My appointment, which was at 8 o’clock, went very smoothly. I was in the procedure room by 0815, and I was ready to leave by 9 o’clock. My physician, Dr. Ramsey, was punctual, professional, personable, skillful, and efficient. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and communicative.
Once my procedure was completed, and I had had 5 or 10 minutes to recuperate, Dr. Ramsey came back in the room and discussed his findings, and a plan of action going forward. He answered all my questions to my (and my wife’s) complete satisfaction. I am a retired physician, and my wife is a retired nurse, and we set the bar for medical care at a pretty high level! I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ramsey and his office for urological care.
