in the office and the driver (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name!)--was professional, kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process was so simple and pleasant that we decided to go ahead and get rid of more stuff and ordered a second dumpster a week after the removal of the first. Ordering that one was even simpler! They have made a stressful, exhausting moving experience so much easier than it could have been and I appreciate them!

Greenway delivered a dumpster to my address right when they said they would. They parked it right where I asked them to. After I filled it up, I needed a 2nd dumpster. They came right out and switched out the full one and empty one the same day that I called. Then when I was done with the 2nd dumpster, they came and picked it up the next day. Greenway is reliable, efficient, and very reasonably priced! I was very pleased with them, and won't hesitate to use them again if I ever need the use of a dumpster again. HIGHLY recommend. Extremely easy to book a rental and it showed up on time. The pricing for the length of time you get to rent the dumpster is fantastic. I rented the 20 yard dumpster twice, back to back, and it was a seamless transition. Any time I had to call in with questions, the lady answering the phone was polite and professional

Delivery and removal was easy. My issue is about weight. There is an additional charge for overage. I understand the need to charge the consumer if you are being charged for the overage. The problem is as the consumer we have no way of knowing how much the dumpster weighs when it is being added to. You did not provide a scale to measure for overage. According to your office we were over nearly double charging me another $138. Roughly 80% of the material was wood. I would have worried if I was disposing something I felt was heavier like steel or concrete. Like I said most of the service was good but that part is not fair to the customer when we have no way of knowing the weight when it leaves our home. The dumpster was filled below the line. The customer service agent Victoria even states this happens often. I think you need to figure out a way for consumers to see how much the item weighs before leaving our property otherwise I have no idea if the amount is legitimate since I am not present when it is weighed at the dump.

Greenway staff were so helpful starting with my first phone call continuing to the last call for pickup. The dumpster was delivered promptly, and the individual who delivered it took special care with parking it where we needed it. He also put wood on our drive for the wheels on the dumpster, which was something I didn't think about. I have already recommended Greenway to two people! Thanks to all the staff for making the process easy for me.

Used Greenway for the first time last week. The website was easy to use to order the size dumpster I needed. Delivery was quick coming the next day! The rental came with 7 days but we finished after 1 day. I called for early pick up, and they came out the next business day.
